SirMaam i have never been to your restaurant but have heard alot of positive comments. I live in South Mississippi and would like to know if your company has any future plans of development in my city, Diberville Mississippi? My email is pbaugh@cableone.net
I am originally from California. I am a newly wed and moved to Jacksonville North Carolina with my husband who is an active duty Marine. We both love Chipotle's delicious food, but are Very disappointed that the nearest Chipotle is more than 2 hours away :( There is also a strong lack of diversity of food and restaurants here. Even the Marines we know, constantly complain of the few choices of places to eat here in Jacksonville. Honestly I would love to see a Chipotle restaurant open up here in Jacksonville really soon!! I am so sure at least two Chipotles would be needed to supply the huge demand for delicious Mexican food here in Jacksonville :)
Chipolte was great when it came out in the first few years now nothing like it was meat not good doesn't taste good and it's red yea meat is red just not good anymore I won't buy it anymore.
Your restaurant in Woodland Hills, CA. is very poorly managed. Service is terrible, floors were sticky,(like poorly mopped). Waited (10) minutes in line, asked what the problem was, told:" not enough help". Noticed Some problem at the cash register. In general, poor training.I left, and mentioned to one employee, you lost a sale, he could care less.
I went to chipotle today located in Winston Salem NC, and I had a great experience the girl that help me with the menu was great, beautiful smile. I spoke to one of the managers and let him know how great she is... I don't know her name but i am sure I will eat in chipotle more often and hopefully see your star employee serving my meal.
Every single Chipotle here in town is packed with illegal immigrants....I'm not goiung back there, american citizens need jobs that they are stealing from us with your help...its very easy to close an eye and favor of them because of cheaper salaries....we are organizing a big group of people boycotting Chipotle and each one of us calling ICE...you had enough problems with the hiring in other states, but seems you dont learn the lesson...
The Chipotle on 7th st Washington DC NW is the worst. They didn't have bottoms for the bowls.Neither any sour cream( this what makes it takes great). The workers doesn't have any customer service skills what so ever.If you're coming in the DC area don't go to the 7th st location. You'll be disappointed.
Worst service ever at the 4900 block of Broad Street in Richmond VA. When we asked the cashier for a tray she said and I quote "all you got is 2 bowls and a drink" and threw the tray on the counter at us. Our first instinct was to take it to the street, but we remained Christians throughout the entire ordeal. They never ever have to worry about us returning. If something like that ever happened again the outcome may be a lot different. She caught us on a goooood day!!!!
I love Chipotle! But can you tell me why ALL the meat offerings (except Barbacoa) appear so DRY! I'm NOT a hot spice lover, but every time I ask what I think is the most moist meat, they say Barbacoa!! So I order that!! How about making the other meat options look MORE moist and appealing so I don't have to choose the spicy one! I have been to various Chipotle restaurants in the Chicago area, and this dry meat is the standard! Could you look into this? Thanks! A Loyal Customer
I gave 2 stars because the Matthews, NC location is usually pretty good. We arrived and were ignored by the guy behind the counter while he replaced old food with new food in the containers. I asked for extra fajita veggies because I wanted less meat and he barely gave me any veggies and put tons of meat on the burrito. Then, when I got home and started to eat, I found 2 hairs in the burrito (very short, not mine) and the onions were all clumped together - not separated. I left it for my cat who refused to eat it. Sorry, not going again.
This is my favorite restaurant in the world [except for a few I can't afford, like the Bella Vista in Silicon Valley.] When I visit New York City I eat there several times a week, and NC has great restaurants. What I want to know is, can I have one in Buffalo?
I went to the Chipotle at Kellogg & Rock in Wichita, KS. HORRIBLE customer service. I waited in line for 12 minutes because there was only one person working behind the counter. I will never be a patron of Chipotle and am so displeased, I am considering notifying the Corporate Offices. Pathetic, especially in this economy.
Usually I love Chipotle. The food is almost always good. This rating is based on the customer service, or lack there of. The Chipotle, in Findlay Ohio, is open until 10pm. My girlfriend and I went in to order a couple of burritos at 9:12pm. The employees were already cleaning up, which isn't a big deal to me. The thing that made me mad was the fact that they were complaining about customers coming in, right there in front of us! I couldn't believe that they were complaining about business. They were blatantly upset that we were there and even more angry that there were still customers filtering in. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience with the employees either being mad that customers were there or the food wasn't prepared in a professional manner. It seem as though employees of Chipotle hate their jobs.
As of this day forward, I refuse to eat at any of your establishments as well as will broadcast online and in person in regards to your lack of ethics and morality when it comes to the offensive rejection notice I received upon entering your contest. This is my reply to your ongoing contest in which it is requested that you wrap what you love in gold and submit it online for a place in the contest. I placed my child's photo in a gold foiled picture frame and submitted it online and here is the rejection email along with my response: You state to wrap in gold something that you love. I looked at all of the submissions and the majority were simply foolish if not plain idiodic in nature. While I felt my submission was sufficient because I placed it in a gold foiled picture frame, you did not think the idea of loving your missing child was good enough? I even utilized the foil paint feature and completely covered the entire picture and gold frame and it was rejected as being obscene? I want an answer as to why it was rejected and not just a broad excuse that it given to everyone else. I would rather reject your pathetic excuse for advertising your restaurant than accept that fact that you would rather approve stupidity over sincerity. I am offended that you found my submission hilariously funny, any audience that is amused my kidnapped child or a missing child is a sick audience. I do not find my submission inappropriate or obscene in any such manner. What kind of morons operate your marketing department in that they are amused by stupidity and frown upon a father that misses his missing, kidnapped child in which he enters his child's photo in a gold foil picture frame as what he truly loves and wants to wrap what he loves in gold? I am going to place your rejection to my submission to your contest on FaceBook for everyone to see just how impartial and biased your company is to people. I am hoping this will help me with my campaign to raise awareness to boycott your restaurant because of your actions. Regretfully no longer a patron of your restaurant, John J. Volturo
Training for a marathon and eating Chipotle every day! So I have great news, I've lost 25lbs over the past 2 months by eating Chipotle everyday and doing a little running. The key is to get a bowl without rice, cheese, or sour cream, and to get lots of guacamole :) One month ago I decided to register for the Twins Cities Marathon in October. I have never run a marathon before, but love running, and have enjoyed the weight I've lost thus far. The reasons I'm writing this is because I would love Chipotle to be involved in some way with my training. If Chipotle sponsors me I wouldn't need my registration paid for (because I already paid it), but I could maybe get a shirt or work some kind of arrangement with my local Chipotle that I visit everyday. Everyone at that location knows me by now anyways. Its by far the best Chipotle I've ever eaten at (and that says a lot). What I know is that I love Chipotle. I love that I can get my complex carbs from beans, fresh veggies, guac, and meat, and never get sick of it. I will continue eating at Chipotle daily regardless of whether you can sponsor me. I appreciate any insight on ideas you may have for me. Thanks again, Eric Newman, Esq.
I have never been so dissatisfied with company. Bad service!!! I went to the 718 Ponce De Leon Ave in Atlanta, Ga. I cannot eat bell peppers and asked that they take a few onion out of the bell peppers to put in my burrito bowl. The girl said to me, "There is a line!" I said, "Excuse me! I am a customer just like everyone else. Instead of you arguing, you could have been putting onions in my burrito bowl!" Then her co-worker comes over & says something under her breath, then grabs bell peppers & onions and throws it into my burrito bowl. I said, "Can you make my burrito bowl over, I just got done telling her that I cant eat bell peppers and only want the onions!" Then she starts going off at the mouth about a line and other people! I told her, "Like i said before, while your sitting her arguing you could have been done what i asked! Your taking more time talking then you are doing your job! It doesn't take 24 hours to get onions out of bell peppers!" Then she ran to her manager (Jose Ramirez) and he was even ruder! I have never been to a chipotle that treated me like this! If you want good customer service DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Its sad that I am from the west coast & I was always hearing about "SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY" & this is what I get! This is a joke!
I love the concept of your resturant and the food, however, employees will make or break you. I have eaten in your establishment often and never thought your employees were so, shall I say, NASTY. Columbia is a college town and I'm sure these employees of yours are just that. Students. I went to a drive thru just behind Chipotle and witnessed employees of Chipotles standing outside the establishment smoking and sratching themselves below. I had seen these three guys working the line the day before. I was appaulled and just became ill at my stomach. The three genlemen noticed me looking and politely "flipped me off". Did they remember I had been in just the day before? I don't think so. What LOSERS they are. Maybe you should think about the show "Undercover Boss" Better yet, Let me be your person to give them the motto of "Believe or Leave" I really like your food, you just need an eye from the sky to see how your employees really act. Thanks for your time, Rosie
The 11830 Rockville Pike location is terrible. I went there March 18, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. and behind the counter in the grilling section where they are preparing raw and cooked meats two employees were eating an icecream cone. As they were preparing food the icecream was dripping out of the cone into the food. When I complained to the manager he said he had only been there two days. The employees continued to prepare food and serve it to the customers for a profit as the icecream they were eating dripped into food being prepared. I have complained to the general manager who did not seem to think it was that important of an issue, but would look into it. I have also called the Denver, Colorado business office who have promised me they will address the performance of this location. Keep your eyes open when eating at the Rockville Pike Location. You might be buying icecream instead.
i love chipotle and its not that expensive but its worht the price
From Chiptle's website: "Unless you have an allergy to delicious food, in which case, we might have an issue...The only soy-derived ingredient is highly refined soybean oil, excluded as a major food allergen." These days pretty much all soy is genetically modified, and there is a lot of negative news/research associated it (and its manufactures). From what I have read, soybean oil isn't really that great for a body even when it is not genetically modified. I went to Chipotle before I knew this and could not figure out why I felt ill (headache and stomach ache) after I ate there. I tried different things, like having the salad instead of the flour tortilla, but I still felt ill. I then asked for a salad with just oil on it (instead of the dressing). That is when I was told that they only have soybean oil. I knew from other experiences that this type of oil caused me to feel ill. So, I'm not eating there anymore and I think that Chipotle is a big bloated hypocrite for using an oil that is so controversial anyway!
