I AM RENTING A COMPAQ PERSARIO PC. IT HAS BEEN MESSED UP SINCE DAY 1 AND I CALLED TO LET ARRON'S KNOW AFTER THE 3RD DAY THEY GAVE THE COMPANY NUMBER TO CALL TO HAVE IT FIX, WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THE WARRANITY WAS GONE ON THE PC AND THAT THE HARD DRIVE WAS BAD AND THAT I COULD PAY TO HAVE IT FIX.WILL THEN I CALLED AARON'S AND TOLD THEM THAT WAS A MONTH AGO AND IT IS STILL MESSED UP AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK OR EVEN COME TO MY HOUSE TO CHECK IT.NEVER BEEN LATE WITH A PAYMENT AND THE 3RD PAYMENT IS DUE NOW.I AM NOT PAYING FOR A TORN UP PC....THIS IS BS,TALKING TO AN ATTORNEY ABOUT THE PROBLEM..IT IS AARON'S RESPONSABLITY TO KEEP THING RIGHT AND FIX THEIR STUFF WHEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT NOT MINE...WANT A NEW PC OR THIS ONE FIXED...

This place calls to much. Today is when the payment is due and they called me at 8:15 this morning. I know I have to make my payment. In January I was on my own to make an instore payment,but while I was getting ready and my DISABLED husband ready (WHEELCHAIR BOUND) I heard the biggest bang at my door. I thought it was the police of swat. They banged so hard my frames on the wall came down and the glass broke. I called the cops thinking someone had the wrong house. The employee was asking my neighbors what kind of car I had . The cops came but he left. I filed a police report because I am in the process of making sure they pay from my broken frames. They annoy me so much. This place is worse than rent a center!!!! At least rent a center waive fees and dont want any problems.

I rented from the store in Bay Minette, Alabama and it has been hell from day one. I also purchased a pc and a WII from them and neither one of them worked. They replaced the laptop with a newer one and more payments. I rented a flat screen for our office and the salesman led me to believe that they would mount it upon arrival. He sent me on a wild goose chase to buy a mount, only to have the delivery guys bring it and drop it in the middle of the floor and leave. I purchased a lamp from them and the lamp caught on fire, burned my wall, carpet and burnt the cord to a crisp. I called the manager and he came out and looked at it and asked me to forward him pictures of the incident. This was in December, he did not even tell his regional manager about it or corporate. I call corporate and they knew nothing of it two months later. I mailed out two payments to their office and they have said they did not get them. RIGHT! So they came to my house while I was away again and beat the doors so loudly that my neighbores thought someome was breaking in or the police was at the door. Not one time, but twice within a 15 minute span. My granddaughter could have been burned alive because she was sleeping on the sofa and how it didn't catch a fire was only GOD, now they are worried about payments and not about my safety or that of my granddaughter. Our lives are more important that furniture. To this day no amends have been made. When I called to the store to talk about anything and I brought up the lamp issuse the manager got so indignant with me and told me, everytime you call here you talking about that lamp. So, I want to see what it feels like to be charged with felonious assault or whatever they can cahrge the manager, his sales team with. Why? Because they showed me NO regard for what could have happen only to say one month free payment. Are you kidding me!! The carpet is still burned, the lamp is still burned, the walls are still filled with smoke residue and my granddaughter is afraid to sleep on the sofa fearing that it may catch a fire. FYI. Every time something was brought out, it was either the wrong product, it was damaged, or something.

Once again Aarons takes advantage of customers, but Im pursuing this with my attorney and filing a civil suit. The signs in the store are the biggest lot of BS.. And I quote, " We will meet or beat any rental or retail price, bring in the ad printed from paper or internet, if we cant beat it we will give you $100 cash." This is so misleading and false advertising, we presented a coupon for the same laptop and was told it is for purchase only, the signs do not state anywhere that its for purchase only and cant be used on rental prices. I would not send anyone to this Company or advise them to use this service. I have contacted my attorney and plan to file a civil suit againest Aarons for Misleading Information. DONT RENT FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMING THE PUBLIC PERIOD!!!

We got a 46" tv from the aarons store in Elmira New York we made our payments on time for 6 months then my husband called to see how much it would be to pay the tv off when we first looked at the tv it was just over $1300.00 to buy it after 6 months of payments of $118.74 my husband called to see how much it would be to pay it off they told him it would be $1147.50 to pay the tv off so we went to walmart and got a 47" tv for under $700.00 and told them to come and get the tv we don't want it. Its been almost 2 months and they keep calling my husbands work his cell phone and my cell phone and as well as our friends that we put on our lease. ALL WE WANT IS FOR THEM TO COME GET THIS MUST BE PURE GOLD JVC 46" TV

Delivery men just left an hour ago. Not only did the man hit on me in front of my daughter, bur had the nerve 2 ask me 4 a beer cuz he noticed a can on the kitchen table where my husband (who works 3rd shift, just had dinner & went 2 bed. Of course I asked them 2 just leave the boxes in the living room and go, as I didn't feel comfortable having them in my home with myself and young (10) daughter. We paid a lump sum and it took a week 2 receive our bedroom suit. It will be returned 2morrow & will NEVER EVER buy from there again! Very unprofessional!!

I Went on line on 2/20/2011 to order a 82INCH MITSUBISHI and called next today to your store in AZ 3330 W.Southern Phoenix AZ. My info was taken over phone and I went in to store same put down first payment to order TV.Now on same day I was told my name didn't match my SS#.HM that's a first.So I gave my SS# once again and called back to make sure there was no problems.Was told everything was OK. TV would be Delivered on FRIDAY.THURSDAY NIGHT 2/24/11 I CALL TO GET A TIME OF DELIVERY AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO DOWN SIZE TO A SMALLER TV FOR SIX MONTHS.BECUASE THEY CAUSE NOT VERFIY MY SS# WITH MY NAME AND I ONLY WORKED MY JOB FOR SIX MONTHS.KEEP IN MIND NO CALLED ME I CALLED THEM.I ASK WHY HAVENT ANY ONE CALLED ME BEFORE NOW AND IVE BEEN ON MY JOB FOR THREE YEARS AND IN THIS LINE OF WORK FOR TWENTY AND I RUN MY OWN BUSSNIESS FROM MY HOME FOR PASS YEAR? HAVE PROOF OF ALL OF THIS.ALSO HAVE A FEDRAL FINGER PRINT CLEAREACE CARD TO SHOW WHO IM AND MY QUESTION IS WHY DIDNT ANY ONE CALL? I was sick for 3 weeks I had no voice I had my family call the Aaron's Store on Longpoint store in Houston, TX. Marco & Raul kept calling even after. I have always been on time with my pymnts until I became ill....The store also violated the Collections laws in the State of Texas not only am I in the business of Collections I know the Laws & they called one of my references & told them legal action would be filed it is a VIOLATION OF THE PRIVACY ACT IN TEXAS!!!!! NOW I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SUING AARON'S BECAUSE OF THIS MAJOR VIOLATION..I DO HAVE PROOF AS THE PERSONS THEY CALLED SAVED THE MESSAGE'S ON THEIR PHONES....I AM GOING TO FINISH PAYING MY MERCHANDISE OFF IT WAS DUE TO BE FINISHED IN DEC BUT I ASSURE YOU IT WILL BE ALL PD OFF WITHIN 2 MONTHS & I WILL NEVER DO OR RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE...!!!!!

I wish I could give them NO stars!! When dropping our stuff off they tracked mud all over our NEW carpet... the entertainment center has several gashes the cough table has several scratches and one big gash.. one of the legs on the couch looks like somebody ran into it with something and took two big chunks of wood out of it.. THEN there is the HUGE gash on the side/back of the couch.. it looks like somebody took a knife to it and then tried to sew it back it with white thread (sofa is brown)! I signed a contract for NEW furniture and I'm paying a NEW furniture price! After calling to complain they said they could only take a percentage off our bill. Forget it. I would rather sit on a box! The local news today had a story of how collectors hired by Aaron's has been issuing death threats to people in Portland who have fallen behind on their payments. Threats? Why would anyone do business with Aarons'?

My name is latonya i live in texas o fruday feb 11 2011 . i hac a voucemaul left on my phone @ 1:30 stating latonya this is ashley with aaron we are at yoyr house to take pictures of the damage. now take note this lady hasnt communicated with me since fe 8. this is ridiculous that customers are treated like this i will not sut on this you damaged my wall. when i called ashley back on the same day approximatley 15 minutes later a guy answere stated she would be right with me ashley never came to the phone fir 30 minutes ni ine came back and said anything my wall still needs to be fixed bottom line poor poor customer service this will not be swept under the rug.

i was told (and read) there was no long term obligation with aarons. I rented a computer for two months. I called, said i was bringing it back, and they told me that i could not return it without paying the remainder of the lease or i had to keep it and continue payments. Thats crazy. What if a church needs a big screen for the holiday season? they have to pay several hundred dollars for returning it on time after paying the rental price before it was even delivered??

Hello my name is latonya I am renting. A refrigarator from aarons when the delivers brought the refrigerator iin they chip the wall and he stated oops i m sorry they put it in and put the time on and left. When my husband got home he called the store and as usual they stated the refrigrator was to big. They were moving really fast. Never called before they came just rung the door bell at 130 pm. Received a call from ashley on feb 8 2011 stating she was coming out to take pictures of the damage she never showed up or called to say she wasn't coming or just going to be late. This is very bad customer service I bought my last refrigrator and mattress set from aarons never had this much trouble. They did the damage.

Rented a refrigrator from aarons when they delivered the refrigrator they damaged my wall they stated the refrigrator was to big but they were in a hurry. Received a call from aslhley on feb 7 2011 stating she would be out to take pictures of the damage she never shoed up or called and said she couldn't make it. This is poor customer service. I have worked in customer service and this is horrible they shouldn't be able to damage your property and act like it has never happened where is the justice.

uh huh I like payed off tow contracts with Aron's not so easy to own store in New Port Kentucky And was wanting a washer & dryer and needed them to lower the payments some they acted like things there were carved in stone! they didn't even offer ot extend the months on the freaking contract get no further or anything else bought from me or Juanita Fletcher EVER!

I am from Maryland, Aarons has very poor customer service. It is ridiculous all one person has to go through to get furniture from this store. You need to invest some training time for your staff especially your managers. I have moved out of my house into another I was scheduled to have my furniture moved and I call in to ask why no one has showed up yet and I'm not on the schedule, and there booked for the next week. So are they paying the storage bill on this furniture?

I Got stuff from aarons mason rd in houston texas ,lord help me I have been a customer since 2009 and am almost done paying them I have a flat screen tv and some sofas , lord I have been through hell with them if I don't make my payment by the 15th they come knocking on my door like crazy, I just moved in a new house and in a new area, them people around us look @ us like crazy becoz am behind a week . I called them to tell them that I was not around I was out of town becoz my mother was in the Hospital I would be back on a thrusday the person I talked told me These words .I DON'T CARE ABOUT THAT ALL I WANT IS THE MONEY. GIVE ME A CARD NUMBER NOW SO I CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS NOW. My mother is sick and am worrying about her and you want me to pay you , I said I would when I get back on in 3days but they would not listen. When I got home I found tags and tags on my door steps , who does that really am gonna pay my tv off becoz I have paid too much money on it. And am done with them very bad customer sevice plez go else where , to buy your stuff aarons barker cypress is the best I paid my bedroom set off and laptop off with no problem but aarons Mason rd is the worst.

I bought a 46 inch flat screen tv from aaron's. I'm fed up with this company. They keep charging me after I asked how much was left to pay off the tv. They close down the store in my town of Alva Oklahoma and I have not been able to make it to the closest one in Enid (70 miles away) because of the snow and ice storm. Every time I am late on a payment they call me several times a day and harass not only me but my family. They have shown up at my family's house which I have not lived at for many year, and harassed my family for money. Today I went to Enid to pay off my bill at 6pm and their open sign was on and their front door was open. I went in and the lady inside told me that they had closed at 5 and refused to take my payment. I think that I shouldn't have to pay this last payment. I has the money in hand and she refused to take it. That is the poorest customer service I have EVER received from a company.

I rented a bedroom suite from Aarons in July of 2009, I pay 120.00 every month, I have been late a few times, but once I make arrangements with one person to pay my bill I still receive 3 to 4 calls a day from other employees.....this "manager" told me he wiukd help me out after my job closed down, he stated he would help with my payments, he calls like 5 times a week, then when my fiance takes him our payment, he never puts the full payment in the register. About a week ago he told my husband we only had 800 dollars remaining on our bill, now this week he tells my husband we have 1690.00 remainin, I think he is stealing money, and noone is ever on one accord in those stores....i will seek legal advice before I pay anything more on this furniture, plus the slacks underneath have caved in and they wont fix it......i hate Aarons and will never rent anything else and I will stop anyone I know from going to rent anytjing from there......
