I seen better team members , team work and nicer managers but this Boston market in Virginia beach , va is full of rude managers and customers And the food is always cold .

To Whom It May Concern: I have been going to Boston Market four times a week and I am very pleased with the service and the Food. It is nice to go to a reasturant and be welcome by the staff and for the place to be clean and the food to be good. It is also nice to feel welcome. I can see that the manager is a hard worker. He stays on top of things and he works very hard. The one I go to is on Commercial and NE 18th Ave. Ft Lauderdale, Florida

My family has eaten at Boston Market for years and have always enjoyed the home-cooked, healthy food. Last week we ate at the Schaumburg, IL restaurant on Golf Rd. We tood a soup home for later and I discovered a one-inch long piece of wire in it! It looked llike something that might come off a can lid. We took it back to the manager the next day and she comped us with a rib dinner. I brought it home to my dad who discovered a long, human hair in the potatoes!! Yuck. I would suggest a review of their cleanliness procedures. I am not looking for anything for free -- we have lost our appetite for Boston Market.

I purchased the family rib meal at a Boston Market location in Mami, Florida and they were TERRIBLE!!!! They were over cooked and not fresh. They appeared to be frozen for a long period and re-heated They were so bad I will never purchase them again; I will stick with the chicken meals only. I would have returned them, but I picked them up on the way home and was too far away to go back.

went to store #1672 (west Hempstead) on Father's Day. Keshawn helped me with my order. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind a few times.He was very polite and had a great smile the whole time.My order was accurate and speedy. Food was great and the whole staff had great teamwork. Great job again to Keshawn!!!!

absolutely love boston market food in fishkill new york ate there a two or three times a week, always terrific I moved to eugene oregon and keep looking for one in my area there is none the bad reviews I have read must be the managing staff. there was no better food anywhere when I ate at the one in New York. OPEN ONE IN EUGENE, OREGON with a good staff!

I am a frequent constumer at Boston Market on East Main Street in meriden ct. Most of the time I am served by Amari who is always very kind with helping me choose a meal that i want. She has a nice attitude and is always polite. She never makes a mistake on my meals. I will return time and time again, Keep Amari around, shes great!!!

Boston Market has went down hill in Severna Park. They are always out of food or their food is VERY DRIED out or nasty looking. (NOT FRESH) at all. They do not understand chicken from meatloaf. My husband had to state Meatloaf as our choice 4 times before they understood. They kept trying to choose our foods also. They always gave or offered Gravy for their mashed potatoes and now no longer give it with them. They dripped a little on top, lol..What a joke!! I will not ever go back there! Awful customer service!!

A friend and I just finished a really nice lunch at your 38th and Wadsworth location in Denver. The food was much improved over a few months ago, the help now knows how to smile and the place was absolutely spotless. We let the apparent manager know we appreciated his efforts. It is obvious you are headed for a particular objective and I want to wish you good luck.

I have tried and tried to get a human being to answer or return my calls regarding defective packaging on a Rib Dinner. I have sent notices on the contact us on the web site and have left at least eight messages on their voice mail. No human being ever answers and they say they will call right back, but after three days and eight calls, I guess they don't give a hoot about their packaging problem. The plastic on top of the dinner looked as though it had been cut and the contents were spilling out into the cardboard box. They should care about that.

Don't ever fill out an application at the Rochester NY location. The general manager at this store is both incompetent and a jerk. He only got his job because they wanted to get rid of the former GM, and didn't bother to research their candidates more closely. He'll ask for something, then demand to know why you did the thing he asked for, or he'll change his mind on the fly. The district manager is apparently oblivious to it all. I don't know how a company can have a future in the hands of whack jobs like this.

I go to Boston Market for many things, specially sriracha hot Chili sauce. I can't seem to find it anywhere to buy the bottle but Boston Market... I usually get charged for a slice of chocolate chip cake, and with no problems, I get my hot sauce..This time I went to the one on boynton beach and military and had a big problem... Instead of the guy telling me he only had a few bottles left, he acted like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about while giving me a whole bunch of attitude.. Saying he can't ring it up that way and so on.. I went there just for the sauce and walked out with a whole chicken and salad because it smelled so good, but the one thing I wanted I couldn't get... After I made a big deal about it, the manger or who ever he was grabbed the lil bottle of sriracha he had out and slammed it down in front of me and said take this and go...Now I work in the restaurant business so I know how this should have gone.. I understand that he only had a couple bottles left, but if he had just said that I would have left and come back to get some with the next shipment... All businesses are about the customers well if you have this guy on your staff your gonna lose them... The customer is always right even when we're wrong...... No one desvere to get yelled at when just trying to buy some hot sauce.Dont know that guys name but he was in his 40s and skinny with glasses.... Very very rude man..

First I love the food at Boston Market, and was impressed with yur "Eating Healthy" menu, but was shocked when I found out how much salt is in your turkey. Will you ever have low salt turkey?? Thank you

I went yesterday to Boston Market in Belair Maryland and purchased the Ribs dinner. When I got home and eat them I was very unhappy. The ribs were very salty And they didn't really have any favor. I was so disappointed in the fact that they had taste. I will not buy them again.

I went to Boston Market in Yorba Linda Ca. ordered chicken and it was ice cold. I asked them to heat it up and they brought me two more cold pieces instead. Then I looked at my sons kids meal and noticed something purple all over the turkey. I asked the manager what it was and she said it was permanent marker. She offered us a different piece but honestly I would have been afraid to give it to my child. They never even offered us a refund. That was my last visit to Boston Market

I went to a Boston Market on Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia, PA. I ordered the chicken potpie. While the ingredients appear fresh, the overall all taste was poor and bland. I understand that most restaurants are trying to provide even more healthy choices for people to eat but this lacks any seasoning whatsoever. In addition, the sauce for the potpie was really blah. Any chances of improving the taste by adding something to help this along? I don't think even a minimum of salt or pepper would have improved the taste. Thank you.

I went to Boston Market store #490 on Aramingo Avenue and I ate a bowl of Chicken Tortilla everything was fine. I went home and about 12-18 hours later I had terrible sharp pains in my stomach. I began to get sick and vomit every where non stop. A few hours later I was still sick vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach pains, accompanied by a fever, the sweats, & a headache. I called my doctor & he explained I have food poison. I asked an employee what kind of chicken was in the soup and he explained its "picked chicken ". I will never be going to Boston Market on Aramingo Avenue and Castor Streets again!

I was an employee at the Boston Market, and I must say that they treat you like trash. They make you give the customers a mouthful of food and then expect them to pay a lot of money for what it's truly worth. The food is made in microwaves, unlike the pots that it is served from, and customers are told its "fresh", which it was probably made in a couple minutes or less! They also make the employees wear slacks and button down shirts, roll silverware and take the food to the tables, even though it's supposed to be fast food and there are other customers waiting! Overall the managers are mean, and talk behind the employees backs. I would never recommend anybody to ever apply to Boston Market or eat there ever again! Boston Market I hope you go bankrupt so I can laugh in your faces!

The short time I worked for BM, I NEVER felt so disrespected. I felt like I was back in high school. Not only did the managers talk badly about the employees behind their backs, they talked badly about each other behind their backs! And customers too! Talk about an episode of Gossip Girl gone wrong! Just a prediction...Boston Market won't last too much longer.

I've just seen the video of a Boston Market Restaurant shown online on 2/1/2013. He was talking to a female "Undercover Boss". The boss was an angel that came to rescue the aforementioned branch. The "employee" had the WORST attitude toward customers that I have ever seen in my life (I am 70 years old). If I had been in her shoes, I'd have fired the bas...ard! on the spot and would have worked the rest the day for the sake of the business. I've eaten at Boston Market and like what they serve. I hope to never see another episode like this. No business deserves to put up with disrespectful people. The employee deserves some of the medicine he dishes out to people he knows nothing about. Hopefully, all business managers who saw the video will refuse his application for employment. He should be dropped in the Sahara desert and to fend for himself since he is so perfect.
