The changes to Facebook are horrible, and getting worse. I just posted two articles to my page and nothing showed up. Are you in the practice of censoring articles? WHY have you stopped the notification of when we get comments made on our pages? That is the worst thing you could have ever done. Your decisions are ridiculous and will eventually make you go the way of Netflix--pathetic management decisions that will cause the ruin of Facebook. I really don't like Facebook anymore.

I am an intern at a museum and when I have an event there I usually create an event and invite friends. As facebook is a networking site I assumed this was the point and I don't actually create many events and none contain "abusive content", unless family art day falls into that category. Today I created an event and was told that I could not invite people because the content had been marked as "abusive" by some users. I am confused. All you have to do is ignore an invite if you are not interested and now I can't share with friends who are interested. I found farmvillle abusive but I never reported it. What can I do? In the end I feel harassed buy an unknown party who has prevented me from using facebook for what it is for. Is there a report abusive button for people who make it so you can't post clean family friendly events. Because I sure feel like this is abusive of the site.

Just don't understand no customer support! Never an answer to any problem???? Been playing the games for a few years and have tried to get support on why the game request page has been blank for weeks??? Noticed other with same problem and still no fix!!!!

Hi my name is Kristina Hurt. I love Facebook, and everything about it. I love being able to talk to my friends and share my thoughts with the world. Now there is a problem when i try to login it says something about sending a security code to my phones. I had 2 phones at one point in time but neither of them are cut on. I have no clue what to do. Can someone please help me, some one at facebook, I promise i am a real person i just want to get on my Facebook i think im going to go crazy, and i wanna play my sims social game. I am so frustrated! I was blocked for tagging people in pictures "too quickly", but I wasn't trying to spam or annoy anyone, I was just tagging my friends in pictures from our Homecoming Dance this weekend. I emailed them two days ago from two addresses I found on the intermet: support@fb.com, and abuse@facebook.com. The first address I emailed twice and I still have not gotten a response, and the second one emailed me back right away with an automated message sending me the link to Facebook's help desk, which was useless and unhelpful to the situation as I have already raided that website for answers. I feel like I'm being punished for a crime that I didn't commit. Facebook really needs to have a technical services team that can be directly contacted. I mean, look at all of us who have issues that can't be resolved because there is no way to contact facebook's tech team! I really want to be able to tag again, because I have 2 or 3 big albums full of Homecoming pictures that I need to tag my friends in, and I can't because facebook believes that I was "tagging too quickly" and that it is "annoying and abusive to other users". Once this gets resolved, I am writing a strongly worded letter to Facebook about their terrible communication efforts! Plus, they should personally view a user's profile before blocking them, because if they did, they would be able to see that I was not spamming anyone, I was just tagging people in pictures at a quick pace. I am still very confused because NO ONE has given me ANY answers, making this situation all the more frustrating! I really feel like they are punishing me for absolutely no reason! Facebook really needs to learn to treat their users with more respect instead of assuming we are all mindless idiots!

I'm going to sue you in court if You don't delete something off of my facebook account that happened tonight. I don't care what your terms of service may say. There to small to read. I promise you, if it isn't deleted off of my account. I'll use every last strentgh of energy I have to get it removed with or without you. This business of not allowing a way to delete something that was typed in by accident isn't going to stand. I'm sending a letter (many letters if need be) to the White House and many other organizations. No way am I going to let this one go.

PLEASE REPLY!!! I need knowing why I can't post songs properly off Youtube now? I use to be able to before Facebook's change. Now all it posts is the URL to where the songs located at on Youtube to my Facebook page and nothing else. Most importantly... it will not allow me to watch the posted video on Facebook's site! It immediately directs me over to Youtube's site to watch the video. I haven't been doing anything to my PC to have changed anything. This option use to operate perfectly prior to Facebook's change. Would someone from your company be so kind to help me in getting this problem solved? I'd truly appreciate it. I have been having this problem now for weeks. I thought I had it figured out the other day when I logged out of Facebook and logged back in. It worked properly for about 6 videos then went back to posting the Youtube links improperly once again. facebook sucks! they don't even follow their own terms and conditions. You can get idiots like Julio and Mac at user accounts, but they are worthless and stupid. Facebook won't be around long. Just like myspace, they will become a thing of the past and a new social network site will come along. I hope it is very soon.

I finally decided to try facebook after years of fighting against progress. But I forgot my password for the login. No problem right? just click on reset password. Oh wait i get message saying "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." i have been trying for over a month now. Actually got an answer of sorts once from them but mostly they have been sending links to reset but it requires i login to reset password. In the meantime i have some spammer/phishers putting advertisement for their scams on my site by friending me and i cannot do a thing about it. I cannot get temprary password emailed to me and they won't delete my acct. I wish I had never relented. It has been a nightmare

So i have someone that got into my facebook page and changed my password and is now pretending to be me..i have reported the page about 50 times and my family has too. Nothing has been done about this and its been almost 2 months since i first reported the page as someone pretending to be me. I have wrote to facebook, called faebook only to find out its not even possible to talk to anyone from fb. This is crazy!! What else am i suppose to do if someone is trying to ruin my life and pretend to be me. This is my ex boyfriend that is doing this, and its not right that i cant do anything about it when i have repeatedly reported this and tried so many times to write to fb. Please someone help me! I would appreciate someone getting untouch with me. I'm so unhappy with the like of communication with facebook members. You need to ask different questions for members. My account was hacked. Iseup an account with a not real name because of issues with facebook. I cant get hold of anyone to unlock this account and I have sent them states drivers license. I have even had friends send email to Zuckerberg, but alas no results. Has anyone thad this problem resoled and if so how did you do it. Looks like a registered letter to facebook corporate headquarters.

I love facebook but I am very frustrated by the games I love. Sims which I love to play most of the time just stops working as soon as I start & it goes on for days to where I cant play. Other games do the same but dont last as long being down. I wish they could fix this problem
