First of all I want to congratulate you on an excellent website. I have been commuting with my daughter in Chile for months now. Until recently I have used FB daily. Yesterday I have been locked out, all the messages I have in and sent I do not have access to. Apparently all I have to do to get back on line is upload some Major type of ID. I am trying to get our Family band page "The Palmers" deleted... Someone hacked on it and then went on a profanity rage and cursed fans on it and then deleted us from being an administrator of it and posted my husbands password on it for everyone too see! I am outraged at this!!!.. they deleted all of our fans too.. we have no access to deleting this! Please someone in facebook do something about it.. Facebook has come up with the most stupidest way to confirm your identity by asking for you phone number. Ok, asking for my phone number is no problem, then they go on to say I will be receiving a text to my phone number to confirm my identity. What the F is that?!??!?!?! What if I don't have a phone that receives texts, that means I'll never get to log into my account!!! Whoever came up with this stupid idea probably thought he/she was a genius, but did not have the brains to realize that not everyone textx or have a mobile phone. Totally retarded, Genius!!!!
