I am new to fb and I accedentally; blocked a very close friend of mine on fb. Is there a way that you can unblock him so that we can be friends again? Please help me. I have been locked out of Facebook since 12/28/2011. I can not pass the phone number security check. My cell phone number changed on 12/27/2011 and I did not have time to change my phone number on my account because it was locked the very next day!. Please help me! My Facebook keeps getting hacked, and I believe it could well be a former friend who sent me a malicious link via Facebook. I've had my PC re-installed and changed my password 20 times, but it's still happening. How can this be so? Also in Facebook search I can see that I have two pages, except one includes my Facebook username is it possible for that person to create a duplicate page? How do they still have access to my account.

Actually i am nOt aBle to access my fb account, its asking for a security check to share my number and when ever i use to enter the code, and click continue, it opens up the same page,.what should i do? Help me

I am getting a Security Check and it says that it is sending a CODE to my mobile. The phone number is correct or looks correct except it appends the country code in a way that maybe causes problems. Anyway. I am not receiving such an SMS and I am completely locked out of my account. When I try to get customer service, I only get "cut and paste" responses that are unrelated and not useful. I also see no phone number anywhere or SKYPE or messenger. You make money in my country with advertisement (Spain), so you should have customer service, and for REAL. THE FTC should require you to have phone and real customer service. Our facebook accounts contains sensitive data and relationships and it is not correct that you block someone out without even a warning or option. I have 190 Friends on that account! I wasn't even able to send them a message saying there is a problem with the account. I will copy and paste this message to the FTC ..

Facebook really needs to have it that the ip address of fake accounts can be tracked of someone we know that NEVER even created it. My fiance is only using the account I had made him and someone had created a fake profile of him and is trying to make us look bad. WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO GET PROOF IF WE WANT TO GO TO COURT ANC CHARGE THE PERSON.

I AM USING TIMELINE. I DID NOT ACTIVATE IT I LEFT THE OPTION TO PREVIEW WITHOUT APPLYING THE SETTINGS. SOME HOW THE SETTINGS WERE CHANGED TO ACTIVATE TIMELINE. I PUT UP A STATUS I DO NOT SEE PEOPLE CAN NOT SEE MY UPDATE. I AM TRYING TO CHANGE IT BACK BUT I AM CAN NOT. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. THERE SHOULD BE A OPTION TO CHANGE BACK and Forth. This feels like I am genuinely stuck.

I do't know why you block the accounts while sending the too many friendz requests all around. as i'm a Teacher and i have hundreds of thousands of my students. whats wrong in it while sending them friendz requests?

FB is the least intuitive written program I've ever experienced and I've been using computers since DOS days. Who wrote this garbage? I have to do a search to find out how to do something as simple as editing my movies on my profile page and still can't figure it out. Ever heard of right click menus? Worse than the junk that Microsoft has forced on us.

I tried logging in and it sent me to a page where I needed to verify my account. I tried uploading a picture of my state id, and it sent invalid photo upload. I can't sign in or anything and i can't find a way to verify my account in any other way. This is ridiculous,there should be a customer.support phone line. Because all of the links on the help.site are all redundant and havent helped at all.

Someone has hacked my facebook account. Because they post things I havent, they mail stuff through my facebook and I have hunderds of returned mail in my e mail. I dont send e mails. Please help me find out who has done this or how to keep them out Thank you

My account is locked and everytime I submit ID I get this message. I got it last month and again (the problem never solved). This can't happen time and time again and if they saved the original message they would be able to detach. There is no way to reaccess your account if it is blocked from no reason of your own. You block my account for sent christmas out to all the people listed on my facebook. I never know was wrong, and you don't have anything saying its. It was christmas card through facebook program, I did not do to hack or do anything wrong. please reverse you 30 day, 14 day and 7 day notice from my accoutn please. Although I not speaking english frequently, I still manage to understand when my friends do hacking to my acct and make fun of me. This is making me very sad as I am not all bad. Do you think you could teach me hacking so as to I can too hack back them and make fun back ? Please this is killing my mother who is so proud I am use a computer.
