AFTER READING ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS , I JUST ABOUT BACKED OUT OF THE ONE I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE, BUT FEEL IT STILL NEEDSTO BE ADDRESSED. I TOOK MY 3 GRANDS AND A SON TO BOJANGLES' IN LONGS, SC OFF HWY 9 & 57 ON SUNDAY NIGHT TO USE THE COUPONS THAT HAD COME TO MY HOME. WHEN WE GOT TO THE COUNTER AND I PRESENTED THE COUPONS TO THE STAFF PERSON, WE WERE TOLD THEY COULD NOT BE USED THERE THAT WE HAD TO GO ELSEWHERE. I FELT LIKE THE DRUMSTICK HAD SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE. IF THE COUPONS ARE BEING SENT OUT, WHY CANT THEY JUST BE USED AT THE NEAREST BOJANGLES'? WE HAVE EATEN THERE MANY TIMES AND ENJOY THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE. BUT HOW HUMILIATED A GROWN MAN FELT AT BEING TOLD THEY CANT BE USED AT THIS PARTICULAR RESTURANT. WE WILL NOT STOP, BUT WONDERED WHY THIS HAPPENED. ANY COMMENT WILL BE HELPFUL. THANKS, BILL WINHAM
nener treated good in this buiseness...this company should be goin down the hill...
For several years I have lunched at a Bojangles only occasionally. Frequently my family and I have chosen other restaurants when we would have preferred Bojangles. With all the good quality food sold, it has one deficiency I wish sincerely you'd check out. You serve the blandest, most tasteless biscuits of any one on the block without reservation. Don't you have some comparison shoppers? You should have. Hardy's biscuits are the best. McDonald's are pretty decent too. Sonic sucks and has the worst ice cream in the market place. KFC is a losing breed for several reason Their potatoes are made from instant powder and they serve such a wide menu the quality has been engineered out of the flavor. Bojangles can claim their clientele if they would improve in mainly their biscuits.
My family and I were in your establishment on Tuesday celebrating our new shop in Pelham, AL. and the sun was brutally beating in on us and other customers. Another table actually commented on it to us. I would like to offer our window tinting services to you at a locals discounted rate. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further. It will protect the floors from fading, extend the life of your HVAC unit, and save on your energy bills year round at the same time. I can be reached at 620-6933 or my personal cell is 913-2018. Thanks
Apparently management at the Hartsville, SC location can do as they please. I have a close relative who works there. I've heard terrible things already, but the one that drew the line with me was when he told me that a shift manager ordered a cook to wash the blood off of SPOILED chicken and prepare it anyway. Concerned for ppls health and safety i called the regional managers office and told the secretary of the incident. She asked me my name, and told her i'd rather remain anonymous. But i also told her that i wouldn't mind speaking to the RM in detail about this. It's been 2 weeks now and no return call. Do they even care at this point? Is it all about the money? Rhetorical questions i'd say... Also he's told me that a certain manager has been making passes toward him, but since one guy has already lost his job due to speaking out about it he's afraid that he might do the same. I mean seriously? I know sometimes relationships are commonplace in small franchises like this, but fear of losing one's job for speaking out about this is none other than sexual harrassment plain and simple. I'll try the RM's office again in a couple days. If i get no call/response back. I will be getting in touch with the health department, human resources, and the BBB. Not to mention blasting them on Facebook. It's getting ridiculous
On Sept. 1-2011,I knew my sugar had dropped, being a diabetic, I decided to have lunch before I drive home. I stopped at the Bojangles' on the Vol. Pky in Bristol,TN. I ordered 1 breaast 1 wing meal. Sides pinto, maccaroni and cheese. The total was $7.+change. When I got my food, it was a thigh and leg. I do not eat dark meat. I told the girl at the front counter. Then everyone at the front came running and ask for my receipt. Then they commented, I don't know what you can do. that's how it was rung up. I drove home. When my son called I told him about the bad experience and that I would never go back. He and the rest of the family go for breakfast ever day or two. When he alled them, They said they had not had a complaint all day. That's calling me a lair. I was not offered my money or food. As of today my family alone number 14 paying customers, but also as of today none will ever go to any other BOJANGLES'. These are the most rude employees I have seen in my69 years.
After reading all these reviews, I wonder if Bojangles even knows about this site. Very sad state of affairs, especially in this economy and with so many other choices. Everyone made valad points except the idiot who claimed they were discriminated against...no one wants to hear a bunch of loud old folks while they are trying to eat: black, white, purple or blue! Shame on you!
Rock Hill, SC The Bojangles on MAin Street has given alot of people food born illness in the past week. I was actually hospitalized becuase of this. It was a nightmare. The chicken about killed me and my father who also consumed it and also got food poisining. Not happy at this moment I hope and pray corporate will find a way to do something and fix it because if my child would have consumed the chicken it could have killed her. It was horrible!!!
I would like to commend Myra Tate of the Asheboro Bojangles'. I recently lost my mothers' gold and diamond wedding band and had driven 20 miles down the road before realizing that it had fallen off my finger. When I returned, I learned that Miss Tate had found it on the floor and turned it in. Because of her honesty and integrity, I was able to get my ring back. I have written to Corporate so that they know what a fine employee they have. I have intent to write to her manager also and of course, to her personally. She is a fine young woman. May God richly bless her endeavors!
We went to Bijangles in Cheraw So Car and they don't wear gloves when they are making their biscuits and we watched the server dig into the pan with his bare hands and go down serveral to get to the older steaks to make ours and the coffee we ordered had coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup, they don't wear hair nets. I would think they would have to wear gloves, that looks nasty knowing they can touch their faces rub their nose or what ever and not wear gloves or have to change them when they are touching their bodies and customers are watching them do it.Don't you have rules on the way they are suppose to do their jobs They cough or sneeze bare hands. How are you protecting the customers??
I work at the Bojangles in Surf City, NC and this is BY FAR the best job I have ever had. Everyone that I work with is nice and we all work together well. Noone complains about working and we always find a way to make customers happy! I noticed that there are quite a few complaints about other units but if you are ever in Surf City, NC you should stop by our Bojangles where you will receive FAST and FRIENDLY service!
I ordered a sausage biscuit, sweet potato pie and Iced tea this morning 08/11/2011 on my way to school. I have been getting my breakfast at the Bojangles #559 at 623 Waughtown street, Winston Salem, NC for the past 3 days now with no problems until today. I will have to say that love Bojangles but am completely unsatisfied and do not appreciate the customer service I received today. Employee "Stephanie" (which is what I have on my receipt) as the employee who served me at the drive thru window, seemed to have a nasty attitude and bothered due to that I always ask for grape jelly to go along with my biscuit, except i did not ask for some today and she asked another coworker of her s to hand me some ketchup, for I don’t know what. Before I could pull off I literally heard the employee "Stephanie" say the exact words: " Now, get the hell out." I looked back at her like “what the hell?” Oh no you just did not say that so I pulled up a bit further, parked and went into the restaurant to explain to the manager what her employee had just said to me and the manager asked her employee if it was true what I had just told her, and the employee yelled at me saying " I don’t know why you coming in here lying on me." I let her know that I did not have no reason to lie and that she needed to learn to stop being so disrespectful. The manager failed to do anything about it and commented "oh, step". I felt so disrespected today and I am having a nauseous day, I didn’t even mind to eat my breakfast and threw it out. I think Bojanlges should hire people who are willing to do their jobs not upset the customers and yell at them. I can assure them that I will NOT be going back in that restaurant until they have fired that woman. I DO CURRENTLY HAVE MY RECEIPT!!
The Bojangles on highway 56 in Augusta GA is a rude, disrespectful, races place I ever been in. The treat their employers like trash and I think they need to be closed down cause the are uncleanest and more and their general manger Alicia, is ever rude also.... please get investigation going on at this store.
My husband and I went to Bojangles on Sam Rittenburg in Charleston, SC and that place is just FILTHY. The people that work there ARE NOT FRIENDLY at all. All the tables except about 3 were filthy. The employes were not busy and could have cleaned the tables. I noticed the chairs were put to the tables but the tables had not been wiped off. We will certainly not be going there again. The store on Savannah highway, West Ashley has closed down and I can surely see why now!
Hello, I am currently an employee at Bojangles in Onley, Virginia. But the only thing that is holding me back is that the store manager hasn't put me on the schedule yet, due the amount of workers he has in the restuarant. My question is how come he hired me knowing he had a lot of workers and he has placed me on the schedule. So how can I call them and tell them I am ready to work and I have the right equipment to work. If you have answers email me at: afinney18@aol.com ASAP. Thank You Have A Nice Day.
Bojangles Corporate Office or customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They take your information or compliant and just sit on it, they don't follow up. When you call them back to follow-up they give you a extra helping of the 'run around'. They can't answer any questions as to when your situation will be resolved or when you will receive compensation for a bad experience. They take your information and that's it. They do nothing with it. Horrid. Just the worst bunch of double talking, have-no-intentions on doing anything kind of company. They rate a -0 just like Burger King!
On our way to the beach, my husband, my 90 year old mother-in-law and I stopped at Bojangles on Highway 42 (right off I-40). We enjoyed our lunch of steak biscuits and chicken. The facility was clean and the employees were friendly. We did not realize it at the time, but my mother-in-law left her purse hanging on the chair. When we were about 16 miles East of the restaurant, she realized she did not have the purse. We turned around at the next exit, hoping and praying for the best. When we arrived back at the restaurant about 40 minutes after we had left, the manager was holding the purse for us! We were so grateful and appreciative. Bojangles on Highway 42, we will visit you every chance we get! It's not always just the food that brings us back, it's the care and respect for your customers!!
Steve Sombert Manager at University Pkway Winston- Salem Nc is a great manager and works hard everyday. He deserves to be promoted to area director.
I reside in jacksonville NC and i would like to add that i love bojangles, but there is a specific store that i will never return to. The store on North marine Blvd is horrible! I'll admit i returned a couple of times after my first initial disappointment because i thought maybe it was just a bad day or maybe it was just an accident. unfortunately i was wrong. i order the same thing everytime i go the chicken supreme dinner with mash potatoes and a mountain dew. What i am passed through the window i wouldnt even give my dog. The supremes like as if they sat in the heater for hours because they were so hard i had to ask my self was this chicken. there is no reason to disect your food before you consume it. The biscuits are over baked and almost burnt. The only thing that was good was the mash potatoes, and that happens everytime i go. i wondered why the parking lot was so empty for the longest now i know why. if you guys dont fix the food problem you might end up losing this store. its a shame what you order is not what you get. Now i still continue to eat bojangle's but that store will never get my money again!!!!!!
We visited the Bojangles in Gainesville, GA on Sunday, October 30, 2011. Linda the Unit Manager was absolutely fanastic. She not only took excellent care of our order her personality was a welcome. We live about 40 miles away and were out on a drive and it was about noon and we could have dined anywhere, but decided to try the Gainesville, GA's Bojangles and we were so glad we did. Linda (Unit Manager) is new to the store but she impressed us so much I had to write. We plan on returning to visit her and hopefully be able to offer her orders for our corporate office as a catering event for breakfast. Please share this with Linda and let her know how much we appreciated her kindness and great attitude. We even got two Cajun Chicken Filet biscuits to go for later on our drive. Great job Linda at Gainesville, GA Bojangles and I do hope someone tells you that you made two new customers and welcome you to the area. Oh yes the biscuits and the food was terrific! Thanks!
