Chick fil A Corporate Office & Headquarters

I live in Tehachapi ca and we have no chicken restaurants at all . I love eating at chick fil a ... But everyone in town has to drive 75 miles to get to one.. We have Tehachapi ,golden hills, bear valley, stallion springs, sand canyon, and willow springs. All collected in the mountains and no chicken place.. Begging and pleading we need one here.. Thank you...

Downright awful management, being a former Shift leader there, the operator is insane! The owner/operator Shaine Miles has thrown things at his employees, screamed in their face, and snatches things out of their hands. In one case he even laid his hands on a girl that worked there, he pushed her and threatened her! He has done so many sketchy things from holding a managers pay, talking trash about you to your face, and embarrassing you in front of customers! DO NOT EVER LET YOU CHILDREN WORK THERE!

Chick fil a is one of my favorite places to Eat. I just wish you would build one in Harriman, Tennesse on Hwy 70 off exit 350 on Interstate I-40 There is a brand new Hospital, Medical center, Krogers, Lowes, A Subway, and future Bojangles Chicken. There is a NEED for a chick fil a.

Hi, My father and I, brought my 2 year old daughter to one of your chick fil locations. They were packed like always. The problem that im having and that keeps occurying is that my little 2 year old goes and play and your signeds in the play room read out toddlers 3 and under only well there were big kids over 3 years old in there playing trying to walk up the slides and they pushed my child down on the slide and when she came to the end she got steped on and kicked, something needs to be done. because the next time it happends i will be calling channel 12

Went to the cfa in madison AL. Several of the workers in there are just mean. I went up to order, and had to wait for them to "notice" me. they wouldnt even turn around. And when i got service, it was stingy and wasn't putting the customer first. I will NOT recommend this cfa.

Apparently the Southlake, Texas location is under new management and it's not working. After viewing multiple negative posts on Facebook I found myself sitting in the drive thru this evening it what appeared to be a reasonable line that I previously would have been thru in 5 minutes. Tonight it took 21 minutes, yes I timed it. I was told they had run out of nuggets, however Facebook friends reported its been a repeated issue lately. I won't be back for awhile until I hear its better. A shame, the service used to be the best and friendliest in town.

While I've read multiple bad reviews let me go the other way. The new Chick Fil A on State Rd 7 in Wellington, Fla. is outstanding. My son and I eat breakfast each morning on the way to school. The service, employees, and food is superb. Love the place.

Chick fil a on jorday way, High Point, NC East Chester. manager Kevin Dills was horrible horrible tonight. Just got a Calendar today for 2013 and the first month said free sandwich, when we gave him our card, which we had to register, 6 days into feb. we could not get a free sandwich, HOW WRONG IS THAT? Kevin Dills said we cannot give you a sandwich, this is not january its february we will give you a free coke. This is not right, wonder how many sandwiches they throw away, at closing, they cannot keep their customers happy when they have a coupon, and we bought over 10.00 dollars of other food. please someone tell me does the customer come first. It was not like I was begging for a free sandwich. I had the coupon, Kevin Dills would not take it. I',m letting the Corportate Office know in Atlanta Ga. if you have a complaint, call the corporate office in Atlanta Georgia. let'm know how we are treated.

I don't know what it is about the Chick-Fil-A off of Parham Road in Richmond Virginia. But the general manager get's away with everything! He has let go of alot of people at the store. Im tired of him cussing up a storm, chewing people out, and then not believing them. It's not right and surely it is very unprofessional. The man thinks he is right all the time. But when the Boss comes in he lies straight to his face. The GM lies behind his back. cusses him out and always puts him down. Something should be done with that. If there is a way to get ahold of someone who knows how he acts someone should do something about it.

I went to the chick-fil- a on Cleveland ave, Atlanta,Ga and while standing in line the male manager says to another manager she had me to bomb the icecream machine. When i heard that i was incomplete shock to where i didn't even want to order. Bombing a icecream machine exactly that's protocol, because it sure doesn't sound safe. I have seen a lot from that store because i live in the area, but if that's how yall clean machines with bug problems. That was my last time coming to that location. I have been there and seen the owner make her employees cry and i have heard her yelling at the employees from the back of the store like she was on a football field somewhere, and from hat I've heard they get treated better than the employees. Just hope someone would come in and justify the situation, because that's a dangerous store to work in or eat at.

The Chick fil a on Union Ave in Memphis TN has to be the worst restaurant in the city. They discriminate against their employees,harrass them and yell at them even in front of customers. This store is not ran in a respectable manner and ask any that live in and around Memphis to please not visit this location.

Your company is incompetent, at least store #01550 in Colorado Springs. I went to the location and ordered a large number 8, I recieved an 8 piece chicken McNugget instead of the Char grilled chicken club I had ordered. I spoke to the manager who graciously sent me two cupons for char grill chicken club sandwiches. I went back to the location thinking everyone deserves a second chance. I placed my order, said "make sure its the char grill chicken club because the last time I got the McNuggets instead of the sandwich I ordered. Well I looked in the bag, it appeared as though the order was fine until I got home and opened the box. Rather than a char grill chicken club I recieved one spicy chicken delux with pepper jack and one all American delux despite the reciept showing two char grill chicken clubs. Of course I called back and reached a different manager who was, in my opinion very sarcastic. Needless to say I will not be back.

Look, just cook the food. Now, your founder says that he supports the Biblical Family. Ok, I am a very happily married man to a wife for some 26 years now...oh and the both of us are only 44 years old. I am a follower of Jesus Christ and HIM CRUCIFIED. I read the Bible daily, with my wife, and my 2 youngest children. So please tell me, what is this Biblical Family that you are speaking of????? Is it the one where King Solomon had 1000 wives...Biblical Family???? Remember that multiple wives is part of the Dogma of the Mormon Church...and yes, it is still a teaching that they would prefer to have, if it were not for the Government having intervened. Yet you allow yourself, as a self described (Real) Christian to be "unequally Yoked" with another man and his religion that does not see JESUS CHRIST as GOD. But you call yourself a Christian, hmmmmm... Biblical Family. Is this the family that would allow for a son to marry his fathers wife, or even for siblings to marry. Is that what you support???? Then I will call you a sick individual. You obviously have problems with your own life, if all you can do with your resources is to try to control another persons life. Nevertheless, I would like to hear what you mean by supporting the Biblical Family...Please tell the consumer that you support incest and polygamy....I will not, and as far as the Bible is concerned, I am a Christian....Christ came only to fulfill the Law....not to have you inserting your miserable life views into it.

I want to apologize for my comments that I submitted last Thursday. After hearing from several sources, that Chic-fil-A had stopped donating to family organizations like Focus on the family, I was deeply hurt and disappointed with your company. As a loyal customer, where my family and I frequently visit quite often, I was devastated to make the choice to no longer dine at Chic-fil-A. However, I was prepared to do so, because of the values and morals that my family and I possess. The political left and liberal news organizations are hard at work in an attempt to smear the values of Chic-fil-A. My family and I had lunch at Chic-fil-a on Saturday and are looking forward to hopefully having a franchise of our own someday. Sincerely, Randy Porche and family. Seriously the worst place in the world to work well at least in Jacksonville NC. the Managers We Shall Call John(GM), and Jay (assistant GM) are freaking horrible! they treat us employees like slaves we get yelled at all the time if someone waits more than 5 mins. the managers do nothing but sit on there asses all day and play on the computer. and make us employees feel like shit every chance that they can. I HATE THIS FREAKING JOB!!! I Hope You People Lose You're Freaking Jobs!!!

I can't believe you actually let a man like Buck Harris run one of your establishments. He is a bully and takes advantage of the young high schoolers who are employees in his store. Many student employers were told they must choose between working at Chick Fl A or playing their sport but they could not do both. One was recently told she was not allowed to go to her senior homecoming. Who gave him the right to tell his employees that? Especially the ones only working part time while in high school. Many have also tried to ask for less hours because their grades were dropping from working too much and they received retaliation from a full five or six day work week to only one three hour shift a week I am appalled by this behavior and I personally will never go to Ormond Town Square Chick Fil A ever again and I will tell everyone I know and encounter not to go there as well unless Buck Harris is either fined or OUT! If I could leave negative stars on this establishment I would. This is the first of MANY complaints.
