When I visited this store the cashier I had was helping a customer with EBT and did nothing but embarrass the customer by making them feel awful for having a card that did not swipe on the card reader. It seriously only takes a couple seconds to enter the number by hand. When it was my turn, I asked the checker if she was having a bad day and she looked at me and laughed, then said no...not until now. Really? NOW? Ok...So I pointed out that I had just gotten there and she proceeded to tell me about how much she hates paying for people to get welfare. UH REALLY? INAPPROPRIATE! I was disgusted and was kind of scared to pull out my EBT Card to pay for my food. I had cash to pay for the other stuff but times are tough and I have the food assistance., so when I pulled out my card, the checker said, "Oh WOW! You have one too!" This cashier has always been rude and always had the attitude that she is entitled to be the the rudest in the store. No one at this store is nice, but this cashier and her attitude makes me drive a couple miles north to the Albertson's instead of going to the Freddies by my house in Marysville, Washington
I have been yelled at, degraded, and made to feel horrible by the Monroe Wa Pharmacy. I have been told many times that I am unable to fill a medication because it was too early. When I have counted the days out to them, they walked away. The cashier finally got my medication to me, and then tried to give me 100 less and then tell me I was wrong in knowning how much I get. Mind you I have been taking this for four years now. They have shorted me too many times to count. Today was the FINAL straw. I used the phone in service to have my medication ready today. I called yesterday at 8:09am, and it said "Your medication will be ready tomorrow after nine, if that will work for you, press 3." I pressed three. I showed up at the pharmacy today at 10:40am, and the nasty pharmacist told me that I called them in early and he would not fill them. Once he knew he was wrong, he then told me that he would work on it and I would have to come back later. NO. I told him that the phone service said today at nine. He then told me no it did not. He said give him awhile, and I asked him how long. He rolled his eyes and said 20+ minutes. I said lets make it 20, because I have a appointment to get to. As I was walking away he made a snide remark towards me. I then turned around to ask him what he said, and he ran in the back. Coward. This is not the first time he has done this to me. These pharmacists need to know that they are not god with ones medications.
REGARDING: Fred Meyer 148th & SE Division St. Portland, OR 97233 Today I visited this above mention store and found that the Fred Meyers that I had come to enjoy shopping at so much over the existance of my life (41yrs) has turned into a communistic store where the customer is NEVER RIGHT, NEVER BELIEVED and NEVER to be given the benefit of doubt what-so-ever!!! I was treated as though I was a low life, under-rate, unimportant piece of garbage. I have never in my time been treated with such distain and hostility. When do the employees of Fred Meyer become accountable for giving wrong information to the consumer. If they don't know the answer then don't give one...just find the right one and then proceed accordingly! But NO NO NO!!! The customer NO MATTER WHAT PAYS THE COST OF LAZY EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T OR WONT FIND THE TIME TO GET THE RIGHT INFORMATION!! BECAUSE OF THIS WRONG INFORMATION, I AM NOW OUT $54.95. I WANT SO BAD TO BELIEVE THAT ALL FRED MEYERS ARE THE SAME, HOWEVER I THINK IT IS SAFE TO GUESS THAT THERE ARE EMPLOYEES IN EVERY STORE WHO BEHAVE THE SAME WAY.`
I would like to comment on an early morning person at your Bonney Lake store. his name is Jerry and he works the frozen section. This man always says good morning and always offers to help me. he is knowledgeable of the whole store and is a pleasure to run into. I just thought someone should recognize people who do their job well. If all Fred Meyers had people like this their customers would never shop elsewhere.
