Chick fil A Corporate Office & Headquarters

Love Chick Fil a, but after the last visit I was not at all pleased. Arrive at the store 9:32 p.m. Waited at the menu screen for over 10 minutes drove around to the pickup window and had to wave someone to get their attention they informed me that they had closed even though the store hours say they are open until 10:00 p.m. Going to find me another place where the employees are not lazy. This was the Schillinger Rd location in Mobile, AL.

I go to your Centerton NJ store twice a week and now you take away one of my favorite sandwiches, the Spicy Cool Wrap. Now I guess maybe I'll go once a week, if at all. By the way the new salads ARE to small and over priced.

The store in Cary NC at Stone Creek has gone overboard in refusing service to a senior citizen accused of harassment This is unacceptable Restitution should be made immediately Many people a very alarmed with your overreaction in this matter Thank you A very concerned citizen and (possibly former patron)

Extremely disappointed in new salad menu! If you're going to add disgusting salads with extras that not everyone in this world eats in their salad at the very least you could have kept your more plain grilled chicken salad. I ate this several times a week sometimes buying my family food as well, hence spending more $$. Sorry but my business goes elsewhere. So many are complaining on fb about your changes. It's fine to add new menu items, but don't take away to add more, makes no sense.

Your salads have gotten smaller while the prices have risen!! U have been Avery good customer but $10 for a fast food lunch is entirely too much. So I will miss you but I just can not justify your high costs.

Hate the new salads they are smaller and more expensive . If you are cutting back on the amount of salad why do they cost more. I used to love their salads but they do not taste good anymore healthy doesn't have to nasty. Why can't you have the old and new salads on the menu.

I ordered some chicken nuggets for my faimily and I from the chick fil a in Tifton Ga. Well the 2 order of nuggets were under cooked and pink inside. I didn't realized that they were undercooked until I was home and bit in. I was unhappy that I had to throw our food away and wasted the money.

I am in Boise idaho today and Christine is the manger on the shift I just went in on. Not only did her staff greet everyone at the door they delivered the orders, thanked each patron, asked each person if they needed anything additional and constantly cleaned And smiled. The only place I've ever heard "it's my pleasure" that much in my life is at the Ritz Carlton. So officially you are the ritz Carlton of chicken! Amazing experience. Ill be back tomorrow!

Please change back! The new market salad is nasty! My children love this chain I have in the past struggled with healthy choices there but this is a move in the wrong direction as they are not tasty!

I order your side salad at least twice a week. I am very disappointed that you don't serve the sesame seeds any more. The red pepper things you now give are terrible. I also liked the croutons, but will settle on putting the sesame seeds back on the menu. I also don't think the price needed to go up almost a dollar. Please change this as I love the salad.

The new salads are terrible!!! I don't care if y'all want to add new nasty salads that smell like feety blue cheese but leave my regular salad on the menu!! I love chick fil a and eat there all the time, but that will change if y'all don't give us back the salads that we want!!!!

I am very disappointed in the decision to remove the Chik Fil A Chargrilled or Fried Salads. I eat this salad at least 2x a week, it is a great lunch for me but I went today to get my salad and its completely different. It has blue cheese crumbs, strawberries, apples, blueberries. Im sorry but I don't eat my fruit in my salads and I hate blue cheese. I guess I will not being eating at Chik Fil A anymore.

I went to Chick fil A in Pooler, GA yesterday and I ordered a carrot and raisin salad, but I was told it was taken off the menu by corporate. This one of my favorite foods and it is also healthy. I think this is a big mistake. In a time like this when people need to eat healthy you are taken away a valuable product.

I been to this restaurant several times already. And everytime I go I notice employees in the kitchen staring at women and girls like some pigs. I have even noticed the owner with a bandanna digrateing employees by the registers. He has a serious ego problem. Not going there anymore especially not with my teenage daugther.

My location is Hendersonville, NC. I was just informed that this will be the last week for the carrot-raisin salad before it is dropped from the menu. They said it is a corporate decision and there is nothing they can do. Please don't do this! I would say promote it more but don't drop it! This menu item is a winner!

My whole family loves you food and what your company stands for. But we need a Chic-fil-a in Rutledge or Jefferson City TN we have some in Knoxville, and Morristown ,Tn. But its about 30 miles to get there. So we would like to know what we need to do to get you all here with us.

My husband and I, along with his bus load of ROTC students, stopped at the Chick-fil-A in Wentzville, MO. The Owner/ Operator, Mr. James Bennett, was there to greet us with a smile. When we walked in, I was so impressed with the cleanliness. Even the restroom was spotless! Everyone was professional and very accommodating, especially Mr. Bennett. The food was also excellent. It was hot when served and very tasty. Thank you for a great experience!

I'm very unhappy with the treatment I get at work at chick fil-a. Our break is 15 minutes. I work 9 hours with one break of 15 minutes. What is up with that? Please change thta because that's not right at all. You have to work 10 hours or more to get a 30 minute break. I work the one in Plano, Texas. It's owned by Jay! He sucks. This company honestly sucks. The females get better treatment, too. Our managers, are selfish.

The Chick Fil A in West Columbia promises a lot and does not deliver. I am very disappointed in the food and the fake sentiment received while being served when in actuallity they could not care less. To Mike, Sabrina, and Blake, read a book on customer service, it is ACTION NOT WORDS!

i love Chick-fil-a. I have never had a problem there. The workers there are very nice. I am glad that there is a christian running it because I am a christian to.And I am glad that they are closed on sundays because that is sposed to be a day of rest.Like the bible says.If I had the money I would eat there every day. Chick-fil-a is better then any were als.
