Facebook needs to have control of who makes accounts on it's networks maybe a fee to all the people who want to have an count would be the best. There are people who are making fake profiles under my family members names... Putting pictures af me and all of my family... Writing plenty of bad things about us... Getting information from who knows where.. Threatening our lives and even though we tried to report the profiles they are still active... The police department is unable to help us and until now facebook has done NoTHING to bring those profiles down. This is so frustrating, it is affecting us psychologically and morally.. Please somebody do something and help us...!

Just a day or so ago someone set up a very nasty FB page about my 16 year old daughter we have tried many time to deactivated it with no success. my daughter is is trying to get into a very repeatable collage and I'm afraid someone may see this and will ruin her opportunity! If anyone could help that would be GREAT!!

Why do I get the impression that FACEBOOK is making money from our complaints? If they were just starting out, they would have done something about these hundreds,possibly Thousands of complaints. They have made their money, they are filthy rich so I donot see them caring about the accounts of the people who has input in all their billions made. Thats a hell of a thing, to ignore their fans as if they were no more than an annoyance. The worst part is it seems as if they are not making any efforts to implement programs discouraging hackers. Its as if they are saying "I'm too busy partying and traveling, I dont have time to remedy this situation",LET THEM EAT BREAD.There are many more search engines out there people give them a try. They cannot be any worse than FACEBOOK!!!!!!

REALLY ANGRY...I have been suspended for 7 days beginning today, from requesting new friends, which I use for work...I did nothing intentionally wrong, am over 50 years old and am a responsible person! id like to report the ads on facebook that have half naked women in the pictures, this is extemely inapropriate for a family friendly site you should be ashamed facebook!!! it is porn and i find it very offensive to women! id like them to be removed im tired of having to look at them! no matter how many times i click the little x to report it they keep poping up. please do something about it NOW

There are a number of things I like about FB. That said, there are even more that bother me. Privacy has been a concern since FB's inception. The fact that information is sold to advertisers & users can essentially do nothing about it is another. Other issues include hackers, false information, & not being able to edit one's page as the user deems fit. There is no central place to post complaints or help desk issues--& there is certainly no response to the limited help venue on the site itself. It's great the founder got a movie & billions of dollars out of FB. I'm wondering if he can devote time to making sure its users are satisfied because half of the world uses this medium.

I was disabled on FB because I was a victim of this 419 scam. I did nothing wrong, and have followed all recommendations FB required, and forwarded the same recommendations as requested, (many, many times), but have received no response from them. I AM THE VICTIM, and they deny me my page/friends/games. This is totally unacceptable. Who do I need to contact to get this taken care of? FB's customer service is nonexistant! I want my account back, rather than make all my friends go through the hassle of refriending me. If anyone reads this and has an answer, please let me know!

I want to know why i was disabled with out any just cause of supporting evidence. I can't get a clear reason of the violation that was so wrongly accused on my account. I have meailed severl times and tried to contact by phone to find out exactly why i was disabled and why i can not reinstate my account. No warning was given and i have not violated any TOC on FB. I don't appreciated being wrongly accused and do not accept the generic email that is my response out with the appeal email I sent in. I have spent hundres if not thousands of dollars and my time invested in this account for the supporting games to have this account disabled. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will seek legal matters as the money lost can not be transferred from the gaming network associated with that FB account. I am livid and irrate at the accusations.

I am absolutely pissed that someone in New Jersey can hack my account and now it's disabled and I can no longer access it. I have followed all the rules of using a facebook account or any other to keep it safe but to no avail. I realize nothing is perfect but ther should be a way to change a password at least.I should be able to change me password without changing my e-mail which doesn't appear to be the case. As rarely as this happens for any company I would really like to try your site once again. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

my faceook account was disabled. i have know ideal how or why. my parent's thing i did something wrong. i haven't had facebook for a few days now. i cant email facebook either. my account and password are my email account and password. and i cant call them cause its long distace on the phone. so i would really appreciate it if i could get some help activing it.

I have been trying to get my groups applications I had under vinniecristina_2@sympatico.ca for the last week, nothing worked, so I had to create another account under crisitnavinnie@yahoo.com, but I did not get my pictures or groups I had created and I am the administrator. please please help me fix this problem and also when I log in to Facebook I get the infor page and not the wall. We are raising 3 teenagers who waste large amounts of time & get into quite a few ridiculous & unnecessary "dramas" while engaged in facebook. When I look at the silly things people write about, I am puzzled as to why anyone would bother reading it. My daughter "set me up" with it, & from what I can see, it is a complete waste of time! Interacting with real people is far more satisfying & reasonable. This provides an artificial & potentially dangerous outlet for people to hurt others, avoid real relationships, & avoid life in general. I am searching for a way to block it from all of their laptops as well as this main computer terminal. I don't want to listen to the whining & howling. I just want it gone! If they want it back, they can move out,get a job, & do whatever they want!

It appears things are falling apart. I have had problems for two days now and I did receive and answer FB e-mail. But to know that others are having problems, my question is has anyone contact the news media about these issues? If not why not? there are lots of Investigative News Services that should read this foruum. Good Stuff. I'll give mine another day or so, and then I'll contact them for me. I hope someone gets through to FB technical support and they can fix this. What a mess. Especially since that it connects so many, so quickly! Maybe they need to open more US based Call Centers. I know a few in North Dakota that could use the business.
