DO NOT USE 1800 FLOWERS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF I ORDERED MY MOM SOMETHING FOR MOTHERS DAY ON MAY 5TH HERE IT IS NOW THE 13TH AND SHE STILL HAS NOT GOT ANYTHING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN A HOG SLOP COMPANY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ALL THEY CAN DO IS SAY I WILL SEE IF I CAN RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.
This is the absolute worst company ever, they took my order to be delivered on Mother's for the rep to enter the wrong damn date and then told me there was nothing they can do about it. they then offer to deliver them for free the next day. i call the next day and now the flowers were no longer in stock, then they claimed to have found a florist that has the flowers and can deliver them. they finally deliver the bouquet and they sent the wrong damn bouquet and a smaller one at that. i have been calling and getting in there a** every hr and i will continue to do so until they deliver the right damn bouquet.
To all customers, I have been a customer for the past 10 years; I just send (what is to be a beautiful vase of lilies to my mother in Durban South Africa for mother’s day). I was just informed that the flowers have been delivered and call my mum to hope to hear “ I LOVE THEM” instead, I was informed that this arrangements was delivered in brown bag, with green leaves, which was throw out due to shear shock. Thank god for this information as I was about to place an order today for my mother in law. Please spend your money elsewhere. Regards Sharleen Rajput
WILL NEVER USE 800flowers Customer service is the worst if you can understand them when you call corp they just transfer you off shore use your local grocery store you will be better off
I will never use 1800flowers ever again. I have always received beautiful bouquets of flowers from my husband who is overseas and the one day of the year when the flowers are supposed to be at top peak, Mother's Day, it was the worst. The calli lilies I received were brown and the roses were dying. The customer service I received was extremely poor whereas we were promised a refund, which we still have not received, and also they sent me some Walmart flowers which was supposed to be comparable to roses and calli lilies? I don't think so! Extremely disappointed!
