Greetings, my friend has problem in her account , when she writes her enail and password she can log in but there is a msg appears to her says, "you have to submite a copy of your national ID".Does some1 hacked her account ?? or it just a msg from fb and she has to submite the copy??? please help me to solve this problem . thanks for your time .

Facebook, could you please take the time out and read the responses to the various "updates" that have happened upon the site recently. You'll notice, thousands UPON thousands of people do not like them. Have you heard the old addage, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.' I rest my case.

The changes that appeared this morning when I logged in and those that have been happening over the last few weeks are unfriendly and confusing. It was so much better when it was simple and easy to read and follow. The new feeds and lists are horrible. I am, and many of my friends, are very close to shutting our accounts down at this point. I think FB should rethink and return to the news feeds and friends lists as they were.

I have had facebook for two years and have liked the fact that I have found friends I haven't seen in years...the thing that drives me crazy with the facebook people are you have to change it all the time. Just when people get used to it, you go and change it. If you changed it back to the original format people would be happy, but all my friends and I agree that you change it way too much and now the recent changes are horrible. Categorizing people by family, school and city. Really...change it back to the way it was. Just cause your bored at work, don't mess with a good thing. Now you've messed it up good this time.

call that corporate number and press the number to reach the sales department. They will answer, how you handle it from there is up to you. If you press sales, (which means advertising dollars for them) Trust me, you will find a human. he he he

oh and if you want your account gone forever, change your photo, delete your personal info and ask the page be memorialized. that should do it.

Hello Facebook Staff, Until yesterday you would have been at 5 stars. Today you are at 2. Why the drop? All the damn changes you have been making to the site. Enough is enough already. How about giving people a choice as to if they want the changes. You might be surprised by their answers. PLEASE!! NO MORE CHANGES!! Thank you. I hate to say this but Google Plus is starting to sound more and more appealing and that saddens me as I love FaceBook...well now I am down to a 2 star rating for you and now only like FaceBook. Why have you disabled my account when I did the reconfirmation of my account as you requested and still my face my book account is disabled. I am amazed that as big as face book is that there is no way to speak to a person. Not even law enforcement can call and talk to a person. I know this because I even pushed that option and the recording said to leave a message and they would call them back within 48 hrs. I have given face book a low rating because computers seem to make decisions not real people. I am a Disabled Veteran and to think a company is so big you can't talk to a person. This is the only place I have found in hopes of contacting the company and I don't know if the company even reads this. been locked out for 4 months because I got a new computer. "help" says I can recover through friends under forgot your password. All that happend was they reset the password i never forgot. I never relized there was no customer service at FB before.

My husband and his ex were divorced and they had children which she has no visitation or custody of she hadnt had contact with the children for 9 yrs and last year she came for 4 days after that visit she made a fake account to contact them behind our backs so we didnt know what she was talking to them about we didnt have to allow this visit but did and since then she has been contacting them on the fake accnt STEPHANIE WILLIAMS and her other account under her actual name is SARAH CULP VIDMAR this has been reported and yet nothing has been done they are in violation of a policy that they have not upheld...something needs to be done...

Dear FB Advertising-- Unfortunately you don't reveal how to block ads on your FB page. That's why I'm emailing you. I want to stop every ad on my Facebook page that is connected/opened with this email address. Please help me do so. The ads are annoying, destracting, and I don't want to see them or anyone else to.
