Facebook can introduce a application, so that user can upload a friend photo and from that photo face recognisation software could search for the friend on facebook to add in our friend list..This way we could find a friend whose name we have foget or the friend who may have signup by some other name.It will help a lot.Can anybody give me mail id of facebook administrartor

I am surprised at the HUGE number of people who write complaints here, thinking that the people at facebook will read any of them. Didn't ANYONE read what it says at the bottom of every page on this site? i have a big issue with my Facebook id.from last 3 or 4 days , when i open my facebook id the whole page becomes blue.i'm not able to view my profile please can u sort out this problem?

I'm sorry to bother you guys, but my Facebook is malfunctioning. I log in and nothing shows. i can view the top, but no news feed, no wall, no information about anything is being shown, no matter what i do i cannot navigate away from this problem. My brother is a marine and overseas and the only way i have to contact him is via Facebook. please, please, help me out i need to be able to know that my brother is okay. my condolences for any inconviences.. zack whalen

I've been the target of horrible internet abuse. I can't use Facebook. I did have a good time with it until a 45 year old lady who's on facebook linked my rare name to horrible information and disgusting videos and pictures. The judges in CA call this OK under the communications act. Now, I tell everyone and they are getting off facebook. Facebook has sub-domain companies now spamming my name like I'm on Facebook. Be very careful who you connect with. This women is still on Facebook under her alias. My full name has been linked to soo many horrible things. There is NO way this lady has not done it before to other people. She mostly uses foreign sites and owners. No one in CA will prosecute her. She even plays the police dept like and innocent victim. All the while bullying and abusing. She's a real live psychopath. I never knew people like that existed. It been a full year of nightmare contacting web site owners around the world (MOST HIDE) and beg them to fix it. I'm at my computer 6-12 hours a day. If I didn't, my full name would be spread for 100's of pages on google next to horrible information by now. Problem is: nothing you can do to stop it. I file complaints with IC3.gov, FBI, Police. Don't connect on social sites to anyone you don't know. This could happen to anyone. They can take your pictures and publish them on anything and link your pictures to obscenities.

Hey all you brainiacs: Did you ever think to do a survey asking your public what they are or aren't looking for on FB? All I know is my friends from 15-60 years of age DO NOT LIKE THE NEW FORMAT!!!!!! We are all doing what we can to get rid of your ticker and we are all trying to figure out how to get our news chronlogically. I do not want or need you trying to figure out what I want to see or read. My brain does work-so I can decide for myself. Over Facebook, my family, friends, even I have been harassed by a certain girl. We have reported her multiple times to try and get her off of Facebook to stop her from harassing and bullying more people, but still nothing. Can I please have some information on how to do so.

I love my games but at the moment i am unable to ask for supplies or anything on frontierville. It will say ask now, and when i ask it pops up that there is an error and ask again later. Can the developers of Facebook put down their thinking caps, and clean out their ears and listen to us? Many of your users are not happy with all the changes you have put forth, and you need to stop and address our issues before moving forward with any more useless, annoying changes.

I would give you negative Stars but not available. You are fixing to lose a bunch of people if you do not go back to the old Version. I do not care what Mark says about the good the changes will make to Facebook. First of all I do not want to see what other people are saying in private to other friends. I do not want to see so and so liking Aunt Suzy's recipe or photos. That stuff is private and should remain private.

I need to report a user on facebook who has a criminal record and is a scammer.. He has blocked me from his site so I am unable to report this to u because I donot have is URL addy on facebook or his facebook email addy. I only have outlook to email you from that is connected to facebook and dont know how to get it to work to send you a email. Change facebook back to the way it was please. The time line thing is very complicated and only creates stress!!!!. I want to relieve stress whenI go to facebook. I cant even lokk at my wall without having a seizure bc pictures are collaged everyhwhere. I cant see what my friends wrote on my whale. I cant even figure out how to update my status. I loved facebook, ntil now. me and at least half of my college deleted our accounts today bc of the stress of the new profile layout.

Firt- i want to say what a good comunication website you created. I use it almost EVERY DAY. But that will change if you don't set itt to the version it was in last october. I HATE IT NOW ADAYS!!!

For at least two years a very mentally ill woman has been cyberstalking, harrassing, bullying, humiliating and embarrassing several of us on Facebook. She use our names to make false facebook accounts and she also uses aliases to create false facebook accounts. From these accounts she carries on with her criminal cyberstalking etc activities. We have reported her many times to you. You have done nothing to help us or stop her. Most recently, this mentally ill woman, her name is Kim Kendel, posted as her profile picture on her Kim Kendel fb page a picture of her husband sexually molesting their 3 year old daughter. A person who knows the family found the picture and printed it out and gave it to local police. Kendel has since changed the picture several times. Kendel's husband is a convicted and registered sexual offender/predator(Robert Bruce Kendel Jr) with the Florida FDLE. An Orange County detective admitted that Kim Kendel is "obviously extremely mentally ill, unstable and dangerous." Indeed, Kim Kendel stabbed her own father in the chest and was convicted of stabbing a pregnant woman. This is all in public record. I think Facebook has a responsibility to get Kim Kendel and all her aliases permanently off Facebook so that her criminal activities towards us other facebook users are stopped. I am holding Facebook responsible for further criminal actiivities committed by Kim Kendel on facebook. Those of us who have had to endure her criminal activities are hiring an attorney of whom I intend to ask if we can also sue Facebook for allowing Kim Kendel's criminal activities to continue for all these two years.

For what it's worth, after seeing the latest change I'm seriously considering dinging my facebook account. Mind you, I'm not your usual complainer and don't rant with each change made in the past. This time, I really believe the change is too radical. The ticker changes the entire feel of the site - every single person I've spoken to has a very heated response. They really dislike it and seem seriously turned off this time. I get "I'll only use it for games now but if my privacy is screwed up, I'm outta here." We all realize this is a free service so it seems a bit wrong to complain too loudly. However, the website generates revenue through ads which can only be considered valuable if users are looking at them and engaging, no? If you start to lose your fanbase and we are no longer engaging, won't that eventually erode the value of your site, therefore, your ad revenue, etc.? Here are the problems I encountered: 1) In the ticker (ugh) I'm seeing my fb friends activity with non fb friends. I don't know these people and I don't care that my fb friend "liked" their photos (all 20 of them!) 2) I don't need to see 20 posting of my fb friend "liking" 20 pics of another friend or NON friend. 3) I've lost the ability to quickly and clearly check on my top friend posts. That is bad design. These folks are who I care about and you've pushed them into the minutae of the news feed where it's hard to see. I simply don't understand. Please enlighten users as to why we should LIKE these changes? We are confused and annoyed by them. Keep up with the competition but don't let them dictate who YOU ARE. It was the ease of use and the uniqueness of FB that made it a success to begin with. Thanks for listening.

Actually, my rating is a minus 5!!! About the new updates... What were you thinking??! They are less than acceptable. In fact, they really piss me off. Then, when I found out that it is next-to-impossible to contact anyone at Facebook to tell them about it... well, that kind of sealed the deal. I'm having to resort to this here and hoping that someone WHO CARES WHAT YOUR USERS THINK will get this. If not, then that's just another indictment of huge corporations. First, I don't want YOU deciding what I want to see first. Second, my groups have disappeared. Not the people, just the ability to put my friends in one or more of my groups.... and then you have some other groups there which I never set up. Why? What possible reason did you do that? Or is it just a screw up? Anyway, I'm not happy. Folks were after me for a long time to join this site but I fought it. Then I finally did it and now you screw it all up. Not a good move. I know that folks don't like change, but did anyone vet this before releasing it? I heard on the news today that 75% of Facebook users are pissed at these changes. I am definitely one of them. Fix it soon or I'm out of here and I think others will leave in droves as well. There are too many other social network sites to go to. Mark Zuckerberg... if you want to keep your $17.5 billion, you had better wise up fast! Although it is typical corporate thinking... to make changes to justify your existence... Changes are not always perceived as being for the better... if you keep making changes to increase your bottom line at the expense of your clients, YOU WILL LOSE IN THE LONG RUN. Let go of the greed. Isn't $17.5 billion enough? You've got a good thing going... so STOP SCREWING IT UP!

No one likes to leave the comfortably familiar, but In my limited social networking experience,(I am 71), I actually LIKE the changes. I may gripe in the interim, but thank you for this FREE service. I WILL learn what I need to know to navigate the changes. I enjoy FB!

Can SOMEONE please help me restore my account? I locked it PER YOUR INSTRUCTIONS, followed all of YOUR ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS to re-activate my account and NOTHING WORKED. This is the lowest of low when it comes to "customer service".
