I've tried to register my top 10 drivers for your Win Big promo but when I get into winwithbo.com there is nowhere to do it! Very frustrating!

I think bojangles should have an ice cream machine.people would like something cool during the summer time.I think this would be a great thing.

We need a bojangles in northern states. Like in New jersey! Everytime I go to NC I love it! You know how much money you would make If u branched out to NJ!!!!

I went to eat at 7 pm there was no to lit paper in bath room we waited 30 min are more for chicken and biscuits and fixings at the Buford ga location along with the others that were waiting when we ordered thru drive thru they had us to pull up and said it would be 5 min we had to go in and wait in our food along with others waiting then they they had no chicken nor biscuits cooked yet Very disappointed

This new location sucks, poor taste and quality food and over priced. Thank God for Popeyes here in Columbus, Ga.

I just had the best Bojangles' ca jun fillet biscuit ever(and I've had quite a few) the biscuit was soft and fluffy, the ca jun chicken fillet was thick and juicy and the egg was cooked 2 perfection# BO Time

I ordered a steak biscuit, and the steak wad fried very hard. The steaks they use are pre cooked, so there is no reason why the steak should be cooked to a crisp. I took the biscuit back, and the manager on duty was very nice, and prepared the biscuit to my liking. I went there on a separate occasion, and the steak was hard fried again. I called them and they took down my name, and offered me a replacement biscuit when I visit their store again. I went and there were different managers on duty, who acted as though they just could not understand. The steak they use for the biscuits are pre cooked. They are already done. You don't need to cook them so long. They argued with me about they have to cook them that long because they are raw, and have the blood in them. This is not true, I know the steaks they use, they are pre cooked. My point is the difference in people. One manager on duty catered to my request. At the same restaurant when I went back to get a replacement biscuit, were people in there, that did not understand logic. I left there very upset

My Name is Justin I'm 28, I'm Just writing to tell you that Everyone I know, Wishes there was a Bojangles here in Richlands. We don't have many food restaurants here just hardee's, McDonalds, Arnolds Family restaurant,Camino Real Mexican Bar & Grill, Subway, Main moon Chinese, and Dominos Pizza. The Mcdonalds just built a new restaurant so there's a space available. I'm telling you that If Bojangles was to come to Richlands N.C. You would not be sorry.

Our family loves the PORK CHOP BISCUITS, among other items too. " PLEASE " consider making the pork chop biscuits a regular menu item, we just don't like at all only being able to get the pork chop biscuit twice a month. It also would be nice for you to put the polish sausage on the menu too. We THANK YOU for hearing us out and consider making us happier customers. went to Bojangles in Harrisburg NC earlier today and ordered a chicken sandwich. the chicken was raw inside (not cold, but raw). the only parts of the sandwich that were remotely cooked was the outer edge of the chicken. will not be going back there!

I order a regular coffee from Boganles in Columbia SC. It was the worst coffee I have every had. I used the seven sugars and four creamer that I was given and it still did not help. I could not drink even a fourth of it.

I went to Bojangles' in Conyers Georgia this morning and got one egg and one chicken biscuit along with one senior coffee for a total of $5.17. I gave the young lady my last 20 dollar bill with .27 cents. The change I got back was $5.10. The way I do math I should have gotten back $15.10. When I said I needed my other $10.00 in change they asked me to pull over. After about 10 min.s I went inside and waited another 5 to 10 min.s before the manager said she had counted up what the young lady had taken in and was correct, so my three things insted of being $5.17 ,as it should have been, came to $15.17. I shall not be going back and I will tell everyone I know or come in contact with that they should be very careful if they decide to go to Bojangles'

Your manager at Muscle Shoals Alabama is a real nice. He goes out of the way to greet people needs and very nice on customer service .I was in his store and he knew the customers ,and told one couple that he missed them at breakfast yesterday,and called some by name. I like this service . His name was Doug Muse.You are a lucky to have a man like this!!!

The new brand of coffee that Bojangles is now selling is the worst tasting coffee I've ever had. If it is true that customers are split 50/50 as to liking or disliking it, it seems to me that they should offer the old brand as well as the new and let customers choose which they prefer. Losing half your customers due to the coffee you sell seems to me bad business.

the bojangles in royston ga is a very good store to eat at.they are very polite and very cheery at all times.they care about your food and its always hot and very tasty.very clean.would reccomend my friends to eat there.

my thoughts about bojangles is that you should be able to get chicken the way you like it.southern or spicy.but u cant in hartwell.everything is spicy and some people cant eat spicy food.and I think that something needs to be changed about that to please tour customers if u want them to keep coming back.let people have their food the way they want it.my rating is a three.

I got a reply from you after I complained about the tase of your new coffee. You said most of your customers liked the new brand and you had no plans to change back. Since then I have eaten at your stores bringign my own coffee. I have talked to some of your customers and employees. It seems to me people are split down the middle. Some really like it amd some really hate it. One employee told a custome who brought her coffeein a McDonalds cup she couldn't have that cup in the store and she left. I have seen others bring cups of coffee in fro other chains and drink it with their meals. Also as I do in a travel mug. I ask Bogangles to consider the wishes of the half of your customers who don't like the new coffee. Please do some sort of test to determine which coffee is liked best. Perhaps set up the old coffe next to the new in a dozen or so of your stores. Label them old brand and new brand and see whish is liked best. Don't advertise it just let word of mouth work. Please. I love your biscuits but I only go to your store a couple of times a month now when I used to go once or twice a week.

I have been eating at your restaurant since they opened the doors.Im refering to Cary NC boj on chatham street.The people assembling the biscuits are for the most part wearing gloves,and if not,I refuse the biscuit.Now you have the cooks putting yhe food in the trays for the assemblers handling the food to transfer from one container to the other not wearing gloves and handling the food.When I told the manager he looked at me like I was lieing or stupid.I new the women at fault did not speak any english as most of them dont.I enjoy your food but not havint to repeat myself on wearing gloves.I have in the past watched them handle pans and other items and have mentioned it when they went back to making biscuits ,but my comments fall on deaf ears. Please help,I enjoy your food and want to continue to do bussiness with you but not watching for cleanliness. Thank You. Mike

MY CHILD IS A EMPLOYEE HERE AT BOJANGLES SHES NOT BEEN GETTING TREATED FARE ITS JUST THIS ONE MANAGER NAME STEVE HES BEEN VERY RUDE TO HER AND ALSO WHEN THE STORE MANAGER AROUND HE DOES NOT ACT THE SAME. BUT SOON AS SHE LEAVES HE GIVES HER H*** RACIST COMMENTS TOWARDS HER. SHE WORKS HARD ALWAYS ON TIME NEVER CALLED IN WILLING TO GROW BUT HE TRIES TO FIND AWAY TO FIRE HER.
