I want my acces to my facebook back.its the only way can chat with my distant friends.it keep saying my accout is temporarily unavailable and i should go my computer and go to www.facebook.com and follow steps.i dont have a computer,the only way i get thru is vai my mobile phone.can u tell or show me how to fix it using my mobile phone.

my account was stolen . i have reported it to facebook and they suspended it upon verification my old acc. # is 100001149206400 . nobody contacted any of my friends even the 2 close friends i had . if you had even looked at the ip adresses you would of known that the new user was the fake . i want my acc. back i have made friends that i can't replace my credit card info is still on that acc . and now i found out you gave it back to the person that stole it . please email me back at jwcook1963@live.com . i am looking forward to your response so we can really verify whose acc. it really is

My Facebook page has inaccurate information and I can't contact Faceebook to make the changes that are necessary. They say they have people to help, but I don't see any contact information. When you call corporate they say there is no telephone help available. What's wrong with this this company?

I have reported a user "PETA MONDAY" on Facebook who is sending malicious letters to my partner and I have received ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from Facebook. NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THEY RECEIVED THE COMPLAINT. This matter is now going to court and the fact that the person/persons bullying opened a fake Facebook ID and I amde it known who they are have had no action taken just bewilders me.

I really dont understand why my facebook says "required maintenance" and i cant log on to facebook it say i have to wait a few hours but it been more then a few hours and i still cant log on !! what does that mean is someone hacking my facebook or WHAT i really need to know ASAP and this problem need to be fixed. ! i search the web and i havent got any answers to my questions.. I am very upset that facebook has yet to remove photos posted of my two minor children that were posted without my permission on a non-family members page. I restrict which friends and family see photos on my own page and I do not want my precious children to be viewed by strangers!!!!

Hi you say for Safety and Security Reasons you can not tell me why my account was Disabled? For who's Safety and Whose Security would that be? As I have stated already I have never done any thing in any way to Violate any of your Rules or even your TOS. I have never made any threats to any one or done any thing wrong. I have never Received any warnings from Facebook about any thing. If my account was compromised then I will simply change my password. After being with Facebook for 5 years I feel that you do owe me an explanation. If I do not get one I will report your company to the BBB. My Account should be Reinstated I never broke any rules I never Did any thing that went against your TOS I never made any kinds of threats to any one or even bothered any one or had any complaints filed against me.

I reset my password and was put on a 24 hour hold and now, 6 days later, i still cannot get in. i have tried everything. there is no customer service, no number, no response to emails...nothing. i have answered security questions and done everything they have asked me to do. this is so ridiculous!

I have been stalked through facebook for several years. According to the statutes, the people stalking and harassing me should have been convicted by now! The problem is that there is a jurisdiction problem because it's "online". Facebook occassionally removes the abuse but doesnt remove the profile. One of these days, it will catch up with them. Ugh.

I've tried calling an finding a email address where I could contact anyone from Facebook that could help assist in this matter. But all I've gotten is the run around. hi guys love the site but i have a problem. when i go on my security setting and i see the current activity its shows that im log in from a ip adress thats in nj when i live in white plains ny. how can i cancel that session. i only see options to cancel the activity for my iphone. please help cuz i hope im not being watch from somewhere else.

i just got on the internet i apply for facebook i put some pictures of me, everything seemed okay,the following days i decided to take this a little further i got online i was told to register i needed an account i answer all they questions until the end,they asked me for my phone number then the code,i put the code it said invalid i tried again it said i ask for the code to many times try later,i try to call them it's hard,now i want to forget the account just go back to facebook i'm disabled,please tell me what the hell going on?me i think facebook company are very harsh and sick you don't really care about finding a solution.
