I have sent numerous messages to facebook starting the 13th of january. my account has been stolen by what my tracker says a person in indonesia. I have tried recovering my account with 38 mil in chips with 0 success.and facebook has sent responses in indonesian to me,which I live in oklahoma and speak english only. I have logged it with microsoft and with zynga.and still my complaint goes ignored. I am so tired of fighting over this issue. I go onto my wifes profile and watch my chips dwindle away,and knowing where the theif is, that is not my wifes husband. just a theif.I want this account closed as I have said numerous times.This is wrong that a person could use what is obvious another persons identity and facebook dont care the slightest over this.Sincerely Dwight allen of dlb2010ranches@hotmail.com

While the facebook concept is, I believe, of some value, trying to get help with it is an exercise in futility. Even when facebook's own security methods do not work (and they seem not to work a lot), it is impossible to contact an actual person to try to correct the problem. One keeps getting referred to "frequently asked questions," which I believe never are. That, and the answers provided are never of any help. In a word, this whole endeavor is something of a poorly made toy, and somehow a group of people is earning billions off of it. Kind of staggering.

I have been hacked....Lost everything involved with FACEBOOK! Hacker stole my Zynga poker chips 3 times... only 15 mil. at the cost of $50 to me. Yesterday morning I made the mistake of changing my password. Now I can't access my facebook. I have spent hours trying to get on-and have contacted the facebook support team. Still can't access my facebook. Please help me. If my account has been hacked-then I need to know. Facebook sent me an email-to confirm my hotmail account-but I still can't access it. I try to reset my password-but no confirmation code is sent to my hotmail account. I've spent many hours uploading family pictures-and never had issue before with changing my password. I'm going to contact the media-because of the many hours I've spent trying to work this out-with no help. I can see I'm not alone. Too many others have been going through the same issue. I can't even close the account-but will monitor it through my children to see if there is any suspicious activity. I'm past frustrated.

I had a suggestion for charging users of Facebook a monthly fee and after taking a poll of 100 people 100% were in agreement of such a charge: Charge $1.00 a month to be on Facebook 100% of charges to be donated to various charities or disaster areas in the US ! Facebook would be donating 500 million + a month to the homeless, red cross, food banks, and flood, hurricane, tornado and storm areas, etc. Facebook would be a historic leader in financial support of meaningful charities, and give every Facebook user the feeling of making a difference in helping out their fellow Americans ... every month ! I am very displeased, as I used to have facebook account which i permanently deleted in september. Now I do not have a facebook account however someone has made a fake profile with my name and last name using my image as profile picture, this needs to be taken action ASAP!!.I need that account to be removed and banned from facebook including pics....

Getting completely disillusioned with Facebook and it's incessant problems. 2011 and there are more bugs on Facebook than there are at the local zoo's insect house! Come on people! Get it sorted!

It would be very nice if there were a possiblity on facebook to group "friends" into different groups, e.g. family, friends in ... (country), colleagues, etc.

I don't appreciate FB updating my profile page without my permission...not cool at all. makes m want to delete my page. I also don't appreciate my video page being disabled when they are of me and my son. I'm sure I won't hear back from you because I'm only 1 person...but bad news travels fast.

Facebook has brought me a lot of enjoyment. However, I had an exchange of e-mails with a women last year that is now being used as evidence in a stalking case that was brought against me. We were arguing about another woman who now claims to be my victim. The woman with whom I exchanged messages could have blocked me but she didn't. In fact she responded to every message I sent her via messaging. I just thought that Facebook should know about this. The case is still pending trial and in Vero Beach Florida. I was arrested, detained all day and released on a $5,000 bail bond. The woman in question and I lived in adjacent apartments. The arrest warrant did not come forward until I had left Florida and forgotten the supposed >>victim<<.

Facebook sure doesn't make it easy for a member to give feedback on changes...e.g., I'm not happy with the current move towards another layout for profile/home page. I don't want all that they're proposing to put at the top of the page at the top. It's not necessarily ideal, now, but it's better than what they want to change to. I miss the ability to go directly to my friends' pages from my homepage, whether they've posted recently or not. If they want to bring that back, that's fine. This new design, though...not good...and I don't like being forced to accept it.

Heres what You should do Gather All your Verification Info You should only Need The Following Verifications - A Valid & Current Drivers State ID or A State ID - A Valid & Current Passport w/Photo ID - A Official Written Letter By your Bank stating that your A Member of Their Bank Under your Real Name & Have them to Print out A Bank Statement Thats Old - A Current Color Photo Of yourself When Creating A New Facebook Account - Create Your new Account In The Facebook Office with A Facbook Employee as Witness - Take Your Laptop Computer That as A webcam on it , This is because you'll do A Official Video Message stating your Account is Official & That you are A Real Person & Have A Facebook Employee there To Witness You Record your Video As well as Witness you upload The Video on to your New Account . - Make sure you Use your Real Name thats on your Verification to Facebook - Make Sure you Post your Photo on your Facebook . This is what I'm Having to do & I would Advise others to do the Same thing , I'm not sure if it'll help people from Reporting your accounts , But it will show FB that They need to limit Or do something about Users Maliciously Abusing their Report/Block Link System .

My facebook account was deleted to a falsely report against me, due to someone else obtaining my profile information and photos, to make a fake facebook account using my information. You the Corporate Headquaters did not investigate into this matter beforehand, at which time I reported the imposter to you. You must first look into a members account activity before you proceed with any actions against the member, because there could well be a falsely accusation made against a member, such as myself, and my account activity will speak and show this for itself. My identity was stloen from your facebook system and then you deleted me because of it, so now I hold you the Corporate Headquarters at fault behind this. I am very angry regarding this tragedy!
