I was at the Stockton, Californis store on Wed December 11, @ 6:00 and had to wait with 20 people in line for checkout for 45 minutes there were two cashier trying to figure out a return I asked if there were other employees who could help and they told me they were the only two in the store. UNACCEPTABLE IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE FACT THAT ALL MY GIFTS WERE THERE I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad service

I was at the old navy in lakewood washington at the Towne center, the associate there are terrible, they will be at the bad corner of the store talking stories, like really!!!! They can't do that on their break time or wait until they are off.

Ive put in an application for oldnavy and everytime I call to check the status of my application,they take my name and number down and say they will call bavk and never do...when I call again they tell me call again and when I do they put me on hold to the hiring manager then hang up in my face....I dont understand cause they really need people and they dont wanna hired nobody there's alot of people that need a job...old navy only have like 4-5 people working there...

Scam in ordering

I ordered online and it was never disclosed that they take payment up front and then bill again when ship merchandise. Nice to have all the interest accruing on that money until release back into your account. Scam artists!!!

customer service

My daughter and I received horrible service from a women named Chiori at the San Francisco Flagship store on Market Street. I have never written a review online for anything until now. The way we were treated was so horrible and it left me in shock and my daughter in tears. I believe Chiori was her name and I was told she is a store manager. Her behavior left employees around her shocked and embarrassed. No employee should have to work with management Chiori and no customer should ever have to go through was my daughter and I did. I am hoping to receive a formal apology from Old Navy or I will be compelled to seek further council concerning this matter.

The disrespected worker

I am tired of walking into your kings plaza mall store to see a young lady that work for you that looks to be 12 years old being treated like she doesn't deserve the opportunity to work there. I see her manager breathing down her back every opportunity she gets. Funny thing this young lady made employee of the month. Is there something wrong with that picture? You guys need to step out from behind some of those corporate chairs and take a look into your stores talk to your workers not only the managers and high position workers but the lower ones as well. I have stopped shopping at your stores because in everyone there is always one worker miss treated and things going on that is never addressed by the higher up people because those that it is being done to need their job and are afraid to report it!!!!!!! You guys have position bullies!!!!!!!!!!

Identity theft

When I was 13 years old someone used my social security number and opened up an Old Navy card. I am now 19 and have become aware of this situation. I am trying to work with Old Navy to get this taken off my credit report. This is illegal for Old Navy to issue a credit card with a minor's social security number. They do not seem to care that they have caused a offense that I can sue them. Instead, they are protecting the criminal. I am trying to find out information and they will not give me anything. Trans Union was fabulous and gave me much needed information. The Fraud department in India was no help at all. They even gave me a phone number to call in the US but it was a wrong number! I guess Old Navy is going to have to be taken to court over this action. I am going to go call my lawyer now

Will never set foot in one of your stores again

I was shopping at Old Navy in the Orange Park Mall this afternoon, and had a bag that contained $167 of merchandise from Sephora. I set the bag down briefly, and it disappeared. I was frantic as I'm active duty military and had to save that money to spend on myself as a rare treat. The staff didn't seem to helpful, and in fact, I was told I was the 3rd person this weekend this had happened to. I was also basically told that they were too busy to help. I got a shoulder shrug and an "I'm so sorry", and that was it. They called mall security, who was nothing more than a slightly younger Barney Fife, and received the same reaction from him. Extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff. It was almost as if I was interfering with their time.

Credit Card

Never let them talk you into getting an old navy card. I am a great customer and I always paid my bill ontime. They reduce my credit limit and made it look like I max out my card. Then turn around and tell me there's nothing they can do about it. Old navy sucks. They are messing up my credit.

Old Navy or Daycare Center?

I've been a longtime customer at Rego Park location and have always made sure to shop early in the morning to avoid any foot traffic but since I have started a new job, I've been stuck going in the afternoons. What ruined my shopping experience was constantly needing to duck and dodge out of the way from children running around, riding their scooters and did I mention that my wife was hit in the face by a soccer ball. A group of children decided it was the place and time to play soccer meanwhile their mother gave a halfhearted apology while continuing to let her children play with the ball, somehow expecting her loud, ineffective screaming to get them to stop. I have seen this movie way too many times, parents please use a leash on your children if they cannot keep still and if you will make little effort to discipline them.

I was just in the dartmouth ma store alittle bit ago to buy flip flops for $1. When i got there they were all sold out. My daughter had the same thing in Plymouth Ma.I was told they don't do rain checks. People were allowed to buy 5 at a time and get back in line so i could buy mens and return them within 90 days to exchange them for womens!They suck!Will never shop there!

No limit mentioned in ads for sale items!

The old nave in town close and is now a 20 minute drive for most of my family and friends. Old Navy had many television ads promoting the $1 flip flop day. Instead of my sister and I both driving there I said I would go buy them for both of us . I picked out 5 pair for her and 5 pair for myself. When I got to the counter I was told there is a limit of 5 pair per person. Technically that's what it was. They said there was a sign in the store stating this. They should put that in the ads on television then. I asked the manager about this and she said I should write Old Navy. She also said they do this so everyone has a chance to get some. Well, I get that. That's why I got there when they opened. If its such a great hit then stock up! Everyone I go to one of these sales they are already low on size eights. Really! An hour after the door opens? I shopped and then went to pick out flip flops to match. No bueno. Just a disclaimer regarding limits would be nice. Cost me as much in gas as what I saved. I wouldn't have drove there if I knew. Now my sister has to drive all the way there too! We could have rode together... Urgh... Feel better now that I blew off that steam! Yap yap yap

bad service and rude

This past weekend store #3773 I just wanted to go shop for a shirt that's all and I guess they had a flip flop special I don't wear flip flops but I went to the door and the man yelled at me aggressively telling me to step back I need to go to the back of the line.I explained I just need a short real quick nothing else if I can just get that because I don't wear flip flops he told me get in line or don't come back the line was like a block away. ....you guess need to organize

Incredibly Poor Web Site and Telephone Contact Ability

100% unable to pay my bill on-line today. Same thing as last month. Old Navy's website is HORRIBLE! Nothing but a useless exercise to waste my time and energy. It will not let me log on to pay my bill, an I had to find intriguing new ways at least 4 times today to get customer service on the phone. The voice creature was unable to comprehend any of my answers, and took me back to the same(*!x?) message over and over again. I've wasted over an hour of my life today trying to contact this place and pay my bill. Interestingly enough, their website will allow me to shop, find a store location, etc., but not pay the bill I owe... And again, this is the same thing that I encountered last month. It truly MAKES ME WONDER... is Old Navy trying to scam more money out of me by charging me $10.00 to pay by phone because of their website and customer service phone ineptness? Or will I now have to pay almost 24% in interest charges and the price of a stamp because of their ineptness ? Bottom line: they need to get their act together or I gotta go. I have neither the time or patience for this stuff.

Old Navy is a terrible employer. I worked there for well over a year and I decided to quit just last month not because of personal reasons but just to see what else is out there. Now it seems that they are bitter or have some sort of personal vendetta towards me for quitting, and have failed to give me my last check for over 3 weeks now. Even after me repeatedly calling them to see what's going on

Store 6533

I was shopping today at Store 6533 and notice a pregnant employee giving great customer service. An older man wanted some sandals and here is this pregant employee climbing a ladder finding the size the customer wanted. Then the employee tries to pick up the manikin and here you have the older customer trying to help this employee check the size on the sandals then his son helps this employee. The customer was so thankful but a bit embarrassed because the employee was pregnant lifting heavy things to give him a great customer experience. Now I wonder where was the boss? For what I have seen this stores boss treats its employees like crap and are rude towards customers. This store sure knows how to pick rude, lazy and so not team player bosses. But let us not forget that employee for doing a great job. Hope she gets some recognition. This store needs to hire bosses that are about customer service like their pregnant employee.

refund

l bought some clothes for my grandkids. They didn't fit so l brought them back with the tags still on and my receipt. Because l paid by check they wouldn't give me cash back. l have to get my money back by mail. They didn't have any problem taking my check. That's a bad way to do business. lt did make me mad !!

I am very disappointed in Old Navy, they closed and locked the doors at 8:50 when it was suppose to close at 9:00. That looks very bad on Old Navy.
