I was logged into my facebook account via my mobile when all of a sudden I was asked to log in again. When I did try to log back in a message appeared telling me that my account was temporarily unavailable and that I have to visit the site via a pc and follow the instructions. Why is that? And how long is temporary? Will I be able to still access my account? Please give me answers.

I Have been Locked out of My Facebook Temporarily because a jealous ex boyfriend who always logs into my account, i am in Switzerland for two weeks and i have logged on from a different computer. I usually use my phone and home computer, but every time i use my phone it says to log in from a computer but when i log in off a computer it says to log in off my home computer or mobile phone. I have not been able to post/status for about a month. It tells me "oops. There is a problem and we are working on fixing it".. I contacted fb throgh the help center and sent them a picture of the problem and still have not heard anything nor the problem fixed. Another problem is that when I request frienship from people that I actually know I get punished for Spaming!! I hate their customer service system!!!!

I was automatically logged out of facebook, then prompted to enter a security code to be able to access my facebook. The security code is being sent to an old mobile number that I no longer have access to....Anyone know what I can do? Someone is pretending to be me for the lasmt 6 months. Each time facebook emails me with a note that says someone from Missouri or Kanas is logging into my account, then they say is this you? Then I go thriugh the steps to change password from f.b. anemail account. This has happened at least 50 times please help!!!!!!!!!
