the fact that you can send a friend requested and if they want to be a jerk and spam you facebook threatens you and takes away your right to send and receive friend request, also if someone doesn't like you the can simply spam comments on your wall and of course facebook threatens you not them,this is a crock facebook! people should only be able to say yes or no, and if someone is reported an actual person should review it first and there should be NO auto computer response ! Soooooo super disappointed with you facebook, with all of the social networking sites coming out you should watch your self or you might go down like the rest of the old news sites and companies out there !i have had to lock my profile completely so now its harder for my friends to find me to prevent you from threatening me facebook. and you dont give me a way to report louie weber from @ 830 n. lamb #52 las vegas, nevada 89110 , phone # 702-472-2612 from constantly reporting me to be a jerk. I am writing to report that i have falsely been accused of spamming and my posting privileges have been revoked without any recourse to address this situation. I called the corporate number and pushed 1 for customer service and i promptly got a recording that said go to the online help center. Really, is facebook so big that they can't help their users at all? I am very disappointed and am at a quandary as to what to do when my privileges are returned. Should i switch to Linked In. I hear Google has an online community that is growing. i have been with facebook for a couple of years. I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. They are not customer service oriented AT ALL. I am going to continue to try to reach them regarding this. I'm not very hopeful. Wish me luck!

I was recently banned from posting on facebook for 15 days. All I am doing is communicating with other vendors in my field. I am doing nothing wrong, no profanity, nothing inappropriate at all. Facebook randomly told me today that my name was fake which it isn't. I don't think that that's fair that I'm now forced to change my name on facebook to something that isn't my real name.

why do i have to wait 24 hours to re-acvtivate my account?? isnt it up to me what i do with it? why do i have to wait for someone else to let me know when i can use my account again?? what is the differene between logging off and on and reactivating and deactivating?? you will lose alot of people with these setups, you should probably change this before everyone goes back to myspace!

I had a problem pop up with my Facebook page today. You would think that a company as big as Facebook would provide you with help assistance other than their pathetic help page on their site. I really would like to talk to a real person about my problem, and when I called them the first thing that they said was "for customer assistance press 1." I pressed 1 and then I got" I'm sorry but we do not provide phone help at this time." Well then why provide it???????

Someone has made an facebook account for our business without our permission. As if that wasn't bad enough- the address and phone number given are incorrect. It's hard enough for a small business to survive in this economy, without creating a felonious account (someone intentionally misrepresenting the owner of the company). Our CTR Computer business in Kennewick is listed as C T R Computers in Richland. We would appriciate your help to get this matter resolved before any problems ensue. We also want the C T R Computers account deleted off Facebook ASAP, If we wanted to list our company on Facebook, WE will list it. We reserve the choice of NOT having it listed. Someone named Terry Monroy in L.A. is using my photo as his profile picture. I cannot resolve this problem thru Facebook Help as they simply make me re-confirm my own identity and keep his account active. There is no way to send Facebook my own message. Just pick a drop down that hardly explains my issue and get a response that does not resolve it. I cannot tell you how frustrated I am.
