Facebook is sucking! We have been struggling to close our group page since 6 months. I sent messages to Facebook support and they never reploed. We deactivated the account and it still shows up at internet and online. Bastard Facebook!

I need some help with a serious problem that has occurred with my Facebook acct.

I have just recently like 30 minutes ago discovered someone has hacked into my account. I changed my password and made it harder but that did not prevent other stuff from popping up on my account. I would like to know why this has happened. I was under the assumption that due to the milions of people using facebook, that i could get ahold of someone in a main office. When i called the number the response was "we do not have phone contact at this time" this puzzled me! How can that be possible. Please respond to my inquiry.

How can you allow a person to be victimized by someone that hijacks "MY FB ACCOUNT" and instead of letting me prove that i am the rightful owner of that account, you completly block me and make me jump through hoops with your useless follow this step follow that step. If someone at facebook HQ C.S. would just answer the phone and talk to me the issue would quickly be resolved. This is truely unprofessional for a multi-million dollar company to treat people this way...

Let me start by saying thank you for allowing Facebook users to vent over their difficulty with Facebook. We however take full responibility for sharing any personal information and believing that any website is secure. Their is no such thing as a secure website. Norton nor any other so called antivirus can stop hackers. No one can physically control 7 billion people but God. As we all know it was done in the beginning with water, this time with fire. Like they always said man will destroy themselves and thats what happens when we network with everybody but God.

I am extremely unimpressed with FB. I have had an issue with hackers lately that got so bad that I had to deactivate the email account associated with my page, leaving me unable to log in. I was told by deactivating the email that my page would also be terminated which is so very wrong. The page is still up and is being used by the hacker to get information about others to hack them as well. I don't appreciate my name and face being used to do something so vindictive. I have contacted the local police department and the FBI about my issue. I have left numerous messages with FB and have yet to hear anything back. Its been 10 days. I have a new email address and would love to access my page however, FB could obviously care less. I give them a 0.

I have been waiting for a response from facebook regarding the london scam. I fixed my account and changed my password and come on a few days later and facebook disabled my account. I spent a long time to correct the aftermath of the scam contacting my friends and also changing passwords email account etc. and to find they diabled it. Now I can't even get a response to my emails. It has been a week. Thanks

I have a complaint during this time regarding the add as friend on my profile. It seems that who ever i resquest to be added to my friends list they always comply within one minute or an hour. They are all happy to be with me on my profile page. You had restricted me my requests because i am not known to them. This matters not, if i am accepted, as i am mostly so, then i should have the rights to add them. If, however, they do not accept they merely do not answere...ok. Thank you...I remain ronald eck

AS A MEMBER OF THE PATRIOT GUARD AND A RETIRED AIR FORCE VET I HAVE BEEN ADDING MY MILITARY BROTHERS AND SISTERS AS FRIENDS TO MY FACEBOOK BUT EVERY TIME I DO I GET SUSPENDED SAYING I M SENDING SPAM. I DON T UNDERSTAND WHY, WHEN I SEND A E MAIL TO FACEBOOK THEY NEVER REPLY. I M NOT ADVERTISING ANYTHING I M JUST TRYING TO GET ALL MY MILITARY FRIEND AND PATRIOT GUARD MEMBERS ON MY FACEBOOK.

I am very irritated that i can't reach anyone live, someone got into my account saturday afternoon 1-22-11 and put some very vile things about me on my wall. I need to get into my account but it won't alow me to reset password again. I am very upset that i can't reach anyone live. i can't do anything on my account, 818-626-6621 u can contact my boyfriend at that number he can handle it with u.

Hi all What are you doing about people not being able to reset their password since that access has been compromised by a hacker? Going to facebook.com or any other way in doesnt help at all. When I request a password reset,I don't know whether to open it or not. so I'm stuck in Limbo with this account. Response requested. Thanking you in advance.

I have just started a business. Last night I was on Facebook and today I cannot sign in and no email is sent with the confirmation number to change my password. I cannot find any FAQs relating to my difficulty and I searched and got the corp. office number. All this past week Facebook sent my notification to the wrong email address. I corrected it and cannot open a new account using my email address. I called, long distance from the east coast, and was told to push #2 for technical support and the message said my call cannot be connected. I was given no hours or any other inperitive info. There is no online tech contact information anywhere on the Facebook site. Bad service, locking my account with no notification or reason. Company has gone the way of most big companies in America. Glad I missed the movie.

I have been trying to log on for about two weeks now. it's really getting me upset. i have tried to request a new password about five or six times now. i have not received any e-mail concerning my new password.i never had problems like this with myspace.. please fix it or contact me a.s.a.p 407-235-5228
