Lebanon, TN The store here has certain employees who are immature, unprofessional and nonchalant when it comes to servicing their customers. We are disappointed and highly upset with the quality and little effort they put into their work effort to pleasing us. Our first day of sign up, associates put us off to take care of other customers for twenty mins without acknowledging our wait. Our first delivery (prob our last) took 4 hours of wait and they didnt have all pieces of furniture, let alone the ones that fit! It's been two weeks and no call backs on how satisfied we are with the product. Til this day i still call and wait on my correct furniture that I've paid for. Do you guys really take our complaints seriously???
Ive been with aarons for over 3 yrs & always made my payments in time. My payments not due til the 15th so why aarons been knocking on my door harassing me & the 15th not even here yet? Are they suppose to do that? I know ive had enough & im ready to take my money somewhere else where I would be appreciated & respected as a customer & I do intend to take the customers that ive referred to aarons with me & anybody else thats interested I got to tell them what ive experienced so they want waist there time with aarons, I feel the need to get action 9 news involved & call the better business bureau! This ridiculous! Never again will I deal with aarons ever!

as of 10:30 this morning I was relieved from my position as c.s.r. at an aarons. Due to the store closing with out any notification at all. I must say, the customers are who I am worried about. Those people are treated disrespectfully and looked down on due to their living situations. I wish them all well however, the lack of communication and professionalism is absolutely out of this world. Until you work for this company you don't see how " big me, little you" really comes into play in the game of life. These people are only after the bottom dollar, and that is the bottom dollar in every wallet in America! THESE PEOPLE COULD GIVE TWO SHITS ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES! As for the bed bug infestation that is rising within this company, I think the health depts. need to get involved and take action! As for the stores not following through with what they "guarantee" hello....CAN ANYONE SAY BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU?????????
my ex wife and I just got a divorce because she hope pettigrew an the store manager had been messing around with each other she is the sales manager and he is the store manager at the carrollton ga store I just thought yall would like to know that oh and now that we are split up hope and doug are living together and another policy they are breaking is renting out to family hopes mom and dad and little brother all have stuff rented from aarons since she has been working there and doug and hope have stuff rented at the house they both live in from aarons in hopes little brothers name
I'm having a major issue w aarons!! I purchased a 32in Sharp LCD tv from aarons. It had a two year warranty on it that was up on Sept 19. The tv began to not work and was taking in for repair on Sept 6. Was told it should take 2-4 wks to be repaired! 4th wk came and never got a call saying it was back in. I had to go into the store to find out it was not fixed and the warranty was out on Sept 19. It doesn't take 4wks to tell me the tv cnt be fixed. And now they are giving me the run around on replacing my TV. I spent 1200 dollars on a TV that retails for only 500!!! I've filed a complaint w the Attorney General, and speaking w my lawyer. The customer service sucked!!! I had to go in the back of the store myself to speak to the manager, because he acted like he was to busy to come up front to speak w me!! After all this is resolved I will no longer do business with Aarons ever again!!!!!! Ppl please be aware!!!!!!
I had bought 4 items from Aarons store on buckeystown pike in frederick md. The one item I have already paid off. The other 3 items was a big screen tv which I only owe 1000 more dollars on. The second item was a 60 in big screen which came with a stand. I am been a loyal customer been on time with my payments and everything and my girlfriend and I had a ACCIDENT we were moving the tv to try to clean under it and we were moving it because we wanted to move our tv around well a long story short it fell over and it broke the screen. I call the Frederick MD store and speak to the manager moses and he says he would send someone out to look at it because he couldnt have it at his store incase it was audited. A week later still havent heard from anyone so we call them back and he came that saturday to look at it at like 730am. He tells us that the tv is messed up pretty good and that he would have to call and order the parts. Well this has been about a month or a month and a half ago and still no tv working. His response was they are remodeling at their store where their parts are and its taking a while to get the parts. Well by that time I was just really pissed off and I told him to come and get all the stuff I would take my business else where and just lose out on the money I had already paid. His response to that is he can come get the other tv that is working but he cant come get the one that is broke. A store as big as aarons and they dont carry some kind of insurance on their stuff is just mind boggling to me. What would happen if there was a true accident like WE had or someone got their house robbed or a house fire that is stuff people cannot control. I am letting my stuff go back to aarons no matter what he says if he doesnt get a payment they will have to come get it because I wouldnt reccomend ANYONE go to this place they are a joke and have the worst CUSTOMER service ever. I will never buy from them again and none of my friends or family will buy from them again because I have definately passed the word around. The rating of Poor is too good for them they need a rating of 0.
Went into Aarons in brockton rented a living room set and bedroom set that was supposed to have been new. I called the manager upset due to the fact that the mattress they gave me was infested with bed bugs. I have two small children one who has been battling cancer and they don't even have the decency to return a phone call. They will not return my money Orr remove the furniture from my home. I was admired to the hospital due to the number of bites all over my body. I am very upset that no one will help me!
Been with Aarons for 15 months,People watch your payments,make sure they post your full payments on your account.The store I rented from here in Las Vegas was not doing that,I needed to get the Regional District Mngr involved. I decided to return the items and went to Kmart and bought a new 46 inch Tv there.Will never buy from Aaron's again and will tell all my family and friends about this,word of mouth goes very far.They dont take care of ther good customers.
These people have scammed me! I asked for a queen mattress set and they said they had one for 479.00. Now that I've gone to pay off the balance its over 1,000.00. They explained it to me that the six month lease price was the cost of the mattress if paid off within 90 days same as cash.The store manager is not at all helpful, even refusing to help me understand the lease. They are scamming people for a commission check. I would do without before I ever do any sort of business with these thieves.
I have had enough of Aaron's on Crestwood Rd. in Birmingham Alabama. They have a new collection Manager and he is very rude. Today I got a phone call from my mother who is a reference on my account stating that he called to say that I did not pay my bill and he was trying to get in touch with me. Well he never called me, but he called my mom. I spoke with the manager in regard to my CC expiration date an he was to call me back to get the new number. I was never called back, but this guy say that he is doing his job and he will continue to call everyone to get in touch with me.I don't appreciate being rude to. They are very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this store.
We have a rider lawnmower from arrons I received a phone call from rent a center because arrons decided they didn't want to do business in Plymouth Indiana anymore and sold all of their accounts to rent a center without notifying their customers. I thought that was pretty crappy and unprofessional. What if people don't like rent a center? I don't that's why I went to arrons in the first freakin place!!!!!!!!
I as well purchased a front loader washer and Dryer from AArons in Cedar Park, Texas. I have been having problems with them since I purchased them. The washer dispenses the fabric softner before the detergent therefore the clothes are not getting clean. I have been complaining since I got them and "NOTHING" has been done to fix them. I have also contacted AArons Corporate and was told that I would get a call back withing withing 72 hours and guess what 2 weeks later NO CALL. I have purchased numerous items from them and paid them off. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Complaint Dept and hopefully something will get done.
The associates at the Aarons store located on 6934 Market St. in Wilmington NC are the most disrespectful bunch of people I've ever had to deal with! I have been a few days late with my payment and they are constantly calling my job and they continue to call my home well past 8pm. According to the state of N.C. law, creditors cannot call anyone's home past 8pm. I am tired of the harassment, I'm on full understanding that they are trying to collect a debt but my husband clearly gave them the date that they would receive payment. They told my husband that he would need to postdate a check and we don't feel comftorable doing that when we know we don't have enough to cover that amount until pay day. Basically all that I would like if Aarons would stop calling me at work especially because I am constantly surrounded by customers and to not call my house no later than 8pm.
I purchased a TV from Aaron's and it has been in the shop 4 times ....in May 2011 it went into the shop for a 5th time...as of today Sept. 15, 2011 it still is not fixed. I was told it could not be fixed and they we're going to upgrade with a newer model and bigger screen. They brought the so called newer model and the same thing was wrong with it as my own. I refused it and sent it back. I owe 1 payment on my agreement have refused to make this payment. Of course I get calls after calls but, I am not making that payment for them to turn away and push me under the rug. I have not had any problems until now with Aaron's. I think I have been easy on them until now. I have gave them 1 more month to find me a replacement or the table is turned and I am taking them to court. There is no need is this. As many of you have stated they want there money when it is due to them and I want my money to purchase what I had expected and at this point that has not happened.
Aaron's have lack of customer service skills and do not care about the customer's nor their family's. my new home was infested with bed bugs from furniture that I got from them and they don't want to do anything about it because they say it's not their fault. Their products are not guarntee and they don't inspect nor properly clean it. Noow I have to result in getting a lawyer because me and my children are getting ate up and this is the jacksonville store off blanding.
I am just letting everyone know don't get nothing from aarons because they don't stay with there right hours thy tell they going to bring this day n this time and they don't stink to that day or that hour.....I got a computer from Aaron since 2008 n them a washer n a dry from them n they never fuck me over....but know I am tryin to get a screen tv n a stand from them....the had to bring on Monday 12,11 between 3 to 7 n they never bring it I am.soooo fucking mad...n other thing is that the new manerger from there he hang up on my face didn't let me finish talkin that is some bullshit......the aarons that I got all that stuff is the one in Colombia rd dorchester mas...yea I don't care..
I've rented from Aaron's in Austin tx on Slaughter before they've been nice but I finished paying for our washer then the next day it broke they came and picked it up now there saying it's going to be another week it's been 2 weeks already.Oh yeah but if your 3 days late they hound you down.They didn't even offer a replacement till ours is fixed.I don't think i'll rent from them again.
The Olean store broke my tv and then told me they were fixing it, I called today and they SOLD it.
The one thing i can say i didnt like about aaron's is, when they say 120 days same as cash...thats a lie! I have 180 dollars that i owe aarons for my bedroom set that was suppose to be 1499.00 total...well i added up what ive already gave them and it came to 1440.00 so how could i still owe them 180.00? Doesnt make sense to me. i asked them about it and they said its because everytime we make a payment it sets the due date back further and further.....okay so i have to pay extra money to make my payment early? wow aaron's needs to make some changes...i guess thats why the aarons in my town just joined rent a center....they couldnt handle things on their own.
