I love chipotle but for some reason everytime I go to the chipotle in the steelyard cleveland ohio the rice is hard and not edible. ....like today me and my friends went there on our lunch break and the rice was hard so we thru it away and had to go somewhere else to eat.....if this continues I will no longer eat chipotle....

The staffing at this store was bad over the summer but has gotten much better over the past few months , it is alarming that they could fire a manager so quickly and one that me and my family think was amazing.

Worst Burrito EVER

The Chipotie on Charles St. in Baltimore is the most ghetto restaurant I have ever eaten in. Other fast food places at least have one component manager on staff not this place. They were closed down for a few months and they should have stayed closed. I will never go back and I would recommend to everyone never to go there unless you want to get either food poisoning and bad service to boot!

about a month ago i had gone to the chipotle in menlo park mall in edison nj and had gotten a burrito. a few bites in realized there was a very long hair in my food. i threw out the burrito and havent been back. today i decided to give the same chipotle another shot. first off i should have known that this would not end well when i stood there waiting to be helped and the employees looked at me and then carried on with their conversation. i ordered my tacos and low and behold there was another hair in my food! i will no longer be going to any chipotle to eat.

We love going to Chipotles....We lived in Colorado Springs for 30 years and I used to work right by Chipotles and I bet we went there at least once or twice a week...We lived in Florida for 6 1/2 years and went to Chipotles in Tampa a few times (being we lived in Lakeland) but when there was an establishment on South Florida we went there may 3 to 4 times a month, if not more. We live in Statesville, NC now and there is a new Chipotles in Mooresville which just opened a little while ago. We have been there twice now and the service the first time was great. Todays (12/30/12) service was terrible......We asked for a bowl, first rice (we got very little), then chicken (very little), my husband asked for more, she put more in, I asked for more and the next gentleman that helped me put about 4 more pieces of chicken in and said that would cost extra....It is ridiculous the amount of items they put in an bowl and you ALWAYS have to ask for a little more.....Plus the guy was rude....It was like trying to push us through the line and not really paying attention to what we were asking.....It was the worse service I have received and like I said, we LOVE Chipotles but I am not too sure if my husband and I will go back there and I hate to say this that if anyone asks if its a good place to go, I will say the food is great but the service is terrible.....Just thought maybe I would let you know since this is a new restaurant there in Mooresville, NC......Might be a good idea to get one in Statesville, NC and then maybe we will try going there.....Thank you

honestly this place is amazing and i don't know how people can say this place is bad. The chipotle near me are ALWAYS respectful, its clean, and the food is never cold, and never got sick from this place and I've been eating ere for 4 years! IM OBSESSED <3<3

Business Owner

Upon arrival at the Chipotle in Macedonia, Ohio on Sunday (store hours state they are open at 11:00am) at 11:30am the staff said the the equipment is broken and they are unable to serve anyone? I find this really hard to believe that an entire store can be shut down due to problems with equipment. The correct answer is to call the district manager and ask for a corporate directive on how to fix the problem asap in order to allow for the business to open later in the day and not miss revenue. This should have been the correct answer given to the customers. I went back to the same location later that day at 5:00pm and the store was open. The grates above the serving stations were so loaded with dust falling into the food I did not want to order. The second issue was the cooler light still had not been turned on from the morning, poor operations- manager did not complete a travel path in the store from behind the line from the customer's perspective. A dirty apron was hanging on the prep table and a girl working the grill had her had on top of a pink head band allowing her hair to exposed while serving food-poor operations and standards of management again. Since I travel allot for business I went to the North Olmstead location and the general manager was having a meeting with his staff and I asked him for the corporate office number in order to report this incident the following Monday. He would not give me the corporate office number directly instead her gave me the district manager's phone number Ashley. I called her and left a message as soon as I got back to me car and left a message reporting the incident. It is now two business days and she has not returned my phone call. I will not go higher in the chain of command in order to allow the upper management of this company the benefit to correct the issues at the Macedonia, Ohio location.

Palm beach lakes manager is rude

The chipotle manager in palm beach lakes Florida, is garbage he is rude says the food is by quantity. I've been a chipotle customer for two years and this guy tells me this, he thinks he's the owner and walks around all the time not helping any customer. He does not resolve any problems he actually makes the problems. He really needs to get fired I got a lot of co-workers that go to chipotle everyday and ill make sure ill let them know what kind of service I've had in the palm beach lakes chipotle. You should fire before you lose your customers

Bug in my drink

Found a bug in my drink at location in Tampa Fl on corner of Citrus and Gunn. Manager didn't seem care; nor did he seem surprised. He was not willing to clean out the equipment at that time, basically allowing hundreds more to drink bug-infested drinks. If this is corporate policy, I will never be eating here again. That's beyond disgusting!

Terrible Service

The Chipotle at the Laurel Maryland location is the worse. The workers are rude, do not listen and totally got my order incorrect even after I repeated myself twice. The steak was really bad because every other piece contained pieces of fat which I was not able to eat. If the workers at the Laurel location can not deal with the rush of people that visit the restaurant during their lunch hour, then they may need to consider another occupation.

Healthy NOW

I have made it a lifestyle now to really eat ONLY good food.. but with a 30 min lunch everyday, it's hard to find fast good that is good for you and Tastes good. Chipotle covers BOTH. Plus Mexican is my absolute favorite. The only downfall my local restaurant has is the personnel. The guys who 'work the front line' do NOT pay attention to the customer standing in front of them. They ask you what you want but then don't listen. You have to repeat yourself over and over.. then they do NOT make sure what they are doing is exact. They do what they think is acceptable....and move it along.. wrong~! I always have to correct them.. plus they chit chat way too much and forget to pay attention to each meal going down the line. I usually have to correct them at that point again.. soon I will be asking WHY they do NOT focus on their job.. especially when the customer is standing right in front of them.. they are making my lunch.. look at it and do it right!

i went for meeting in maryland. we friends make a plan for lunch at chipotle. the general manager name Walter is so rude and has bad attidute with customers. he is the one of the wrost person i ever seen in my life. i will never go back there again.it was my favorite place to eat.

I love chipotle but the one in Aurora,il on rt 59 is the worse. Always have an attitude and stingy with their portions. I mean i know that u have a certain limit on thw amoun of food that u have to give but when u put 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl and i ask for more dont tell me that u have to charge me more for that cuz u didnt give me the whole spoonfull to begin with. I ended up walkin out and goin to portillos across the street cuz their r alway great and if they mess something up they r more than happy to fix it and always go an wxtra mile. I work in customer service myself so i know what its like but for this location to be so rude all the time is unacceptable.

Im a chipotle employee i have been with chipotle for a year i love the way the company respects there workers. I have worked for some bad places and im greatful for chipotle and what they stand for it may not be super cheap but that is because we use high quality ingrediants. Our food costs r not cheap and for what the company pays they do not make a huge amount. We stand for respecting our farmers animals and enviorment please done not let one store influnce your belifes on company . the next time your at chipotle take a moment and ask an employee or manager what chipotle believes in and stands for you may just b surprised in what chipotle really is.

Their employeese are full of bad attitude. all they know is words like tortia; rice; beans etc. no sence eating from nonsence people

if i could have a gave them a 0 i would have. i was at the one in south miami and going there made me never want to eat at any chipotle again. not only was the man who was serving me rude but so was the managers. when i asked them to make my food over because it did not look fresh they gave me so much attitude. when i asked to speak to the head manager he told me it was freshly made. when i got my food the steak was very tough and dry and my rice was very very soft. it did not taste fresh at all...... me and my family would NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! THIS WAS OUR THIRD TIME GOING THERE AND HAVING A PROPBLEM!

I went to Colorado to visit my family, they introduced me to this rest. I love it!!! I wanted to know where the closest rest. is to my town, and I see there are Chip. all over south Fl. BUT there are non, in northwest fl. so I am wondering why?

i am very up set the manger on Morse rd did not do anything about the person making my food . putting it over the trash can and get reed of the stuff on it i did not what in stead of making me a new one i am so done with all of the chipotles if i could eat there ever day i would . but no thanks no food poison thanks
