Chipotle Corporate Office & Headquarters

I see so many bad reviews on this site and I sent a very good review a feww weeks ago and I never saw it posted . You would think the corporate office would love to hear a good review , after seeing some of these- With that said , Whitehall, PA Chipotle is wonderful , manager -- tler great and staff very friendly .. always happy with the food and the service - thanks !

I went to Chipotle in Southfield Michigan on Evergreen. The service is horrible. They have no customer service skills. The General Manager was there, She looked and acted like the crew. One of the cooks was playing with his hair face, which is very unsanitary. They were slow, the line outside the door during lunch. I wonder if Corp cares about customer services, because of all the money, they are making.

I never complain about anything, but the Chipotle in Monroe Ohio is a JOKE! The restaurant was filthy, floors were discusting and the employees were just plain nasty. They would not pay attention to anything I was ordering, they kept talking to each other and I had to repeat my order many times, The only person that was reasonable was the cashier.

I live near the 6317 Multiplex Dr location in Centreville, VA. The amount of meat that is put into the burrito bowls is a joke. When you select half an half, I guess that means half of the amount you would receive if you ordered just steak or chicken. I go to this location at least twice a week and each time I am given the equivalent of a Kids Menu bowl.

I am a regular customer at the Chipotle in Sunnyvale, California. The past six months the quality of the chicken has gone down and at times, I can't even eat the chicken it is so tough and full of fat. I tried the beef last night because the chicken was not edible. The beef was just as bad. It was tough and I could not eat it. The service is also unprofessional and sloppy. Sorry but I won't be going here anymore.

I have never had worse service at a restaraunt in my entire life! I work for a company that orders large amounts of food from Chipotle at one time. EVERYTIME we order our entire order is not right! No ones food is done how it is suppose to be, it is NOT fresh, and it is NOT good! It is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

We have wrote to this company, notified old supervisor and boss. My husband worked for the store in Bellevue Washington. He never received his W2 and now we have been trying to do his taxes and NEED THIS COMPANIES TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER!! HELP can someone look at their W2 and respond to this with the information I need!! Thank you

So a month before they were due to go out I called my old store in prescott, then contacted corporate by email and phone to ask for my address to be changed so I get my w2 without any trouble. So much for that, you people still sent it to the wrong address and now its being sent back to you. So how is one suppose to receive our W2's from you.

Im an ex-employee , and I have given my manager my new address several times! I have yet to receive it. I tried contacting Corporate but I can never get anyone on the phone I left a message a week ago and haven't gotten a phone call back. I need my W-2 please!!

I worked there and left because they didn't pay me for the days I worked. How do I contact chipotle headquarters because if I don't get paid I'm going to sue chipotle! Plz respond

The store in akron ohio howe ave was awsum, especially stefani, she was great and she knew how to handle my order and did it with class and was very poilite. She said she is been working there for two years but, she also said she is not a manager..I find that weird? If i owned a store i would try and steal her away. For sure!

I frequent the Canton Ohio Tusc. St location often. As of late, the staff has gotten increasingly more rude. Tonight I went at about 7:20pm and a young lady (black hair with a bow) working at the register rolled her eyes while we were deciding to to dine in or take out. Because of this, we decided to take the food home. While I was getting my to-go drink, 5 employees in uniform were sitting down eating. The same young lady went and joined them and very rudely and sarcastically yelled "really no ice with that coke zero?" I have sensitive teeth and cannot have ice, and I also did not reply. I was very offended! I will be going to Piada from now on.

I went to the Hulen St Location in Fort Worth, TX today and was disgusted! I asked for the steak bowl and then they literally slid my bowl down the line, not letting me request what I wanted on it at all until I got to the register and then I had to tell them. At the register, the employee had not even swiped my card yet when they shoved my food at me and urged me to get out of the way for the next person. I sit down to eat and the meat was practically RAW!!! You could not chew this uncooked meat! I take it to the counter and told them it was not cooked. She took my bowl and said she would cook my meat some more. Unacceptable!! I had to ask for a refund and had no time left to eat on my lunch hour. Never going back again!!

Brown rice is under-cooked and hard at the Freehold NJ Chipotle and sometimes the chicken is also undercooked. Very scary.

i am very frustrated with chipotle, i had my team interview saturday, and i was told that in order to get my schedule i have to fill out the paper work on line. I put in the wrong email address on my app and when told i have to go in back to my app and either correct it or fill out another i run into same issue, the systems kicks me out saying my info does not match what they have on file for me! what to do, i was excited to be considered but now idk

I love CHIPOTLE and I've been eating it for a few years. I'm outraged after finding out my vegetarian bowl is not vegetarian. I was on a 29 day spiritual fast no meat and no sweets so I would order a vegetarian bowl NO MEAT!!! I went to the chipotle in lake in the hills, illinois and I was told the pinto beans have bacon....this is wrong

i went to the whitehall location on East broad Street, and had a huge order, when i went back to my house one of the orders, which was a veggie bowl was done incorrectly. I went back to the location to let the manger know, so that the order can be redone correctly. the manager proceeded to advise me that because I watched it being made that it was my fault and tyhere was nothing that she can do, and rudely walked away from me. never will i visit this location again!

I went with my wife and 2 kids to chipotla on lavista rd The girls they work there are black and am white the people in front of me was black we order the same plat and she put for her extra chicken with no charge when she ask me what you like on your rise I sad chicken she put me exactly 10 chickens I told that's nothing she sad need more pay more that's not good I am calling a layer

When I first started to come to chipotle I could not finish the whole bowl. Now they skimp you so much its no problem to finish the bowl. I can go get 3 in and out burgers for 9 dollars. And from now on I think I will.

I really enjoy eating at Chipotle, here in Centreville. The food is great, the employees are very kind and patient, and it's just a nice environment. However, when this particular restaurant said "Welcome to the team!", they never sent me the paperwork, that you HAVE to fill out online. There is no paper form, and this particular Chipotle will not/cannot print off a paper copy of all the forms needed to be filled. It's been a week, and I still haven't gotten anything. And with them being so upset that I don't speak Spanish, and with them expecting me to learn it, is getting really annoying. I was left sitting at my interview for 25 minutes, and only being told "Oh, I'll be right back." Now don't get me wrong, Spanish as a language is beautiful, but you cannot expect someone to learn a different language in such a small restaurant in such a small shopping center. Nearly everyone speaks English, and many of us have extreme difficulty learning new languages. I'm sorry Chipotle, but I cannot be an employee with this level of disrespect and near mockery of myself. I will continue to eat the delicious food, but that's all.
