I love, love, love my car. I bought my car brand new in 2001. I was not one to keep a car more then a few years but now I am dreading the day I will have to buy a new car. It has almost 200,000 miles on it and I am hoping it will go for at least100,000 more miles. I have never had to have any major repairs done to it, just the regular maintenance. Also there is no rust on it. I see cars that aren't as old as mine that are all rusted out and I am truly amazed that mine isn't. My car is the most comfortable riding and driving that I have ever been in. When it is time to buy a new car I will definitely be buying another Chrysler. Thank you for making such a wonderful car.

We bought a car from the dealership on Shelbyville Road in Louisville , Kentucky and it has been a nightmare. We will never buy another car from you all again.

2006 - 2500 / 5.9 & 2008 1500... I have been trying to contact someone in the service department about some repairs and an at the Midland Texas dealership. Service will not answer the phone...the only way to contact service is to contact sales and complain about not being able to contact service...If you cannot service the dodge vehicles I buy from the Midland Dealership then I may have to find another choice truck...sad,but the no local service issue is forcing me to more on to another source.

While stopped at a stop sign waiting to make a right hand turn on a very busy hwy, looking left watching traffic, my right (passenger side) airbag deployed and shattered window. I have been trying to reach the main office to check on recalls and have this investigated. All I get is a busy signal. I have until tomorrow to get my car out of body shop but police will not let me drive it and I am carless! This sucks as does their service!

I've replaced two window motors and replaced A/C Compressor on June 15th and it just went out today 3 weeks after it was "fixed". Its 115 here in Las Vegas and the Dodge dealer cannot get me back in for another week. It's unsafe to have my 5yr old in the vehicle in this heat and I'm now having to look in to renting a car until the problem is fixed next week, more and more expenses with this vehicle.....

Hire another person to take calls so I can complain to someone. Tired of calling and just getting a busy signals.

I have several ideas for your 383, 440, and 572 Cubic Inch Displacement Magnum, and Hemi engines.. You can tell me I am nuts or insane,but I know it will fit in certain cars and trucks. I was notified that the jeep had a faulty air bag and that it could go off and cause an accident, when I called my local jeep dealer they told me "We don't have the parts, but it's not that big of a deal". I will never buy another jeep ever! When I have my 6 year old daughter in the car with me! It's a big deal!!!! And they wonder why americans buy foreign cars.

I bought a 2013 Caravan over a month ago... The sales manager said he would throw in a seat belt extender for my wife but I have not heard a thing since then. She is getting tired of sitting on the seat-belt to quiet the alarm. Not only that but not being able to wear the seat belt properly puts her in much more danger if there is an accident. Until we get the extension she is in greater danger of injury in a collision. This is our fourth Chrysler/Dodge vehicle and it is disappointing that service has fallen through the cracks after buying this vehicle. Please forward this to the owner. Thank you

We have owned a Crysler Town & Country for the past 7 years. It is 9 years old and has 270,000 miles on it. We have a courier business. I can't tell you hoe happy we have been with this van. Up until a month ago all we ever had to do to this vehicle was tires, reguler oil changes and a rebuilt air conditioner. Recently what has caused us such a problem is a rodent tried to build a nest under the hood and caues terriable damage. Our repairman is having problems getting it fixed and we will probably have to total the car and get a replacement. It's hard to believe that my very durable vehicle was taken down by a stupid rat! We are past retirement age and this is causing us some big problems but its not the fault of the Crysler Corp. Thank you for building such a great car. We will stay with Crysler.

I'm writing you to report a potently dangerous incident that happened to me.I drive a 2012 dodge 4500 diesel for work we bought a cab and chasis put a flatbed on it and use it to deliver hay. A month ago I backed up to a stack of hay to unload my truck next to it,before I even got out of my truck I smelled smoke and the exhaust had lit the stack next to me on fire. I contacted crown dodge in ventura ca and told them they called me back and said they had never heard of such a thing,they want to look at my truck but I can't be without it even for one day. That's it I hope I hear back from you with some kind of solution I can't be driving around with flames comming out of my tailpipe.

We recently purchased a 2012 ram 1500 R/T. It was slightly used at the time 3500 miles. The color of this Vehicle is called Tequilla Sunrise. The vehicle has all the options. Every time we go out, people tell us that it is the most beautiful truck they have ever seen. The truck makes a serious statement. We are also getting about 17MPG in the city, and about 26 on the highway. We are good ambassadors for this vehicle. We simply love it.

i own a 2010 crysler convertable, bought new. I have never owned a car with so many problems. Again it is presently in the dealership waiting for a major part to be replaced. This car has been maintained properly as per specs. I have nothing good to say about this car.

I try to be a firm believer in buying American made. I own a 2007 Dodge Nitro and have owned it since it had 4000 miles on it. I have replaced my A/C system including all 3 lines and am now replacing my 3 window motor regulator. I am soooo very frustrated right now with my car you have no idea. The window regulator is $410 to replace. Mechanically - my engine is good I am 128k miles.

I am becoming more disappointed with the quality of materials that were used in my vehicle. I bought the car new and with less than 70,000 miles on the car, it has had to have its catalytic converter replaced and now I am being told the rear axle seals need to be replaced and the steering mechanism will need major repairs. I could understand this if the car had serious miles on it, but I have never had any of these problems with any previous cars I have had and I have been driving a long time. I have had several cars with well over 100,000 miles and never any problems of this nature. If this is the type of quality I can expect from Chrysler, it will be a long time before I will purchase another.

Leased this vehicle(4th) only to have cylinder head replaced after check engine light went on...months later camshaft cracked and had to be replaced and now I am ready to bring in again for second head replacement after engine light came on again. Not feeling warm and fuzzy about this vehicle nor will I purchase another after this debacle.

You offered incentives of $3500 on a 2012, 200 LX and $1000 VW for a total of $4500.00 but I could not find one dealer, not one, in Spring hill / Brooksville Florida who culd sell me a base vehicle for your advertised price under $19,000. When I review your web site I find dealers 50 miles outside my area 5 to 6 thousand less for the same car. They all claim to want to deal but where the tire meets the road regretfully an opinion by experience they fall way short! Hey one sale less perhaps more, but that one just may be the tip on a big iceberg?

I bought a 2007 Chyrsler Sebring, I purchased the extended warranty that covered the vehicle to August, 2013 or 59K miles. I gave 61,380 miles on the car and the engine is blown. I have had all maintenance check ups, oil changes etc and now this. i called the dealership and was informed that I am basically SOL. I am a single mother with 2 children. I try to keep my kids active with basketball and football. I have a daughter on a AAU travel basketball team and a 7 year old in football, WITH NO CAR. meanwhile I still have to make a monthly payment. I'm so frustrated, upset and hurt!!!!!!

I bought a secong hand Dodge Ram 1500 from USA and brought it to Kuwait, when ran to the dealer to check and service my vehicle they requested first to open a file which will cost me 700$ and then i can enter my car for service. is it Compulsion from Chrysler to kuwait agent to do so? best rgards

I leased a Jeep Liberty and after 4,700 miles it has been showing "Check engine light" I have taken into dealership several times and they have not been able to fix it. I have made several attempts to reach the Jeep District Manager who could actually resolve this issue. The Entire customer service has no knowledge about who the District Manager is and or where is his/her office. I am stuck with a jeep which I am paying for but cannot use it. What should I do?
