the manager in your jacksonville alabama store is just nasty putting waste back in the biscuit mix and serving the chicken from the waste after its suppoed to be trown away her name is casandra

I visited Bojangles at 4322 Sunset Road, Charlotte, NC. My order totaled $6.35 and I gave the cashier $21.35 which means I get $15 back. After receiving my food, the cashier close the window and I got her attention and told her that I did not receive my change. She stated I gave her the correct change and I reminded her the bills I gave her. She said she has to talk to the manager and I stated to her I wanted my $15. The Manager, George came to the window and said the drawer was $10 short but he would have to close that drawer and count the money to see if he as $25 over. Again, I told him I was not leaving until I got my money. Asking me what type of work I do was appalling because this cashier was trying to steal money from customers by telling them they gave her the correct money for their order and customer were due change back. I don't even think she looked at the money I gave her. In the meantime, I called the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police department because I was not leaving until I received my $15. The Police went inside to speak with the Manager concerning my issue and shortly came out with the $15. This particular chasier does not need to be in the position of taking customers money and trying to keep money for herself. In the future if I visit this location, I will not use the dirve thru and if I do and give the cashier a large bill, I will make sure I tell they what I have given them. I miss Sunday School because of this incident. Having to call the police to get my money was appalling. It was the principle of the thing. I do not steal and I resent having to deal with something like this on a Sunday morning before I attend church. It's sad that there are people in this world that live to steal from others.

FIRST OF ALL, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THE FOOD WAS GREAT. NO PROBLEMS THERE. But just as my husband and I had said grace and was about to eat...someone, (I'm assumig either the manager or the kitchen help-a woman's voice, (because all the younger servers were out front cleaning) SCREAMED ! at the top of HER voice....."OK ! I called the Chicken ok? So get over it!" I jumped like I was shot. I don't know what was going on, I still have my receipts..we were in the Petersburg VA Store #102 at apxx 6:30-7:00 this happened about 6:45. It was a horrible way to speak to the Employees for sure. Chad waited on us so maybe he could explain what was going on. Not a good example. I'm giving the food 4 stars. The "help" needs some advice for sure. Thank you Jacki

I am currently an employee at bojangles in goose creek and I have a new manager named shelley and she is obviously showing favoritism to her daughters boyfriend and her future daughter in law(which we all currently.work together at bojangles) I was told I was on a set schedule if not close to it which I had until she took over I have only missed one day due to illness and I'm normally always 5 if not 10 mins early for my shift(still) but yet her daughters boyfriend can call out atleast once a week and is constantly late and since she took over I have lost my set if not close to set schedule and on top of that 11 hours off my work week she also had her two other daugthers working there untill the owner fired them for dicrimination agianst another employee along with another person.she also tells employees different rules.allowing certain people outside to smoke when she tells me we aren't supposed to have one.why?she is screwing that store up.not to mention a drug deal or two I've seen her involved in in that stores parking lot.if it wasn't she sure wasn't dropping off a bag of mint leafs or something to that other employee.its a messed up affiliate for coworkers and such to be involved in under shelley.the new unit director

Food took forever and i watched some manager behave rude to his own employee! Dont know what the poor guy did. Bojangles st james goose creek sc? Never again.

I just wanted to say that the bojangles in charlotte nc on billy graham rd usually have great customer service. but in the past few weeks one of the managers in the store been terrible. her name is alisia. she is nasty and I didn't like the way she talked to me or my daughter.also she is very unprofessional.my reason for saying this is a few weeks ago my daughter and I was in the store and she was arguing with an employee. she was swearing and yelling then the cops came.I am a loyal customer and I come in the store almost everyday but after that incident I find myself using the drive thru a little more frequent than I use to.

My three children, husband, and i were at the wytheville va bojangles...i had ordered a chicken sandwich combo...the kids had already eaten so they snacked on the fries...i ate the WORST piece of chicken ever...well...half of it anyway. very fatty to the point i had to eat around it. i told my husband i had never had chicken that terrible before! almost exactly 24 hrs later i felt like i was about to die! for eight hours i had food poisoning so bad that i wasn't even able to move. i won't go into too much detail but the stomach cramps..nausea...vomiting..diarrhea..etc etc. i could honestly feel my body doing everything possible to get rid of the bacteria i had consumed! that was the first time i had ever eaten at a bojangles and will definitely be my last!! thank God it was myself and not my children...they could have died from it. it causes great concern to know that other people/children may have eaten there that same day (Jan 7 6pm-ish ) i understand not all are the same...but honestly i won't even eat chicken from any fast food place again for fear of having that happen again..that's how horrible it was!

1/8/2012 Dear Sirs/Madame; In a time of customer satisfaction being so low or non exsitent I must tell you a story about a hat. The day after Christmas my son and I stopped at the Bojangles located at:ý 401 East Boulevard Williamston, NC 27892-2731 (252) 792-7444 We came inside the restaurant to get something to eat. I was in the area, after driving all most 2 hours away. However, my son lives much closer, at about 45 minutes away. We sat down and ate. Then when done, we got up and headed back to my son's house. I got in my truck and drove another hour to get home. I didn't think anything of it. Little did I know that I had left my ball cap behind. First let me say this was no ordinary ball cap, but a Vietnam Veterans hat with some pins attached. One of them being a set of silver jump wings which were my original jump wings that I had earned going to jump school many many years ago. So, to say the least, this hat has a very important signficance to me. Any way, I did not realize the hat was missing until quite some time had passed . My son suggested I call Bojangles to see if they had found my hat . So much to my surprise, I found out that the manger of this Bojangles had told her employees to make sure they kept this particular hat and not just throw it away, which could have been done so easily. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to them for keeping it. They kept that hat for over 2 weeks before I called to inqure about it . Once again, Bojangles thank you very much for GREAT customer service. Joe M.

To management: Wanted to let you know - Georgia Power Company currently operates a two reactor power plant for the three southeastern states in our county and has begun construction of two more reactors on the same site. This has all been approved recently by Federal Regulatory and an influx of 3000 craftsmen and their families is now expected to come in for construction. Our county (Burke) is growing and could use a Bojangles restaurant. There is currently a fairly new KFC building for rent or sale in an excellent Waynesboro location on our Main Street. Went to bojangles in Indian Trail NC on Thursay night @ about 10:30. The dining room was closed so i used the drive thru. First, i didnt notice anything about a late night menu. I the proceeded to get every order rejected. Apparently you can't cook fast food late at night. There only sides were fries or cole slaw. They didn't have roasted chicken bites eithet. The limited menu needs to be clearly visable and the other unavailable items hidden. It is frustrating. The night manager refused to give me the store or corporate number and ignored me when i pulled forward to talk to him at the window. I circled back to the order intercom and he smirkingly asked if he could take my order. I asked for his name and management names and why he ignored me. He said he couldnt see me through the tinted window even though he looked right at me then walked away. He also looked back when i honked my horn and ignored me again. He opened the window and wished me a good night as i drove away. I will never go there again. 1/5/2012

I agree with all of the bad reviews we went there tonight in st cloud fl and my grandaughter ordered a 4 piece meal and they changed her order to roasted chicken bites and when she called about it the girl was very rude and said well we don't have a four piece in dark meat so i gave you roasted chicken bites, well it would be nice if you let someone know first.You have the most rude people working for you,i don't know how you stay in business i know i will never eat there again we have too many other options.

A few weeks ago at Bojangles they start off with getting irritated with us ordering I’m assuming because the employee was just rude from the get go. My best friend and I ask for the same thing but mine was supposed to be with mashed potatoes. They asked us to pull up as and that they would bring our food out to us. They girl then pretty much throws our food in our car and runs back inside. Rude part number two for them. They put fries instead of mashed potatoes with my chicken. No problem I thought I will just go inside and have them correct the order. I went to open the door and it was locked so I knock on it and the employees just looks at me. Finally someone came to the door who was a customer. I walk up to the counter and tell them my issue and the manager says “Well you are out of luck because we are out of mashed potatoes” I said “Well instead of just replacing my side with something I didn’t ask for you should have told me that in the beginning” and I stormed out I was so pissed off. I’m really tired of the employees here sucking and being rude. I wanted to say a lot more to this woman when she said that but she was a manager and I’m sure she just wouldn’t have tried to fix my issue anyways. They only reason I even still go to this Bojangles is because it’s the closest one to me. I really hope someone is able to crack down on this whole location because I think they have only been not rude to me one time. Went to Bojangles got screamed at and kicked out for being hapy and jolly. i asked for a cheesburger and they refused to provide me with a deluctble juicy burger unlike Burger king.

Yesterday I went to Bojangles on walton way, it was my first time so i was very excited! My Excitement quickly went away when i met the manager from hell! She was sooo rude! She was loud, mean and Talking to a little old lady like she was nothing.. She got my order wrong and started to talk to me like i was wrong.. Im just saying that she messed up my whole (first time) experience.. I can honestly say she killed my joy :( This store is in Augusta Ga on walton way. and the manager name is April. Ill never go there again.

An un-named contributor on 11/3/11 in part commented "The WORST store ever is bojangles S College North Carolina Wilmington." I don't agree. I eat breakfast there several times a week, and have never had a bad experience with the Managers or the Staff. If this occurred, as it is mentioned, then it was a very, very, rare experience, if at all. I just don't believe it. Of all the Bojangles in and around Wilmington, in my opinion, this one on 5513 South College Road is a Shining Star. They give fast service, have a great attitude, and they even smile. How about that? Whoever left that negative comment is obviously a person who wants to find fault with anyone they can in order to satisfy an underlying EGO deficiency. Very Sad. My compliments to the Management and Staff for a great job in promoting a Great Image for Bojangles !!!!!!

Today at Bojangles' in Spencer, I witness a manager talk to an employee like she was a dog. I really thought that was very unprofessional of her. The manager use many profane words I really felt bad for the young lady I stopped and talk 2 her outside to figure out why the manager was speaking to her in such a bad way. She said because I had on gloves making biscuits.I surely hope that is not how Bojangles' treat there employees.

WAS IN ALABAMA ON HWY 10 THIS WEEK AND COULD NOT FIND A BOJANGLES ALL THE WAY ACCROSS THE STATE.......AT LEAST THERE WERE NO SIGNS STATING THERE WAS ON ON AN EXIT. VERY DISAPPOINTED HAD TO EAT AT HARDEE..YUK IS THERE NON ON THIS HWY?

Stopped in tonight November 10, 2011 ( thursday ) 7:15 PM at the Elmsley Street, Greensboro NC location. It is truly a location waiting for a food poisoning event to happen. I ordered a Roasted Chicken. I was given a Roasted Chicken Combo. The Combo consisted of a biscuit ( it was white not browned even ) cole slaw which was starting to turn brown. I flipped over the carton it had a date of 11/14 on it. I took it up to the counter and asked for "fresher" coleslaw. The server was pleasant. The next one she gave me was visibly fresher. I flipped over to see the date...it was 11/17. This is the 10th...there is no way in L that COLE SLAW will last a week in the fridge! You must stop that practice and make your cole slaw FRESH DAILY. Really. The other thing is once your customers know you plan to serve ONE WEEK OLD BROWN COLE SLAW..then one starts to wonder, just how long have those ROASTED CHICKEN pieces been saved over. Like I said, these practices are going to make your customers physically ill. About those roasted chicken pcs...there was no mention they are coated with some kind of buffalo or BBQ sauce. That was problem 1. The other problem is they were ice cold...ice cold not as in heated and cooled. Ice cold as in directly out of the refridgrator! They had a slimy texture and were stuck together. It made my stomach turn and I could not eat them. We usually eat at the bojangles on NC 68 in greensboro and have never had such messes served to us there ever. If franchises are not going to uphold what should be your high standard of FRESHNESS of the food you serve, then those franchises should be SHUT DOWN before they ruin your brand name's reputation. PS One of the biggest mistakes Bojangles made was to STOP offering that delicious Marinade Slaw.

The WORST store ever is bojangles S College North Carolina Wilmington. The managers there, Crystal & Theo...I don't even know why they are managers?! I ask for extra gravy on my gravy biscuits & they refused! Also they added if I wanted a little bit more I would have to pay for it!! They have the worst customer service ever I even asked for the corporate number and they gave me the store number and try to bribe me with free food. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.
