Chipotle Corporate Office & Headquarters

Everything is great about the Chipotle restaurants from Texas all the way here to Florida. I have eaten at Chipotle in Allen, Plano, Dallas, TX and in Tampa, St Petersburg, Sarasota, Daytona and my favorite Badenton, Florida location. My only complaint is that in every restaurant it is really difficult to get the cup lids out of the horrible holders!

This the second time I saw an unsanitary way of handling the food at Cerritos, CA location!After droping food on counter,he clean it with most dirty cloth I have ever seen and went about making another order without even changing a glove! Yesterday after waiting in line for 20min, to find they ran out of hard taco,and ask for soft, she slam broken corn tortilla and at the end she mushed whole thing, that you do not feel like to eat. When complain, no apology, nothing! They both looked at each other like I am nuts. Very poor custome service! They have sure lost my business.

I went to the Chipotle in Tinley Park Il, and really like the Mexican theme and the healthy menu. I was very Disappointed when they had no Vegetarian Meat Substitutes on the menu which are very Healthy ie., Veggie Chicken, Veggie Steak, Veggie Beef! I hope the company adds some of these on the menu very soon!

My family and I purchased chipotle today 2/18. when we returned home to eat our daughter ashley began screaming and crying. She was running around throwing up and crying. There was a stink bug in her soft taco we contacted the hospital and then the herdon va location. I spoke with dennis who informed me that he was the store manager. He was extremely unhelpful. We than drove to the location with our extremely upset and emotional daughter. Dennis was there and made us wait then he had a form that he was reading questions from. Im extremely upset and would apperciate some to contact us that is more respectful then dennis. 5712509076 this is my number.

Very upset. Went to the one in st joseph mo ordered my food to get a 80dollar ticket...they charged for extra meat I did not order charged for a adult size meal when it was a childs meal amd didn't get anything with it. The big kicker was when I wwanted them to refund some of my money back they offered a organic milk instead... are u kiddng me.. hire some adults to work ur store to supervise the young kids u have working in there please...

Due to the fact these people are hiring illegal immigrants I will no longer be eating there just like I no longer eat at IHOP or shop at Wal-Mart. This is America and these jobs should go to Americans not illegals.

The 3 times I have eaten at the Chipotle on Broadway here in San Antonio, TX have been really disappointing. The employees are rude. My food took forever to be served and it was cold. In general,terrible customer service. I wouldn't waste my time eating there again!

I LOVE CHIPTOLE, I GO THERE ALMOST EVERYDAY AT LEAST TWICE IF I CAN MAKE IT. THE SERVICES WERE DOING GOOD AND GREAT FOOD OF COURSE. I WAS HOPING THERE WOULD BE ONE IN SPRINGFIELD VA NEXT TO THE PLAZA AND FINALLY THEY'VE OPENED ONE. WORKERS THERE WERE VERY RUDE AND TELL YOU THE TRUTH ALL THE EMPLOYEE'S IN EVERY CHIPTOLE ARE RUDE. IT'S RARE TO FIND SOMEONE THATS ACTUALLY NICE AND I LOVE CHIPTOLE SO MUCH I STILL GO AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER. SO TODAY FOR LUNCH I'VE WENT TO THE ONE IN CENTREVILLE VA. THE OLD FACES WERE A BIT NICER BUT I SEE THAT THEY HAVE BUNCH OF NEW HIRES. I'VE ASKED FOR A BURRITO BOWL WITH EXTRA BLACK BEANS SINCE I LOVE BEANS. THE NEW EMPLOYEE STOPPED AND ASKED HER MANAGER IF IT'S GOING TO BE AN EXTRA CHARGE? FOR JUST ANOTHER SCOOPE OF BEANS EXTRA CHARGE ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!!! THE MANAGER THEN LOOKS AT ME AND SAYS YES THE BEANS WILL BE EXTRA CHARGED. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THE MEATS BUT VEGGIES?! ARE YOU SERIOUS I'M SO FURIOUS AND FED UP WITH YOUR HIRES I'M DONE WITH CHIPTOLE FOR GOOD. I CAN'T BELIEVE ALMOST 90% OF THE HIRES ARE SO ANGRY FOR US BUYING YOUR (CHIPTOLE) FOOD. I ADMIT THOUGH THE OTHER 10%'S IN OTHER CHIPTOLE'S ARE OKAY BUT WOW. FOOD OVERALL IS GREAT, CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GUYS NEED TO WORK ON!

why do people care about a leaky faucet...is it your water bill? and who gives a s*** about an employee who smokes and texts on their breaks, you dont know their sitiation, and you are not in charge of discipling her!!

well i'm calling about the amherst store in ohio the manager's there nicole mailox a liar she doesn't have manager skills at all she didn't show up to the store for three hrs the manager michelle lucus doesn't do her job she didn't get trained at every area to become a service manager they talk about each other behind peoples back not manager material at all tito u did a bad job at hiring the people there thomas he's a liar too i wouldn't be surprise if that place shuts down by the end of the yr. i believe that those who became a part of that mexican grill the corporate need more of an investagation going on at that store i worked there and i can tell u alot more or go c for yourself

I was fired from Chipotle Mex Grill in hillcrest, San Diego California I was a cook there. I called the police on my mannagers personal friend and marijuana and meth dealer which he openly admited a few times who also was a co employee. This guy by the name andrew tried to stab me in the kitchen when I told him that Tanya the mannager asked me to step in and have him go prep in the back because he could not keep up with the pace of supply and demand from the serving line. He andrew told me to stop stepping on his toes and get the F*** out his kitchen. Andrew then said Ill F***** kill you. I Said are you serious I told him I was only doing what Tanya told me and shes the boss. This point I was pouring the cilantro lime rice into a quarter pan and he took the kinfe he was cuting the chicken with and stabed at me coming between my mixing bowl and my stomach or lower abdomen for those who like to be anatomicaly correct. I was pournig the rice into the quarter pan. I immediately left the kitchen and told Tanya she said the I sholud not make shit up that she knew Andrew for many years and he was not that type. I told her I was going to call the cops she begged not to do it. I told her I was. She told me ok but first take 10 minutes and then call if you still feel that way. She then sent Andrew home who only lived about 3 city blocks away and he returned about 4 to 6 minutes later. I asked her to trransfer me to another Restaurant and she said she could not and would not do that.She then called Andrew and he denied the whole inccident so I decided to call the cops Tanya told me I could not use the phone in the restaurante to call the police to go find a pay phone. I left the Restaurante and called the cops when all was said and done I was asked to leave and not come backuntil She called for me. A week went by and I got a call to go pick up my check and that was all I was informed of that I was no longer working there and no other explanation was given to me. HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM BURRITOS?

I amachipotle fan , I have eaten them to weregot disgusted but in good way, now what I do not like is the custome service I have experienced, first problem , someties I like steak , I like my steak to look no I like my steakwell no pink , I hav to go thru ell and high water with the preparers at th howe/arden in Sacramento,ca. restaurat, if I want extra rice beans cheese, I have tohear all these hums and hevy breathing , I mean you get the moneyright, whats the point of giving the individual to be able to buildtheir own burrito if the company wants to do things their way, are these places representing chiptle the corporation or is it afranchise

I visit one of your locations in Chicago, Ill in the Bricktown Mall and was very disappointed to have found a fly in my salad and took it very discreetly to the young. Lady at the register to show it to her and her response was oh it might been in the lettuce and the manager didn't even apologize, I will never eat there again

i love chipotle! i can only buy it on certain occasions, today i bought a chicken bowl with salad!! as i was eating i found a fly in my salad!! i had no appetite , i dont know what i should do! should i go back and show it to them or forget it.. accidents happen? i am a little sad now :(

Hello My name is Jessica. I work at Chipotle, the one in St. Pete on 66th street. I don't know if I'm technically allowed to rate my own store like this, but I want to put it out there that my store is the best place I have ever worked. I love my coworkers, the customers, and my managers. The best part is the free food I get. :) I am shocked upon reading some of these reviews, it saddens me that other Chipotles have treated you like that at all, I know that locally the service (in my experience) is much better. Thanks for being a company that I enjoy working for, so I don't dread but actually look forward to every shift I get to work. Best of luck to you Chipotle. :)

I have both commendation and constructive criticism about the restaurant located on Park Blv'd in the Pinellas Square Mall. The staff there are friendly, ready to help in any way, and that makes it a pleasure to go there. However, I have tried for several months to get someone there to address the leaking faucet in the ladies room. Your water bill there must be astronomical! No one has fixed this situation, and I'm sure that you have read how much water is wasted by a leaking faucet. I thought you might like to find someone to take care of this, as it is not being very environmentally friendly. Thanks, and you have my appreciation for using "natural" meats, and serving such delicious food.
