i am late by one day because it was a sunday and my bank wasn't open and i HAD signed up for auto pay but they were not bright enought to put it through. So I will be paying any late fee...and CHAZ in taunto MA can kiss my A@@. I got three phone calls yesterday. now i'm just waiting out of spite. you people truly suck.

I purchased a refrigerator - paid. I purchased a computer - paid. Then I purchased a living room set. After a year of payments I was laid off of work and my husband's job has slowed down leaving him with only 30-40 hrs a week to support a family os ix. ART who is the manager for Laplace, LA store was told we would have to return the living room set because we could NOT afford it, however he said by reducing our payment by a measly 30.00 that should help. Yeah after struggling to pay two more payments, we said we cannot afford it pick it up! Since we only owed 100.00 on the table and lamps we said we would pay for that. Well Art picked up the sectional sofa and rug on Saturday and then today, Monday said since he hadn't heard from me in 24 hrs???? he considered the property STOLEN. He left this message on my voice mail which I plan to keep. I called him back spoke with him and asked him how fun he thought it was to lose everything you own and then have someone like him make it worse by threatening me. We owe 100.00 for table and lamps and I will pay it FRIDAY when my husband gets paid. I know you are running a business but I was a loyal customer for a very long time and as soon as I come across hardship you literally threaten me and harass me! I will NEVER purchase from Arron's again!! I will let all of my family and friends know what a professional and loyal business you are to your struggling customers and how selective you are when you hire your bully managers.

I have 6 months to go with my payments and I asked Aarons to negoitate with me on lowering my payments to make them affordable for me since I am finding ways to cut back and save. Well, the agreement was made and hince two weeks later new people, new managers deal out the door. I told them to come and get the bundle I rented. Made an appointment and no one shows up. My credit card information was on file and they charge my account for the month instead of the pick-up and after I asked them to take my information out of their system as noted in their computer. When the following month came they charged me again. I went into the store and told them to come pick up the items. They never showed up. At the end of the month they called a reference on my application and harrassed her and her husband and asked them to contact me. She went into Aarons and asked them to stop calling. They had the nerve to show her my file and all of my on time payments and said it will not be to my advantage to return the items. I called them while she was there and told them again to come pick up the items and when. They had the nerve to say" If we can't make it is there another day we can meet to talk things over." WTF is wrong with these people.

I have now been completely turned away as a customer. I would never even think about doing business with aarons again. It is unfortunate that a decent company has such unprofessional employees, but what makes it worse is they are in management positions. Aarons of Porterville Ca is unfortunately run BY SERGIO GARCES and he does anything but make customers happy. He has been everything but professional when i have had to speak with him in reguards to my account. Ive never missed a months payment but have paid at different times of the month however never missed a months payment. I called today to let him know i would b in within the next few days. His response was for what reason could i not go pay, and im sorry but i have no reason to explain my personal situation for which i was not going to be in. Immediately after that he told me i could not pay late they were just going to schedule a return and pick up my item. I cant understand why he would think of doing that when im telling him i will b in just a little late. I know his reason for handling anything that has to do with my account poorly, but he shouldnt be holding a grudge against me for doing my job!!! Being a manager he should know better, I Feel Sorry for the company being that they loose business for 1 Poor employee.....

I cant believe the thugs I mean employees they have working in the woodland ca store! I have been verbally assualted by there employees and manager MARKUM! I am scared of these people! The Manager Markum called me a Fu***** Bi*** and started screaming at me over the phone! He allowed his employees to verbally assualt me on a speaker phone conversation also! What in the world! What makes them think they can treat people this way? We have been with aarons since 2006.Its a shame that they can get away with this.I am so shook up because I have seen these people and have no idea what they are capable of doing to me since they have my address! I would never refer anybody to these hoodlums! EVERYBODY beware of the aarons in WoodlaND ca!!!

The loaction On Aldine Mail Route had an excellent manager at one time they let him go the shit went down hill. I was late on an item came in to pay on it and was told to sign my documents again. So I did a few days later the calls started I told them to come get there stuff. They did not want to come get it on the day we arranged for and kept making excuses finally i told them if they did not come get it it would be at the dumpster so they arrived late my new furniture people were waiting and helped them load the stuff. a month later they come to my home saying i still have there merchandise. I explained then that they picked it up. Here it is a new month same old story and now the new manager threatens to come by my home as much as he wants. You need to correct him I am filing a complaint with BBB and then will be taking out a restraing order. I have rented from you for years but never again. I have started a petion to get you on the Miltary blacklist. Good Day

I have been renting from your store in Beaver Falls, PA for the past 4 years. I have gotten a bedroom set, an entertainment center, and a 42" LCD HDTV. They have maintained absolute professionalism from the first minute. When I got my enterntainment center, a couple of the pieces were damaged in the shipping process and when I call about it, They apologized and delivered replacement for all pieces in under a week. Their drivers have also been very good. When we moved and were still paying on the TV, a driver came to move the TV. While he was walking to the truck, he tripped in a hole in my yard. He sacrificed himself, to make sure the TV was not dmamaged when he fell. I am and will remain a customer with this store for as long as I need their services. I am currently not renting anything, but will continue to for my future needs. -VERY Satisfied Customer New Brighton, PA

I have been Puchasing items from Aarons since 2007 and have paid 4 items off in the 90 days range, a 52" Television for 2,149 then a Digital Camera 239.99 , a $1,149. laptop thoise two I paid off in nine days and puchasing a 42" Tv for my Bedroom 2,999.76. good standing. Now I am Purchasing a new 55 inch TV and a Bluray and a stand for over 4,500. and I am barely behind that over Ten thousand dollars and they want to take the LED 55 because i am like 10 day behind there customer service is lousy. not to mention I had moved and asked them to get my 42" to move it and it tooki them 6 weeks so my ex enjoyed my tv while I paid on it. they have nice things but terrible. The store manager I spoke with at the time I needed the 42" moved has gotten fird over something and their always change of people it is crap. not toi mention when thewy finally moved the 42" the guiy scratched the GLASS screen. which all my thing Ii purchase come ouit of the box in my living room and they deny doing iy of coarse.

My wife rented to buy a TV from Aarons in St Albans, West Virginia. I thought she bought it or I would never have let her do it. Anyway, she made eight payments before I found out how much she was going to have to pay. With the TV she also got a stand to put it on. By the time she would have them paid off she would have paid 3815.00 for a thousand dollar TV. She called them to come and get it and asked a guy named Duane if she had paid enough that she could keep the stand. He said "yes I think you will be able to keep the stand". They came to get it today and before they came he called me and asked if my wife still wanted to keep the stand. I told him that yes since he told her she had paid enough that she could keep it. He then told me that the stand was not paid off. I said how much would she still owe on it and he said he didnt know until he cancelled the contract. She called him last week and cancelled the contract. I told him to come and get both the TV and the stand. I dont want to do business with people like that and I promise that I will tell everyone I know about the experience we had. She had paid them over 1200.00. Some expensive stand dont you think?

I HAVED LEASED A HP COMPUTER IN ONE THIS MONTH MAKES MY 3RD PAYMENT AND NOW AARONS HAS A SALE FOR THE SAME THING AT ALOWER PRICE AND A FREE HP ALL IN ONE PRINTER FREE WHEN I CALLED THE STORE TO SEE IF I COULD GET THE PRINTER I WAS TOLD NO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT I DONT THINK THIS IS RIGHT I COULD SEE IT IF I HAD RENTED THIS PRODUCT 6 MONTHS AGO BUT I HAVE JUST MADE MY 3RD PAYMENT AND I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR THE LOWER PRICE JUST THE PRINTER I HAVE ASKED THE SUPERVIOR TO CALL ME AND NO CALL BACK THE STORE MGR TRISHA WAS ALWAYS VERY FREINDLY BUT THE NEW MGR IS NOT I HAVE RENTED AND PAID OFF A FEW THINGS FROM AARONS AND SO FAR THEY HAVE BEEN FAIR SO WHY NOT NOW

well aarons choose to give me the hp all in one printer as the paper showed even since i had my computer for 3 months and scott the supervisor took care of this the same day i called will pick up printer on thursday hope no problems so far they did take care of me at the pasadena tx store i do thank them for taking care of me as a customer

They are the worse ever

First off I would like to say I have rented from two different stores. The first is in Graham,Tx. which I would definately give 5 stars.Great customer service, excellent selection, clean atmosphere.From this store I have bought a 42' flat screen tv, computer, washer, dryer, & a couch.I have had no issues with this store what so ever.The second store I have rented from is in Wichita Falls, Tx..I am renting to own a stain less steel fridge.The contract was for 4 months same as cash. I have a granmother who had emergency surgery & we had to travel to Dallas for it.I called Aaron's myself, explained the situation, & was told that it was fine for me to come in on April 2cd to pay.Tonight I get a call from Aaron's telling me that if I don't make a payment tonight of almost $200.00 everything I have paid thus far is null and void.Even though when I talked to the other clerk the other day and told him I would be paying the balance completely on April 2cd.The person who called me was rude, threatning, & treated me like I was completely stupid.I don't appreciate the disrespect, especially when I have been a very loyal customer.Also, I told them the ice maker wasn't working on several occasions and they kept telling me that someone would come by to check it and never has.I would really appreciate if the people at this Aaron's would be retrained , obviously they need it.And I don't think it's fair to me that one person tells me one thing & then another tells me something completely different & expects me to just come up with the money, especially with the extenuating circumstances.I would really appreciate someone to call me & explain why these employees are acting like this.I don't want to yell, scream, or cuss.I just think when you are a loyal customer there should be some leniancy.Thank you for your time.940-569-9972 or 940-378-5094. I'm currently a customer and i would like to continue to be one however, i think an customer relations class should be part of the hiring process because these people that work at aaron's have poor manners when dealing with cutomers. Rude disrespectful and just downright unprofessional. As a disabled retired veteran I'm just really disgusted with how i'm being treated because of a defected item that clearly was not my fault. The gm of the store acts like i'm inconviencing him because I wish to have it replaced. In these rough times financially do they really think we have money just to throw away on somthing that's not worth the money that we are paying and it's supposed to be new at least that's what is says on my lease agreement. Come on aarons get your act together.

The Aaron's store in Logan Utah sucks. I went in the store in Logan Utah and ordered a bulb for a Mitsubishi 60" DLP TV. When they received the bulb, it didn't come with the plastic piece. The manager took it to the back to change the bulb. The manager brought it back with the one side was broke off. It would not go tight. It was loose. I will not shop or buy anything from there again. It is a good thing my TV is paid off otherwise I'd be taking it back. I thought they were suppose to help not make things worse. I have family thats had trouble. They feel the same way. They will not show up there ever again either. They rather shop at Rent-A-Center. Next time I will go to Rent-A-Center too. Aaron's goes through employees and managers like crazy. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! THEY R GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL AT THE GREENBRIAR LOCATION AND I AM REPORTING IT TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE. IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE, I WENT RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET TO RENT-A-CENTER!

I am waiting patiently for 2 weeks on confirmation that my delivery would be here by the 14th it is the 9th today and still no call and when I call them they are nothing but rude and nasty over the phone when your making a deal with them your golden but if its about delivery or a curtasy call that I was promised by them you get nothing but disatisfied!!!!!! I am goin in today to cancell my order. Guess everyione was right Rent A Center is better and been around way longer!!!! AARONS needs to retrain thier sales people and give selling techniques classes as well. I been in customer service and sales for over 10 years and I get better help from Walmart employees than I did from this place I give them a negative -0!!!!

i was a loyal customer up here when i moved to fl they (missed some of my payments) needless to say i called the corporate office and they tried to fix the me being harrased and the late fees and the double payments, i only owed 3 more payments on my laptop, when it was stolen. sent them a police report never heard anything back until today, when i was served papers saying i was being sued... for more money then i owed, needless to say theyre going to get a piece of my mind
