Having received notice that my loan was now being service by Citifinancial instead of OneMain Financial, I attempted to make a payment over the phone. I had not received any new account number in the mail, so I had to go on assumption that this transfer was on the up and up. Everyone I spoke with ( only three women) were either ignorant, rude, or condescending. I can't wait to get away from this loan company!

I think Citifinancial has the worst customer service possible. they put you on hold for hours and their representatives are all rude and condescending. I was calling for help and got hung up on.

Elaine is one of ur office managers at the North Point office. She doesn't know how ti talk to the public. Just because she us a manager doesn't give her the rite to be disrespectful.

I recieved a $500 loan by there being a 30 perod for interest, their ws 31 daya in the month, i paid the interest, yet the next month which was november they said Id have to pay interes again, so I asked could I pay the next month in advance, they stated yes, yet after recieving my payment of another $150, they than told me Id have to pay by the 27th or have interest again. I am disabled and get paid on the first of the month, I only borrowed 500 yet I hae alreaady paid$428 How could my payment be due on the 27th when I paid on the first, paid interest This is why I paid the extra 150 for the month of december, they mislead me into thnking it was the next months payment. Now I still owe $400, which if I dont make my payment by the 27 ineresst will occur. I was under the impression that by paying in advance My payment wouod be dur on the first. I only recieve 700 a month and couldnt pay my bills by paying the extra 105, which I wa told would be my december bill. How could my payment go from every 39 days to the 27th. I am quite confused and need some answers.
