Chick fil A Corporate Office & Headquarters

After working there for over a year I know the ins and outs of CFA. I know that it's hard to monitor every store, however corporate needs to change policy on hiring family! A manager, who is in charge of schedule and payroll, schedules the 5 other family members with plenty of overtime as well as the best hours! And if any of them makes a mistake, well it is swept under the rug. And if he gets upset with an employee- hours are cut or worse you get none. This point is bragged about by his son This operator needs to wake up and take control! His name is on the door. Middletown, Delaware

I'm disappointed in Chick-fil-A not giving Military Veterans a discount, Chick-fil-A is only a very few restaurants that doesn't give Military Veterans a discounts. I'll no longer patronize your business and encourage others not to patronize your business. Good luck in your future.!!!

I was at the San Antonio, Tx Chic-fil-a (#01043) ppm 11/14/2013 at 5:25 pm. The store was crowded for a Thursday night. The assistant manager, Jacob Shaw, was fantastic. He has energy that I've never seen others have. He did menial tasks that other staff could have done. He talked to everyone in that store. We spoke to him personally and complimented him on his work ethics. He would someday own his own franchise. We frequent this restaurant frequently and will continue to go there. Hats off to a superb assistant manager.

I visit the Chick Fil A in Monroeville at least twice a month. The manager has always been available, friendly and fast. He gets right in there with those young kids and gets his hands dirty helping and assisting in whatever way he's needed. I've never seen a cleaner restaurant either. Specifically though, this manager named Sean is fantastic. I've witnessed him taking time out with customers and being generous. Way to go, Sean and way to go Chick Fil A in Monroeville! I'm impressed!

I have been a Chic-fil-A customer for many years (since the beginning). There isn't another fast food restaurant that compares. Chick-fil-A is the ONLY restaurant that is consistently CLEAN. They have the best food, cleanliness, and employees. When our family travels, Chick-fil-A is the go-to stop, because I don't have to worry if it's clean. I went to a restaurant in Lawrenceville, GA and went through the drive-thru. I paid with my debit card, but it was denied. I knew I had plenty of money, but it was declined. The manager gave me the food and said, "The card was denied, but here's the food. If you have a chance to stop back by and pay later, that would be great, but if not that's ok too." What other restaurant would do that! Don't use this story to try to get free food; that would be wrong. I actually had my credit card with me, so I went ahead and paid him. Chick-fil-A is the BEST!

I just want to give a huge thank you to worker at Chick Fil A at Michell ranch plaza her name is Fatime. Her kindness and lovely personality means so much to my family. When I go with my kids, she makes us feel comfortable and we feel very welcomed . She always smiles and treats us with respect! Chick Fil A should be proud of having her ! With kindness , michelle

The owner of the Chick-fil-a "inside Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia Georgia" is a slave driver. He uses the kids who he hires to break child labor laws. We work there without a break no matter if we work 4 or 9. We have to ask to go to the bathroom. Other locations do not operate like this. Shame on you Chic-fil-a...!!!!

I would just like to ask; if someone was to spend aprox $ 1,400 a year on food for their lunches a year with you, why is it so hard for you to put sugar in the tea for someone? Do u know how hard it is to put sugar in your glass of tea when your in a car and you only have a half hour to get to u, eat, and drive back?. Not to mention your new drive thu really is more trouble them u are worth.

Ok heres another restaurant added to my "do not eat list". You have ruined the salads. It's clear you didnt ask the patrons about changing the menu and what company decides to do away with the average salad that tastes good to replace it with these horrbile creations? First of all I dont eat pork. Second, I am allergic to nuts and third, the asian salad just sounds nasty. Why couldnt these new salads just be added to the menu to see how well they sell? Im totally turned off with Chick fil a altogether. You have left me no choice! if I can give it zero stars I would.

You have taken away my side salad condiments & put some god awful spice in its place. Then you took away the carrot raisin salad.Now you are putting artificial flavoring in the peach milk shakes. Cheappppp!!!!

I've always ordered a large carrot raisin salad for my meal because of my gluten allergy (and other salads are way over-priced). So sad that I'll encourage the kids to pick a different place to eat out now. I can't imagine going to C.F.A without having carrot raisin salad. I grew up in Pensacola and have been eating this salad for 40 years. This is not progress.

I have noticed a Chick-Fil-A selling there Chicken sandwiches at the Beach (under a tent) in Atlantic Beach,North Carolina.Chick-fil-A has no store in this town.also know this tent thing has NO PERMIT to operate this tent in this town.....WHY .....Does there Home Office in Atlanta,Ga know this ?? It's my understanding a $500.00 fee is needed to be paid to the town to sell Items at the Beach for the summer season...Why are they getting a FREE ride......Have a Happy Chicken Day.

The new salads are awful and expensive the old salads were sooo much better. Bring them back snd the wraps. The remodel in Brandon is so ugly looking and the double drive thru is even worse never should of changed something that is not broken. Then raise the menu prices to accomodate the expense. Very dissappointed customer.

You should recognize that the Holstein cows in your famous ad is a milk producer, not a beef breed, I respectfully suggest you use a beef breed instead, such as angus, hereford, brangus, etc; I always wonder who decided to use a mild cow instead of a beef cow in your ad, Thanks, a response is requested; I happen to have grown up on a dairy farm and now I raise 2 small beef cows every year for slaughter on my small place here in Utah; by birth am a farmer and still enjoy it; glenn Tefteller, MD

Called corp. to express dissapointment in menu changes. I was told I could get what I wanted if I was prepared to just wait a little. How long a wait for carrot/raisin? How long for Iceberg lettuce in a salad? How long for cheesecake? I doubt my concerns went past the "robot" who took my call. Lastly, menu additions please many. Dropping items displeases many. Too bad.

The Store in Columbia SC on Bush Rive Road is everything I hate in a restaurant. There service is slow, they always mess up your order then get mad at you as if its your fault. There service is horrible! I have never been so dis satisfied with a service!

I am so disgusted hearing what a total jerk the owner of your Salem Va store is. He belittles, screams, yells and is just down right mean to his employees!!! Christian owned and operated? HMMM? I dont think so!!!
