i paid off my auto loan i got my title sent to me got the letter thanking me for my business so i went along one day a work about lunch time one of my coworkers ask me if my car had problem because he say the wrecker taking it out off the parking lot here i am about thirty miles away from home i had payed the car off so i said it could not be the bank after checking it was they had my check for almost two months they the person i spoke with i hope is not the best off this if she is you are in trouble i had to jump through to get my car back i had to pay 390.00 dollars for a repo that should never had been then i had to pay 110.00 dollars for storage i hear off stealing money from there customers if this is what you need to do to make a profit god help this country you have already ran this into the ground you will never have my business again you probly do not but keep doing this type off work and it will catch up with you one day you take that 500.00 i am you need it more than i do
chase bank is dishing GOD this year by not allowing Christmas trees in branches . Not allowing employees to say MERRY CHRISTMAS instead happy holidays I guess if they had it there way they would take In GOD WE TRUST OFF THE MONEY . you should be ashamed i hope GOD has mercy on you.
POOR Chase policies cost them $1,491.87 and, possibly, my credit rating!! Chase (in FL) issued a debit card to my acct. to someone else. This imposter then charged $1,491.87 at WalMart (for what???). Here's the policy problem. When someone charges an unusual amount on my Chase Visa credit card - a warning is issued & I'm contacted. Chase doesn't do the same on their business checking acct.s. ESPECIALLY when someone says that I've moved, Chase changes my address on my acct. & issues a debit card - PROBLEM ... I've never used a debit card (ever!). You'd think that after 8 yrs. with Chase that my wanting a new dwbit card acct. would raise a question. (I'll never use one - don't need to.) Now, I had to open a NEW business checking account, get a new credit card & spend 2 hrs. at the bank doing so PLUS HOURS contacting all my auto-deduction businesses to inform them of my new account. WHAT a hassle becasuse Chase can't adequately check that the person asking for the debit card on MY account is ME! Does poor practices negate all of the efforts that Chase put into advertising? Yes. Is this situation one a giant concern like Chase wants to encourage theives with? NO Does Chase have adequate OIT dept. tomake warnings to customers of abnormalities? Will Chase try to compensate me for all the hours I put into fixing their mistake? Do they need to loose me (& other business accts.) due to this incompetence? AK.
This bank has never heard of "customer service". EVERY time I call, I get some call center in some third-world country, and have to ask to be transferred to someone in the United States. It's bad enough to have to discuss financial information over the phone, let alone allowing someone in a country where our laws have NO EFFECT to access my personal info. Today, I had to call, yet again, to get a FEE reimbursed to my account because I can find no notification of the "rules" regarding withdrawals that they say exist for my account...I've read the on-line Disclosure Statement...says I'll be charged for more than SIX withdrawals during a Statement Period...they insist the rules say I'll be charged for more than FOUR withdrawals during the statement period. No one can, however, tell me where to find documentation of that rule, nor do those in the Call Center seem to know who the CEO of their company is, nor where the company they work for is headquartered. Miraculously, there is NEVER a manager available to speak to, and the cheap microphones they use in the Call Center make it nearly impossible to understand their "Service" reps. I'll spend my afternoon writing a letter to Chase's CEO, and looking for another bank to handle my business AND personal accounts!
Stephan Hudson, The exact same thing has happened to me. I was given a loan modification and they took it back without notification. The money i sent was applied to the old loan. they mad eme starr ocer with the "trial period" making consecutive payments. Then they told me not to make any payments. They want all or nothing now. When you call they adk if you can make a payment. When I say yes, they tell me they cannot accept the payment or their system is not working or they transfer your to somone else then the phone hangs up. I'm all fo rthe lawsuit.
Bad customer service at Chase Bank Setauket NY. Manager Diane. I am a customer with Chase for over 30 years. I did a wire transfer Thursday and today is Monday the week after and My transfer is still not completed. I went back to the manager to find out and she had no answer for me. Here I am still trying to find what happened to my money that was to be wired.
18 Months going through a loan modification. They have delayed-ubstructed-and denyed me. Causeing me un nessacary mental stress , sleepless nights, and worrying. Please dont EVEN attempt a loan mod with them....... TheY say your a prime canidate and do everyhting to wear you down over months of negotiating. Once you make "trial period" payments they dont tell you your credit score takes a 250 point hit.They have lied, cheated, lost documents and turned my life into a nightmare.After making all the trial period payments cent certified mail and photo copied-The failed to credit my account even though they were cashing the checks.THEY DONT EVEN OWN MY LOAN--------It was givento them on the WA/MU Bankruptcy, Anf the fed paid them in full for it-Now I have to pay them Yet again? Scum bag white collar Mafia.WHY DONT THEY JUST SAY NO- we dont do loan mods?chase got 6 billion from the fed for loan mods. As to date they have spent 190 million... Where the hell is the 5 billion 810 million they havent spent? The FTC and the Federal Reserve needs to do there jobs...ITS CRIMINAL AT THE VERY LEAST............im filing a suit against chase, the entire board of directors, and every person ive dealt with over the last 19 months. If youve been screwed like me, Post a contact email and well go class action.Now after the last 2 years theres enough court ruling and precedents in are favor and we will win.
To: JPMorgan Chase chairman,President and Ceo Jamie Dimon. I am very unhappy with JPMorgan Chase with their mortgage loan servicing, I have tried to get our mortgage refinanced since July and have yet to have the loan go through. We have been prequalified, our house has been appraised. Yet it still has not gone through. The first loan officer left Chase for another bank, we were assigned to another loan officer, then it was given to another loan officer. Only to be told that the processor cancelled the loan. The reason being it had been handled by too many loan officers.That is not our fault is Chases fault. We were given a new loan officer, who I have tried to get ahold of 5 times and have yet to be called back by him. He told me a week ago he would be faxing me with the new FHA/HUD changes, yet I have not heard from him. Does JPMorgan Chase really want to do business? We were first told it would close in the middle of August, then the Middle of September, now it is the middle of October,and still it hasn't closed this is very frustrating, we should be put at the top of the list.
I have never had such a horrible account in my life, I have so safety now protection. I didnt even have checks yet somehow they were getting cashed in my account that I wrote, crazy sense I didnt have checks. I keep getting charges for Chase banks screw ups and getting told I am out of luck, I am out 50 dollars cause it was more than 60 days yet they cashed the bad check so I suffer? I have never had a worse bank or been treated so horrible, I will be closing my account and changing my auto loan and telling people not to bank with Chase. THIS IS THE MOST APPAULING THING I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I AM THE CUSTOMER I SHOULD BE GETTING TAKEN CARE OF AND I AM NOT. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!
I think that some employes have bad service skills but that doesn't mean they all like that. I been with chase and they had help me so much to keep my account clear of fees and i recently open my business account with them and they always checking on my and is so easy to reach them. The service is amazing, friendly professional and personalize. Love Chase :)
I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH CHASE BANK. I WENT TO MY LOCAL BANK TO PAY MY MORTGAGE AND AND THE GIRL WORKING IN THE MORTGAGE DEPARTMENT THERE KEPT ASKING ME TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I TOLD HER I WAS NOT INTERESTED. SHE DEMANDED TO KNOW WHY. I KEPT TELLING HER, NO, I WAS JUST NOT INTERESTED. SHE GOT VERY IRRATE AS TO WHY I WOULD NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT THERE. K HAVE TRIED, PROBABLY, ABOUT SIX TIMES TO CONTACT THE MANAGER THERE......BUT EVERY TIME I CALL SHE'S EITHER OUT TO LUNCH OR OFF FOR THE DAY, WEEK, ETC. POOR BUSINESS SKILLS. I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO AVOID BANKING WITH THIS COMPANY.
It is bad when you put our name on your parents account, and the become neg. on there account and the only reason you are on the account is just in case they are ill and can't take care of there bills,and CHASE takes you money out of your account without ANY NOTICE and they don't care if your own account goes neg. because they didn't let you know ahead of time. I have been with chase for 17 years and done alot of business with them and this is what the do to the GOOD CUSTMER. Why did we have to pay parents or in-laws mistakes!!! Thanks Chase for stealing my money. Just so you know I have to WORK 3 JOB to keep my bills got up and for you to tranfer my money to my in-laws account to clear there account shows what type of bank and people you are. You will be luck if you get anymore money from me. Just think if people like me get burned by companys like you, you will not get pay for the loans that are out there. Former Wamu customers! Be wary: if you had any negative balance due to Wamu's USF FEES or else Chase will find you if you now holding an account with them and penalize you up to 5 times the original amount "owed" to Wamu. My Old debt of close to $300 ay Wamu was blown by Chase to $1500. I had a miserable morning on Dec 14 when checked my three accounts only to find out that I'm $1500 short!! Plus they are now imposing "SERVICE FEES" on Savings accounts and you can lose thouthands!!
