I come from a place called Uburu, in Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi state of Nigeria. You gave several options of other places called Uburu for users to indicate their hometown but Uburu-Ohaozara is not included so you have virtually rendered users from Uburu-Ohaozara without a hometown. Please, I urge you to rectify this abnormally because some users are chosing other places called Uburu as their hometown which by all ramifications is a fallse information. Best regards.

Second time Zynga account has been hacked. First time, took tooooo many computer generated "yada yada" replies that asked over & over the same questions that I had provided answers in my first contact. After 4 months, account was finally restored. Didn't help expedite the issue when I provided Zynga the hacker's e-mail address (which of all things, was generated out of Austin, Texas where Zynga's corporate headquarters are located.) Purchased $50 worth of chips to play poker, won few hands and logged off at 8am. Logged back on at 7pm and my account had gone from 38 million chips down to $1. Promptly did Zynga's support advice, "cleared cache & changed all passwords" and sent e-mail about hack. Then, purchased another $50 worth of chips, just because I wanted to play. Zynga replies that their logs show no loss of my chips & won't credit my account. Seems, since actual money is involved, should this matter be taken up with the Texas Stete Attorney General? I won a $20,000 Texas Hold-em tourney, free play, provided by RJ Reynolds. Before they would proclaim the winner, every hand played by top 10 were reviewed, just to make sure no cheating/collusions were happening. Seems, if RJR can provide this type of security for a one time event, why can't Zynga? Received e-mail yesterday from Zynga, "do not reply, your account will not be restored." Well Zynga, I have spent tooooooo much money with you...now, I'll spend my millions with excellent legal representation.

Please give us the option to have Timeline or not. I have it and was told it was a trial for 7 days and then it would be permanent but it's not going away and I'm stuck with a Facebook page that drives me crazy. Have you ever heard the phrase 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. Facebook is loved for it's simplicity, please fix this. Look at how Myspace is doing for this same reason.

I have been unable to get in to my facebook as they want me to give them a code sent to my phone but have a new number now. and also i cant recognize the pictures of my friends because they are not clear enough and most of them are not even in the pictures! I understand the new policy of privacy for facebook, but this is a very clumsy way to verify and check reliability. please get me back my account!

starting up a facebook is easy you dont even have to be who you say you are. how do i know i have a fake account that uses my name and my picture on mafia wars. it is some female named Maria Sol. facebook makes it easy to report someone but what they dont tell you is that if they block you then you cant report them. see this way the person you are trying to report has the power and you cant do anything! wow isnt facebook smart for letting name and picture thieves show all the flaws they have. i wished i would have stayed on myspace.

my friend and i have been told by several friends that our facebooks have showed photos of naked and/or half naked girls in our newsfeed and walls periodocially, but when we log on- they are gone. Though, according to these people who inform us, they're up for a number of time then disappear. How do we avoid being hacked? we've changed our passwords multiple times. Also, is there any way of us figuring out who and how they do it?

MY account has been disabled - strange how they done that, as only had my sister on there whom asks why she cannot contact - I have not said anything agaist Israel on there.
