I took friends to the new Viera, Fl restaurant today for lunch and ordered the steak bowl. It was the worst meal I ever was served in a restaurant in 50 years. Each and every one of the 14 steak bites were inedible fat and gristle. I asked the cashier to assist with getting a replacement and was advised that all of the steak was the same. So I was finally offered some shredded pork that was just as bad. Poor food and poorly trained staff = disaster. You need to get this fixed or I plan to work diligently to rid our community of you and your sorry food. I will advise my friends to not eat there and "short the stock" because you cannot possibly stay in business serving such food. Even had to go next door to Steak and Shake for bathroom because you have a one "holer" and no urinal.

its a shame that the store in Binghamton has a lot of problems in house. you should be the under cover boss to really see how things are being handled. its a shame that you do have some good employees that are treated badly. you should look into them ..........

I have a very bad experience at your New York 8th Aveue restaurant. The food was good, but the restaurant was very dirty. There was trash all over and I had to wipe my own table off to be able to eat. I eat at Chipolte in the Philadelphia all the time and recommend it to friends, but the one in New York was very disapponting. I know it was around dinner time, but that is not excuse that some employee couldn't come around and throw the trash out and wipe off the tables so it is ready fort he next customer.

We went into our local Chipotle in Clermont Fl at 9:00 pm (closing time was 10:00) they had no rice,no carnitas and no guacamole. Only one member of the staff was willing to offer to make some for us. Much to the dismay of his coworkers. It was a poor representation of the restaurant.

I recently called a Chipotle store location in Waukegan IL. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me that per company policy they are not allowed to give out any information regarding former employees. So I call the corporate headquaters in Deven, Co and I got a recording that they use the work number. Why couldn't the manager at the store give me the work number and code to do a reference check. Your store managers need education on the policy.

They were out of guacamole and said it would be 10 minutes. I was bummed but decided to wait. 15 minutes later not only did they get me the guacamole but they remade my order and gave it to me for free for having to wait in line again plus the 15 minutes (they were sooo busy) My personal thanks to the manager Michael at the Buckley and Quincy location. Totally made my day!

All of a sudden the Citrus Park store in Tampa Florida will not take phone orders. I've been calling at least twice a month since they opened and everyone who answered took my order happily. Until now. So I'm sitting in the Chilis parking lot waiting for my order and its coming out right now. I will never eat at Chipotle grill again. someone should call me over this my number is 8139241974 it seems they make up the rules depending on how busy they are. and if you're so busy you can't take in order don't answer the phone!

I just started working at Chipotle, they do not give breaks not even after 8 hours of work. Im 8 months pregnant and can not be on my feet all day, Their idea of training is throwing you on the line and hoping you figure it out. But being 8 months pregnant with my belly i cant even seem to reach half of the containers. They are going against the law of michigan by not giving me at least one legal break. Only have worked here for 5 days and i already want to leave,

First the boys scouts, and today I learn that your "food with integrity" is full of trans fats, GMOs, corn oil, hydrogenated oils and preservatives. As a cancer survivor who is alive today only because of my nutrition choices, I eat out at only a few restuarants and yours just got knocked off my list. Spreading the word, too. Corporate thinking will get you everywhere... or nowhere.

Shame on you for backstabbing the boy scouts. I hope your stock price and financial losses go the same as j c Penney when they pushed support for the homosexual agenda. Last I checked they had losses that were unprecedented in their history. They lost me as a customer and now so have you. I will also tell everyone I know not to support your company. This news is spreading through the Christian community like wildfire.

Please add me and my families names (8) children to the list of unhappy former customers who will tell all my family and many friends to not eat at your restaurants due to your corporate decision to not fund a Boy Scout function due to your bias and morally incorrect stance.

love Whitehall location and Tyler K is a wonderful manager always greet us with a smile and such kindness , which is rare these days . I love going there to taste terrific food and receive great customer service - Kudos Tyler and staff!!

Very disappointed to hear that you have stopped supporting the Boy Scouts. Not supporting an organization that helps young boys grow up to be responsible adults seems a very foolish decision to make. I do not live near a Chipotle restaurant, but will be sure to share with my family members who do, and will not ever patronize your restaurant in the future.

Chipotle pulling sponsorship of BSA has lost me as a customer. BSA is an outstanding program for producing outstanding young men. They should not be pressured by companies like this to cave under mis-guided political correctness.

I was very dissapointed to learn of your decision to pull your sponsoship of the Boy Scouts of America. My family has always enjoyed Chipolte. Ironically, we were introduced to Chipolte several years ago when a California location offered a free meal to any Boy Scouts in uniform who had just participated in a fundraiser for the Wild Animal Park in San Diego. You have made your decision, I must make mine. My family will no longer patronize your restuarants until a public applogy is made to the Boy Scouts of America. I will share this information with my fellow Scouters.

If you don't support the Boy Scouts, we won't support Chipotle. Do you really think guys cornholing other guys is "normal"?

I love the fresh food served daily Chipotle offers. It would be nice if Chipotle served more of a variety of Mexican dishes. But for now Chipotle sits well with my lifestyle. Thank you!
