I had 2 fraudulent debit card purchases in East Brooklyn, when I live in southern Texas. Called Chase as soon as I received overdraft notice. This ass somehow used a card and my pin number which Chase claims isn't their fault. Theyve sent me unprotected documents with papers containing my address, full name, birthdate, and even full social. Chase is completely unprofessional. When I contacted 1 800 number I was connected with someone in India, as usual, who was very rude and cocky. Talked to a manager he told me same bullshit with a different wrapper. I am currently being kicked out of place of residence due to late rent payment. Chase says that it is not their fault and they have nothing to do with it. CEO's, burn, suffer, and rot in hell with your money. Ive been screwed over almost 2,000 due to employee error or arrogance. One day all of you will be screwed out of your money.
I would really like to talk with someone from corporate that can do something about this account not a 800# that you cant understand that barely speaks english Ive tried and tried to deal with them and nothing gets done they have royally screwed me over again and im done chase bank is awfull thanks for nothing
Hello, I have written many times but never get a reply. The mystery is when I use my Chase Visa Debit card in Germany is to find out how much and at what rate the money is exchanged. Example, last week I withdrew 300 Euro's and paid out $556 in USD for this. The Euro was 1.40 at the time of this tranaction.You can do the math. I am getting it here. I realize the bank performing the tranaction has a fee but I don't understand why when I perform this tranaction I can't receive something that states what excange rate was used, costs of fees, etc. This area goes dark and I need to see where my money is going. It's not that I don't trust you rather then an understanding of where my money is going. Any attention you can give to this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Mike Smith
To All...I been with Chase Bank for a many of years, never been late on my mortgage, always on time...However, I have a HIGH interest rate loan, I've talk to many of the representatives there and it seen that they want you to foreclose on your house. I've tried to get refinance and the loan officer states I must have at least $50,000 in equity in order to refinance, I don't have it.....I've tried to get a home modification for over a year and an half and been turn down. I just don't know what to do. Chase Bank is NOT there to offer assistance for homeowners, they are just turning their heads. I even call the Corporate Headquarters and they direct to someone else. I wrote letters after letters and NO responds. I'm to a point of just walking away from it ALL....
Chase ATM denied my access when i used in chase ATM machine, so i called customer service there response is go to closes branch so i did so (Glendale California) then they spoke to back office by phone and asked me to close my account and re open New account, i am originally from Washington mutual bank , the send some one access my account online i told them it was me still they insisted that I HAVE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT so i did and open two accounts. then on my old account they credit all charges and deposited to my New account Now my Old account $ -712.00 this happen in January 28 2011 i asked them Why my account is negative they told me DON'T WORRY then the credited some money to new account and then took it back and then credit it again , i went woodland hill s branch and sort that out and the sed again DON'T worry well in may 5th i deposit money to account, My Old account has gone to recovery department and they took money from my current account now they have taken Us.$ 1,066.88 more money and when i call them they treat me like i am the one who closed and made a blunder a,d chase customer service is NOT one department once they pick up in Philippians and system is NOT linked i am trying to sort this issue and asked for supervisor get there voice mail never get a call back from them. The worst bank ever!!!!! I was told that they will work out a modification and was given completely inaccurate and misleading information. It is obvious that no one knows what they're doing or how to get it done professionally. I am sick and tired of dealing with Chase and will pursue legal action for the misleading and fraudulent information given to me.
I can't believe Chase penalizes me for living on the West coast, I just paid my bill and because it is past 5:00 PM on East Coast time (2:00 PM my time) I am late on my payment. None of my other credit cards, cell phone company and creditors do that, not even the ones on the East coast, they are glad I pay my bills. I don't have perfect credit, but I do have a good credit rating, because I am able to pay my Bills and in today's market that should say something, but not to Chase. They only think of how they can screw thier clients and the almighty dollar. They keep calling me to refinance my home loan with them, I would never do that with them. I am going to pay off my credit card and never deal with Chase again. The worst thing that ever happened was when they purcased Washington Mutual bank, I live in Southern California and I was very happy with them. I am going to let Marriott know in every way I can, that they need to change their rewards program to another bank! I hope all other Marriott timeshare owners do the same, this bank is forgetting who the client is! Their customer service really SUCKS!!!
When I wrote earlier, I DID NOT intend to give Chase 5 stars. If it was possible I would give them -5. They are the worst bank I have ever seen. They are still giving me the runaround. I'm all for a class action suit.
Chase was so eager to give us a line a credit from 50K to 175K telling us it will lower our interest rate and let them put the paperwork together and just come back in a few days to re-sign the papers. (2007) We now are up to are necks in debt with NO work, all we get are calls day and night from anouther country?? Can't even understand them. Denied us twice for a mod. I don't think they have any interest in really helping folks.
CHASE WORST BANK, LIARS, FRAUDULENT, THIEVES My WAMU home mortgage has been with CHASE, since the buy out of the banks. Never once have I defaulted on payments. My home owners insurance is through American Security. I have good credit, no insurance claims, since purchase in Oct 2006. Good Job and so forth. I qualified for the refinance under the OBAMA HARP plan and the only hang up is that CHASE will not allow me to use my current insurance provider. SO do I have to lose my house and why do they have the right to deny my insurance company who specializes in high risk...brush areas. ALL THE FIRES in this area were no where near us. WHY CAN"T I USE MY INSURANCE PROVIDER? CHASE does nothing, no foot work, nothing and as I said I am qualified..for the refinancing. PLEASE HELP US with this. I am now, forced to go through California Fair Plan for insurance..This is ridiculous.
I am going through the same problems with Chase as Stephan Hutson and M. Horton. To file a complaint, go to the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency). Chase is also trying to take my house--it will never happen. The mess I'm in is their fault not mine and I refuse to pay for their mistake by letting them have my house. If enough people file a complaint against them, they will have to do something. M. Horton, I can assure your wife the only mistake you made was in trusting a supposedly professional financial institution. Keep your heads up. I'm praying diligently every day and I know GOD is going to work it out for all of us.
I have a major complaint against Chase Mortgage Company. Lena F. Geiger died, 5/25/10 of cancer, my mother. Applied for Modification: Chase has such a significant error rate that they have been unavailable: Will, POA,40 pages of documents, faxed, & federal. Continual computer uploading problem at the 800 numbers, 72 turn around. Interviewed with Bank mortgage representative: Three financial counselors. Researched for portfolio loan. Major family vc of ID fraud: Dale Marsh perpetrator, Mexican with existing criminal record, adult probation, error rate, paroled, two years prison, for stealing, ax. possibly 30,000 in credit cards.
All documents submitted. Perpetrator not even sentenced to prison for ID fraud, stalking, Charles Lindbergh law first degree felony, multi alias names on computer searching for German derivative family. My late mother, AB Microbiology major, wife of official diplomat, targeted greatly. Perpetrator, Dale Marsh forged POA, false notary, not arrested for more than 8 months after indictment located in northern state. Perpetrator spouse, Doug Marsh, had existing criminal adult probation record. Minor perpetrator in home. IRS indicated that deposits had been made to L. F. Geiger's account. Chase indicated that there were not any deposits made by IRS. Chase bank had perpetrator's address/Pheasant Hollow, Denton, Tx on my mother's account over a year! We had to close accounts continually for this reason. Chase had increased the mortgage failing to inform my late mother. I had to transfer 1,200 dollars to pay difference because this account was in 'frozen' account not giving my Mother's perfect credit to account & unbeknownst to Chase tellers/banking system. Months of this perpetrator error rate from your bank home office. I paid for her mortgage in person every month. I am owed a settlement if anything for this extremely high error rate and staffed with mgt. of Chase. Suite 102, 624 W. University Drive, Denton, Tx 76201-1889.
Chase bank advised that I send additional documents since they could not find my name on the account after it has been on the account for four years. I faxed documents again. And called to confirm. A "72 hour turn around." I called again after these time frames. Same problem. I requested to speak with the supervisor, lawyer, unavailable. Twenty one thousand dollars equity, property, 79,900 investment, and 3,000 repairs. My immediate estate are owed a settlement period. Heir affidavit completed. One document left for modification to transfer heirs to my name. Hardship case: Taco Cabana/Government engineer corp failed to reimburse me a 9,000 vehicle. My car upon exit in rain storm in exit zone was destroyed by rain flood, engineering corp error & franchise. No barricades. Mgt failed to contact the fire dept or caution cones. Car paid for so therefore it was not replace. Vehicle number two is operable but would not even be sufficient for transportation to Dallas, law firm to discuss this mortgage. I staffed with DACU credit union waiting to approve the portfolio loan because there are 500 foreclosures in this city, and market dropped significantly. This is section 8 location. Existing plumbing problems, open holes in the refuse closet. Trees not trimmed according to real estate guidelines that I invested in. Ceiling was falling in over the water heater requiring immediate attention. Replaced thermostate. House prior 99 degrees! Gables had to be replaced from rotting wood by carpenter, photographs of damages of deck, gables, submitted. Security lights important investment over unpaved driveway, requiring attic wiring of many hours. Ramp added for infirmed late mother, & privacy fence over the driveway because unsafe neighborhood for ID fraud. Investment to paint exterior house with two coats & semi gloss investment because home was a horrific Mexican "Federal Blue" which should have been coded, number one. Requiring laborers with ladder to assist. Plumbing, was initially 475.00, Ernie's plumbing, and existing leak on kitchen counter corner requiring replacement of kitchen counter and plumbing recently under sink repaired.
Just finished my letter to corporate, probably wasted my time, but the lack of experience in processing a government check is ridiculous. This bank is rude, disrespectful and does not hold up to their end of the bargain. Will more than likely be switching to a bank that is family owned and doesnt require our tax dollars to bail them out.
Chase Bank is HORRIBLE! Do NOT open a checking account with them. If you go negative AT ALL they will call you 12 times a day until you make a deposit. As if calling you will produce the money you are negative. IF YOU HAD THE MONEY YOU WOULD MAKE THE DEPOSIT!!! These guys are ridiculous and dont want to help you at all! I am closing this account as soon as I can bring it positive somehow!! I will NEVER EVER deal with Chase again and I will warn everyone that I can not to bank with them!
We have been trying to get approved for the last two years. I understand the concept they will not approve us but try to ware us down...not happening is it chase!! when we first applied, they said to stop making payments on our loan until we get approved...well we kept calling every week still not approved, they gave us a temp. modification, well they kept say send in this and that and we did, but nothing we did were right. Its the game they play so you continue to behind on ur loan. Once a month we sent in all profit and loss statements, still we get these BOZOS saying this is right oh oh oh...Well we are paying half of our original loan still not approved. Get this we hired an attorney they want us to file chapter 13 hell no we wont. We have a LAW suit against them for many different reasons, one they reported to the credit agency that we havnt paid in 18 months our rating is so bad. Thanks JPMORGANCHASE its our turn to come after you. We are working with a government agency..dont give up they will pay for damages in the long run.
In August of 2010, we closed our loan with Cenlar Bank in a Short Sale. We received a closed package and a paid in full packet. A few weeks later, I started receiving letters from Chase Bank stating that our mortgage was delinquent. We called them and the person in the foreclosure department stated that it was impossible to sell our home since they have no information that the home was going to Short Sale. I told her she would not because we did not have a loan with Chase,but rather with Cenlar. I sent her the closed package and she called back stating that we did not have their permission to close. This went in circles for about two weeks. Than we get a call from a collection agency stating that we owed for a policy that Chase bank bought on our behalf for hazard insurance since we canceled ours. I explained again, that we do not have a mortgage with Chase and the mortgage we had was with Cenlar and it close.d Then we are told we did not have permission to close on that loan from Chase. Bottom line is that Cenlar sold their loans to Chase. They sold our loan that closed to Chase. Now on our credit report, Cenlar is showing that our loan is in foreclosure and Chase is showing that we are delinquent in payments. Talk about F### up. We cannot fix this ourselves. We cannot rent an apartment because our credit is too screwed up. I cannot get a job because of my credit history. It shows that we have two mortgages our there and we have no mortgages. We are living in my parents basement! We turned it over to a lawyer. It will cost us a fortune to fix this mess. I'm going to sue Chase and Cenlar for screwing us over like this.
I am writing to complain about not having any ATM on the north Oregon coast,from Astoria,Warrenton,Seaside,Cannon Beach.. That means I will be charged a user fee... There is a Fred Meyers in Warrenton,and wonder why Chase does not have at the least,an ATM,as do all the other FM inland... And what really angers me is I just switched my Delta retirement to you as well as the SS I have had all along. regretably
