I fell inside albertsons store about 3weeks ago they haven't call me since I am in pain my Don fell with me too he's only 2 what kind of store is this!!!

Why do some of Albertson stores steam snow crab legs and some not, ie: Carlsbad NM butcher, was the first to refuse to steam them. Hmmmmm. Management was not sure if it was policy to do it or not. So the I need the answer to the request of, TO STEAM OR NOT TO STEAM, please advise..

Albertsons stores in Baton Rouge Louisiana have became really gruiling for there employees they shut there stores down in florida and moved there managers here to take away from locals who have worked for this company for years and the higher ups the head guy and there directers talk to people like they are dogs and threaten the people with there jobs and try to hold there employees accountable for conditions when they are not there. They talk to these people like this on the floor in front of customers they have no communication skills. shame on there corprate office for allowing this they should really get rid of them .

Hi Friends at Albertsons I just got off the web site for "Hardy Farms Peanuts" in Georgia. I am interested in purchasing "Green Boiled Peanuts" either in the can or frozen. On their web site thay say ALBERTSONS Stores carry their peanut product. I called two stores in Eugene Oregon (Division and Coburg)and they did not carry them nor did they even know what I was talking about. Can you tell me if any Albertsons in Oregon carry boiled green peanuts and where they might be located please? Thanks Ray Robinsoin Deadwood, Oregon

You Albertson- Wish Big Win Big game made me a forever NON-SHOPPER of any of your stores in NorthCountry San Diego. I got several hundred game tickets w/o winning "ANYTHING"- Remeber the saying,"If it is to go to be true, it is." This was this game. Who won anything when most 99% of the people playing didn't win ANTHING. Have a great day & I hope that Albertsons have to DOWNSIZE more stores & lay off more people-- because treating people this way will slowly close your stores.

I had been shopping at Aberston's for 20 some yrs in Albuq,NM on Wyoming and San Antonio. I made a purchase last yr after christmas on two games. A wk later they lower the price. so I returned them un-opened box with a receipe and re-purchased them at the lower price. When I ask for customer service the floor manager didn't call anyone but came back there when I was dealing with the clerk who showed up. He stood there and stared a hole threw me walked around the clerk and continue on. I have been in the store twice and he continues doing his same bully act. My daughter on one visit said that guy gave you a look to kill. The last visit he purposely came over and boxed my groceries when he finished walked around the clerk dealing with me and then continue on with the bully act. This creep need a refresher course in people skill. Some one like him doesn't belong in management if he is in managment or maybe he is just a box boy who thinks he has power. Well Alberstons after twenty some yrs of service you lost my business for good. There are better grocery store with better managers in Albuq, NM.

I HAVE SHOPPED IN ALBERTSON'S SINCE IT OPENED IN LHC, AZ. FOR SOME REASON, FOR THE PAST 2 WKS IT HAS BEEN VERY COLD IN THE STORE. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE STORE MGR. HE WAS VERY DEFENSIVE AND RUDE. FINALLY TOLD ME THE TEMP. WAS MANAGED BY CORPORATE. I HAVE NOT BEEN THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COLD. I AM MORE CONCERNED WITH THE MGR'S ATTITUDE---------NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!

The bakery manager at the rexburg store was very rude to me. I ordered 300 cookies and then ordered 12 dozen muffins. She quoted me a price, the called me to come back and pay more because she had messed up. I cancelled my order because she kept calling me. I felt like I had bee quoted a price and had already paid for it, then she messed up. I will no longer go through that albertsons, and have told all my friends and family. We now go to broulums for all our baking needs. You need to have competant managers who know how to do their job. I run two buisnesses, and I make sure evberything is correct, and the customers are satisfied. She needs to not have my personal number anymore. Thank you for your time.

I shop at an Albertson's in Phoenix, AZ. It is located on Tatum blvd and GFreenway Rd. Now my concern is that this store only has one great person on the management team and he is worked like a work animal... Seriously when I shop at 10:30pm and come back at 11:00am to leave a comment about this man (his name is Justin Beemer) HE SHOULD NOT STILL BE THERE!!!!!! I work in management for a marriott. And hourly associates should not be pulling 12 hour shifts. Especially when the stores' Manager (Carol) says they are short staff and can't hire anyone... How does that make sense?? You know, its places like this that wear-out their best employees and then lose them. Just thought I would let someone know. Oh! And I will be calling corporate to make a FORMAL complaint about how this store treats their workers. I shop here almost every night.

I just wanted to compliment and have management notice what a wonderful and cheerful checker they have by the name of Nora. Everytime my family and I shop at the Ridgecrest Store in Rio Rancho, we look for her because she never fails to be the most charming person I have ever met. She is always smiling and is very polite to everyone around her. Someone should recommend this employee for Employee of the Month. Its nice to see someone with that kind of personality and friendliness in this world.

Written by Bunch of ioiots on February 25, 2012 You people are ***, first off there are two types of tickets green fir customers with 28 million dollars in prizes and red for associates with 2 million in prizes. Secondly, they print tickets just like the monopoly mcdonalds game, of coarse you are going to get duplicates, those are common tickets, if they have 5 prizes of 25k, then they will have 1 hard to find piece, like 418 and they will print 5 of them in total, thus having the possibility of 5 winners. If some one gets one of those pcs and does not play the game, then that is one prize that won't be claimed. How *** do you have to be to think that just because you spend a couple hundred dollars you should win 25k. Bunch of idiots

I shop at Albertson's in Scottsdale, AZ and love it. I recently moved and am no longer close to my favorite Albertson's but I still return. Recently I shopped at a nearby competing store because I was in a hurry. No more. I will take the time to go to Albertson's. This store and their employees have class. They are polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. What else could one want? In every way they are a cut above any competing store. Recently I injured my foot and knee and started hobbling to the aisles. Two employees arrived immediately, each with a cart. One which I could drive and put the groceries in and the second with an ordinary cart and personally offering to take me down the aisles I wanted to go. I DO NOT see service such as this anywhere else I go. Shopping is rather personal to me, so I took the cart which I could drive. Once I left my change in the change receptacle and an employee came running to my car with the change. This is an exceptional store with exceptional management and employees. Sure, there is a glitch once in a while but minor and quickly remedied. What else can one want?

game ...how about selling old food we purchased sour cream yesterday and after using some noticed the expiration date over 2 weeks old . When you buy food at a large grocery store there should be no thought in mind to have to check the expiration date in the store it should all be good and from what I have researched this morning this happens quite often at Albertsons. They need to stop sellling overpriced old food ....another lost customer bye albertsons

I am so disappointed with Albertson's in so many ways! First, I believe the unions are driving up the prices so badly and saw firsthand when shopping @ Walmart where I found out my bill was cut in half for what I paid for the same groceries @ Albertson's. So I AM DONE! Walmart is where I'll be shopping and can get EVERYTHING I NEED including an oil change if I need it (ha)! Secondly, the contest was a complete joke and I pray someone investigates and brings a lawsuit against them. WOW, what a sham they are. Goodbye Albertson's, I am off to Walmart and saving a ton! If you really think about it, long term, I'll probably save enough dollars equally what your bogus contest said I could win! Thanks!

its funny how people complain about something as stupid as this game. what you need to do is complain more about the prices and the management in some of the stores.

This game was free to play. Quit being upset. The employee game was completely different. Customers had the chance to win $28 mill in prizes where as the employees only got $2 mill.

I shop Albertsons in Rowland Heights/Hacienda Heights, California. One of the employees at Albertsons told me that she won an iPad. I didn't think that Albertsons employees were able to play this Wish Big Win Big game. Makes me wanna say, hmmm? I shop at Albertsons ALL the time, but now i'm not too sure :| So disappointed.

I, along with several other of my friends who shop at the Banning, California store are so upset about this so called game called "Shopping Spree Sweepstakes" that we all have decided to shop at other stores in our general area and NEVER go to this Albertsons again. I hear your closing several of your stores, I'm really happy about that. Hopefully they close our's. Just glad we have the choices of store's close to us so we don't have to go out of our way to shop at them! Never seen anything like this before. What a scam.

I honestly didn't expect to "win" any of the big prizes, but like most of the customers I am seriously disappointed in the amount of tickets my kids and i went through, not even able to win "$2.00!!!" Also, extremely upset the tickets "ran out" over 2 weeks left to go in the promotion!! Corporate should've anticipated the success of this promotion and kept ALL of their stores adequately stocked!! The promotion was called "Wish Big Win Big", not "Run out of game tickets before the promotion ended"

Albertson's Win Big was a waste of time and money. Fresh and Easy here we come back! I had 12 of these Win 2 ticket game pieces and I went to redeem them and they said they don't have anymore!? What a joke since it states the contest to be done 1/31/12. BOOOOOOOOOOO Albertsonts!
