i went to the Chipotle on Morse road today to get a bowl the SERVICES was very bad and slow the person that was making the bowl WAS SPILLING the food ever were the very first person was spilling the rice then putting it back in the pan after dropping it on the counter that was very nasty i asked to speak to a manger and it took 10mins to get him out to see me[ the costumer ]i was told that the costumer was always right he was very rude to me he did not make a point to come and see what i wanted until he was ready then when he did i told him what had happened about what i saw i told him that they could make some one sick like that he did not care. i was there the day before the same person was there doing the same thing i said all this to say dont go to morse road to eat . they do not give you any food for your money you have to tell them to give you more .

HAD THER FOOD AT MISSION VIEJO STORE RETURNED THE FOOD NEXT DAY,IT WAS TERRIBLE NOW I NO WAY THEIR HAVE NO NAME TAGS,BASICALLY THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE FOOD BUT MADE ME FEEL LIKE A SMUCK FOR SPENDING MY MONEY THERE

Last night around 7:20 I went to the chipotle on Polaris Parkway Lewis Center Oh and the service was really bad, the girl who starts the burritos and puts the rice on them, had a really bad attitude, it looks like she hates her job (she needs to find other job), the service was really slow, when I got there, there were was 7 people ahead of me, by the time I was done paying, the line was all the way to the door, the guy who serves the salsas, and rolls the burritos, was so slow and did not mark the burritos, when I got home, we had to open all burritos to indentified them. Lately the service has become so bad in all locations, you have to ask them to put more rice or meat, the people who serves are so cheap, before, the burritos used to be big and for the price, they were worth it, now, you pay more and get less.

I just had a undercooked chicken burrito bowl. I took pics of it and is ready to spread all to my friends. Disgusting. I have heard about undercooked steak, but undercooked chicken? uhh... really chipotle? are you serious? lets see whether i get a food poisoning or not tomorrow. this will get serious if so. and i feel sick already thanks to you.

i think chipotle is horrible..come on they let the food sit out there on the line it ggets all dry the selatro in the rice is brown from being o old. they reuse sour creme all day long it just gets thicker and thicker. they damn manager have the employees running all over each other like they are dogs. like calm down its going to be ok. they constantly get our orders wrong. and WHY IS THERE NO AC you can hear the employees say its so hot i feel like im going to faint. i mean when i eat their i just start feeling really sick its bad.!!!! Upper management is so rude. and they have gay guys coming out the girls bath room SERIOUSLY!????? CHIPOTLE @ PERIMETER MALL

i was waiting outside of the bathroom for the man in front of me to come out and when he came out i saw that it was an employee. I entered the bathroom and there was feces on the toilet seat. also, i did not hear the sink run before he came out. I am very disappointed and will never go to my old favorite restaurant EVER AGAIN!!! disgusting

I was employed with Chipotle (North) in Rochester Minnesota for almost one year. I worked opening grill every morning for that one year. One raining morning I went into work and got the call from my sister in-law,she was in a car accident. I was very upset and worried as you can imagine. The accident was no more than 4 miles away, so I asked my boss if I could go check on her to make sure everything was okay, as she is only 16. He told me no, which upset me even more. He told me to just leave and take the weekend off, he would call me when he needed me. I called a shift leader two days later to find out my termination papers were on his desk. When I called my boss on his personal cell phone to find out what was going on he asked me who was saying this, so I told him. He told I was NOT fired and he would take care of the rumors being spread. When I asked him when I could come back he said come in on Wednesday at 2pm and talk to me. I sent him a text telling him I was sorry for being upset that day. I called him Wednesday he told me it was up to all the crew members to weather i came back or not. He said if one employee said no then I was fired. He said he would call me on Thursday to let me know. I never got a call, so I called him. He told me he had one more employee to ask, but everyone had said yes so far. He told me to come in to meet with him on Friday, and he would let me know. When I went in for the meeting he had my check already ready for me, and told me I was fired for having an attitude! I apologized and begged for my job. My check was posted dated for the day before. So someone please tell me why I got the run around for 2 weeks about my job, and why did I get fired for one employee saying no, and why was it up to the employees anyway? I worked very hard for chipotle and made many friends I considered family. Why was I fired for supposed attitude when employees can smoke marijuana in the back room being caught by my boss Freddy AND NOT FIRED? Why can other employees have attitude and not be fired? I took great pride in my job at Chipotle. I took the extra time (as NO other employee did) to go out and ask customers how their food tasted and if there was anything I could do to make it better. I am researching the statues and laws about being terminated, and believe me as one upset employee, if there is ANYTHING I can do about this believe I will! ALL MEMBERS AT CHIPOTLE SHOULD BE GIVEN DRUG TESTS! I am calling the Better Business Bureau first thing in the morning to stress my complaint with them, and let them know what is going on! Chipotle Corporate Headquarters needs to do something about how team members are being treated. Every employee deserves to go to a work place and be treated with respect.

i just lost a job at chipotle in vernon hills illinois because of racial dicrimination they did'nt want me working there because of my race they sat back in talk about me laughed in my face had people of no authority telling me what to do how to do it etc. but when i went to the manger in told them bout my problem she told me if i dont want to work here the door is right there so out of anger in tired of working hard but still being mistreated i took her advice now im out of a job because of people not being able to be professional.

I worked for Chipotle for three years and never got to work on the front line. Why, because I'm profoundly deaf and therefore Chipotle must keep the deaf and dumb back of the house doing dishes and food prep. No matter how hard I told them that I had a business degree and can read lips fluently, they said they could not put me up front. Duh, how hard is it to lip read burrito bowl? Sad thing is we had illegals working here trying to speak english. When I say illegals, I witnessed three of them being escorted out of Chipotle for having fake id's and names not matching up to SSN numbers. I got a increase of 15 cents in pay after three years. The final straw was busting my butt so hard that I had to get umblicial hernia surgery when the walk-in door slammed into from behind while carrying a 40 pound box of marinated chicken. Told the manager that I got hurt on the job, he was looking at me like,"you are letting the company down." Meanwhile, I had to wait for five weeks before I could get surgery while Chipotle's insurance company came out to interview me like I was a criminal. I lost my apartment because it took six weeks before I got a paycheck at 66% of my usual wages according to AZ's workman compensation law. You do the math, 66% of $9.15 at the weekly average of 32 hours. Another awesome thing about Chipotle, you don't work more than 40 hours a week to avoid overtime. Yeah, work 6 nights a week 6 to 7 hours a shift is going to make you popular at home with your wife and kids. "Daddy, why does Chipotle make you work so much and how come you always angry when you come home with wet clothes?" "Son,Chipotle only cares about its profit margins, us employees are just slaves." "Daddy, some of your co-workers been there for such a long time, if they are not happy there, why are they still there?" "Daughter, they have to stay there because of the new E-verify law. If they try to apply for a new job, they will not be hired, so that is why we have to deal with some people with attitude problems causing company morale to go down?" My blind wife went in looking for me one day and I was pulled aside by two managers that she was not allowed in the restaurant because she was disruption to us. But it is okay for other co-workers able bodied spouses to spend hours here eating free food and soda because they can see and hear? The ADA has told me to file a lawsuit for discrimination based on this. It is all about IMAGE. The Chipotle's motto should be "Only perfect people allowed here." Reading some of the post of former employees and would like to put in my 2 cents. DENNIS BROWN, are you African American? If yes, the spanish co-workers can be outright rude and discriminating to them. I'm white and a minority where I used to work had to listen to the manager on duty tell me the 'N' word to me when this african american worker was on duty. Really nice when manager talk like that especially when I'm diabled myself. Another example is AFRAID, she talks about sexual harassment in the work place. It is horrible at Chipotle, women are treated like objects and toys. One manager got pissed at me because a young woman with blond hair and blue eyes liked to talk to me because she knew I wanted nothing from her except friendship. The manager just about pooped a brick when he saw her talking to me. Pulled me into the walk in freezer and asked me if I was banging her. I was like, I don't date co-workers and have a girlfriend. He was like, are you crazy, you should be banging the hell out of her and how was it? Very disgusting experience, wanted to go home and shower. Thank you and have a nice day. I would frequent the Naperville,IL chain and always received great service, good food and lots of it. I never had to ask for extra they put the right amount on there for the price im paying. Now that a chain opened up in my home town of Joliet i must say "PITIFUL" the first time i went i saw they were giving me very little beef, i asked for a little more and they wanted to charge me extra. I told them there's nothing on there now. The second time i went they charge me for three tacos when i got two. Luckly they refunded my money only after i looked at my receipts days later. This last time i went my husbands chicken bowl was skimpy, for $6.00 it should have been a pack bowl and as usual my taco had a scrap amount of beef. Needless say i've had it with the Joliet chain you will not get my business EVER AGAIN!!!!!

The new chipotle in homewood IL SUCKS!!!!! I asked for dlb meat got single plus the manager was standing over the employees like a guard!

they fired me after the 3 months and didnt give me a real reason i was let go i did all the work and it is never good enough

I was hired at chipotle on August 27 2012 I completed all the paper work I needed too an I still haven't started working when I go in an call the newton location they keep giving me the run around its not fair and it's not right I'm a single mother was struggle to take care of my daughter I really wish that chipotle hire mangers who are going to do there job instead of wasting hard workers time so dissatisfied with the company!!!!

Chipotle tries to pressure you to work off the clock. It's impossible to get the work done in time. They treat their employees unfairly.

Chipotle Chelsea West, NYC I was fired from my chipotle after 2 weeks. They told me I was inconsistent and I have attitude, both of which claims are untrue. Everything I was told to do was done. I have no attitude and complied with all instructions. From the start I could sense an attitude towards me by 2 of the managers, but I never said anything. They constantly switched the schedule without telling me which caused me to be fired. I told them I was unavailable to work Sundays. I spoke to the head manager about it and he assured me that it was ok. When I did not show up the following Sunday I was given grief by all managers. When I explained to them that I spoke to the head manager, they told me that he said he was never told by me that I cannot work Sunday. I've had things stolen from me at this job. I wasn't given any type of warning or write up, just fired on the spot for my one lateness. I feel that this place is unjust and I was fired for nothing. Horrible communication by all of the managers causes many problems at this place. Better believe I will be contacting human resources about this.

I was very upset abojt how they treat there employees i was wodkinv for.the company.ne ere late alway helped wben needed .i walk into.work tpday and tell me i am.fired because i am not a team.player. i always helped.when people.asked the manger never seemex to.care all.they care about is m.ore money and moving up the latter . i feel i was a strong employee never late and i did my duties while i wS there i feel.chiplote sows not care about there employees that is a shame
