I stayed in Motel 6 in Piscataway, NJ on February 14, 2012. I would not even rate this motel with one star. Upon arrival, they treated me as though I was a burden for them and that my money was not worth a dime; ( I paid cash, btw). I wanted to stay for one week and they told me they would not give me any discount. Regardless of paying cash or up front, no AAA discount, no continental breakfast, no do not disturb signs. The room had a dark, damp feeling to it. Bare minimum clean, t.v was only 19" and 3 channels were all static. The day of check out (12 p.m) I called the front desk to request an additional 3 night stay and if I may run to the bank and come back to pay them. The front desk gave me a hard time that I had to run to the bank and that checkout was at noon. After a slight argument, I was told I may go to the bank and return to pay for the additional nights. Upon my return, the motel (GENERAL MANAGER) had called the local police to have me and my things removed from their property and would not discuss this matter any further. I had 10 minutes to remove 3 days worth of my belongings to be kicked to the curb without arranging any transportation for myself or my things. They do not have any concept of consumerism or respect their guests. I was a paying customer and they treated me poorly. Thank God I didn't have the time to book an additional 3 nights and regret staying there for the 3 days prior to my removal.

Motel 6 In phx az is not a good place to be employed .... I just stoped working there today because... The people they rent the rooms to are crazy... I knocked on the door and the guy just swung at me.. If he would have hit me I would haver went over the railing.. Also ... As fare as I can see... they are NOT DOING THINGS BY THE RULES.. THEY ARE HAVING PEOPLE CLEAN ROOMS THAT PEOPLE JUST PASSED AWAY IN.. ACCORDING TO THE BBB THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BRING SOMEONE IN THAT IS QUALIFIED TO DO THAT KIND OF CLEANING... THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPER CLEANING SUPPLIES.. SUCH AS GLOVES, TRASH BAGS ... THEY ARE BRINGING THERE OWN LAUNDRY IN FROM HOME WASHING IT THERE USING THE PROPERTY WASHERS AND DRYERS AND WE ALL KNOW THAT YOUR NOT SUPPOSE TO DO THAT... NOONE CARES ABOUT THE EMPLOYERS WELL BEING... THEY HAVE BED BUGS IN JUST ABOUT ALL THE ROOMS... SOME OF THE MATTRESS HAVE NO BOTTOMS ON THEM.. ONE BED THEY HAVE DUCK TAPE HOLDING IT TOGETHER ALL AROUND THE INTIRE BED.. BLOOD STAINS ON THE MATTERS THAT THEY TRY TO COVER UP WITH SHEETS.. ALL THE COVERS HAVE BURN HOLES IN THEM.. IT'S A MESS... AND THE DANGER IS CRAZY.. I MEAN THEY DON'T PAY ENOUGH TO LOSE YOUR LIFE WORKING THERE.. THEY DON'T THINK ABOUT ANYTHING THAT IS GOOD FOR THE EMPLOYEE'S... I AM LOOKING FOR THE CORPRATE NUMBER SO I CAN COMPLAIN ON MONDAY.. I WOULD DEF NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE... NOT EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY...

Stayed at the Motel 6 in Palm Springs, due to a non working air conditioner they switched rooms for us, that was fine. They also said that they would refund us $30 yeh right. After several calls we were told 15 business days, well those days have passed and corporate doesn't return calls. If this is the way they treat their customers how can we expect the people who work for them to be any different.

I stayed at Motel 6 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and I asked their housekeepers to replace the linen and towels in my room several times, but they failed to do so. My linen and towels were only replaced after I contacted a housekeeper named Amy replaced them. Now me and my girlfriend both have been diagnosed with having scabies. My girlfriend lives in Nebraska not even in Colorado. I go to college and I am going to have to withdraw from a class because I missed two weeks due to the scabies. This may affect me getting financial aid for the next semester. My advice never ever stay at any Motel 6! I will be filing a civil action against them soon. My fiance and I were going to stay at the motel 6 in Spring Tx. off of Cypreswood. We checked in but decided to leave. Motels appearance was nice,but it turned out to be unsafe. The entrance we used was unlocked, there were roaches,. We left and came back the back entrance door was wide open with a brick holding it open so therfore anyone can get in. The place must be family owned, kids running in the hallways, you could hear everything in the surroundings.

I stayed at motel 6 downtown tennessee it was disgusting I got bit by bed bugs swollen and now I had to go to the doctors I've been itchy and up at night for week if anyone else has been bit by bed bugs in tennessee at the motel 6 please file complaint.

I would greatly appreciate receiving FoxNews as another news source to choose from. I find that only having left wing networks that cater to Democrats/Liberals doesn't provide balanced political information for any guest. I was informed at the front desk this was a corporate decision made and guests aren't able to direct tv to remedy this issue. I would greatly appreciate being able to have FoxNews as another source for political news. The other networks provide plenty of bias that is easily detectable, annoying, and just bad journalism.

The manager maribel arreola will had sex with who ever she had to. I also fell into her sinking pussycat if you know what mean. On Jan 5, 2012, I stayed at the Motel 6 on Arapaho Road in South Denver. My reserved room was on the 5th floor. When I got off of the elevator, there was an irritating smell in the corridor. Unfortunately, the smell also permeated my room. The linoleum tiles were chipped and cracked (there was no carpet). The twin beds were worn out, with one bed's impressions of 2 occupants. The bedspread had cigarette burned all over. The nightstand was missing the drawer. The windows were filthy. The refrigerator was missing an interior shelf. The TV was an older model and the max color could not be adjusted. The cable's 30 channels - about half of the channels were either unclear or fuzzy. The room had numerous scars left by smokers, including the sink, bathroom floor and the tub. I ended up taking a nap while fully clothed, apprehensive of the possibility of bed bugs. The stench was still bad, after running the AC, heater and opening the window. So I got a 20 minute nap with my hand over my nose. I intended to stay until the following morning. I received a call of the death of a family member. I quickly gathered my belongings and returned the door card to the front desk. I told him that I had a family emergency and would not be returning. On Jan 06, 2012, I contacted Motel 6 Corporate Office, explaining my discomforts and the condition of the room. They elevated my complaints to the regional manager and motel management. On Jan 8th (Sunday), I received a call from the motel manager, mad that I didn't bring these issues to him before leaving the motel. I repeatedly asked him to repeat what he was saying, since his accent was foreign. He refused to understand the urgency of my departure. He got rude and yelled at me, so I hung up the phone. On Jan 9th, I contacted corporate for a refund. They said that the refund would have to come from the motel manager. On Jan 10th, I called the motel manager for a refund. He told me that I had waited too long for requesting a refund (5 days) and said that I should have discussed the situation prior to departing the motel. I told him that a death in the family was more important at the time, and that there was no way I was in the mood to sit down and talk to a stranger. The corporate office and the Denver Motel 6 have refused any amount of a refund for these sorry living conditions. I will enjoy learning of many of their motels closing, based on sanitation and customer satisfaction. If you are searching for a good motel, STAY AWAY FROM MOTEL 6!!!!

I wouldn't even give Motel 6 a 1 star the motel is filthy beyond repair! All of the motels need to be torn down and rebuilt! I wouldn't let my dog stay in this filty, moldy, dirty, disgusting motel! This is uncalled for and they need to be reported to the Department of Health immediately! I stayed in the Motel 6 at Williamsville, New York, wow, unbelievably filthy! I complained and nothing, absoulutely nothing was done. Lazy, staff including management, corporate and those in housekeeping!

I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in New Orleans near the downtown area. During my stay I was bitten by bed bugs for which I had to seek medical attention, discard my luggage/ clothing and miss work for two days . When I informed the person from the front desk, he responded "this has happened in the past and I will make a note to the manager", then I was dismissed. This was far beyond the worse hotel experience i have ever had. Stay away from these motels, they are not worth the inexpensive price you pay for your night stay.

I stayed in Motel 6 in Twin falls Id.. Everything was good for a cheap place too stay but when I filled out there survey I am now getting 400 plus spams in my email... Now I will get more because of this but the public needs to know I think there selling our email address...........

I stayed with that location from the 24th until the 28th and in order to use an iron, which should come in the room to begin with, as I'm sure you're well aware you are required to leave your I.D. at the front desk, which btw is the most Ridiculous policy on the planet, how many people do you know that travel with two I.D.'s?? and won't accept a DEPOSIT?? Last time I checked Money buy's everything materialistic. So I very reluctantly left my California I.D. at the front desk the entire time I stayed with the motel. btw, I am a medical patient with a serious injury, who needs a valid California state I.D. in order to purchase my medicine. When I returned to the front desk to retrieve my I.D. I was given my personal identification cut in half and completely destroyed. The lady at the front desk passed it to me, and said that the manager cut the I.D. because it was expired. I then looked down at the expiration date 7/10/2016?! I was then given a very rude attitude by the lady at the front desk, received no apology, empathy, and absolutely zero explanation. I'm sorry but the last time that I checked, Motel 6 is not the Police station!! Even the Police don't cut expired I.D.'s in half, they punch them!! I then returned to Las Vegas From Los Angeles, two days later, to officially file a police report in person. I was ready to press charges immediately. Unfortunately I am forced to take legal action instead, unless there is some form of very extreme rectification taking place in the very near future. A trip to the D.M.V. in California is a minimum of a 5 hour wait, and is not free as you are well aware. I now have to somehow get out of work, to wait in line at the D.M.V. for new identification, so that I can purchase my medicine. I would like an official answer as to what you think is fair in return for my time, suffering, and enormous nightmare that has transpired from my recent stay with your establishment, because in my eye's it's worth thousand's. I have contacted a lawyer who has advised me to officially ask in writing for you to rectify this affliction. If I am not satisfied with the outcome he has promised to take on my case. If I am not satisfied with your response, I will also immediately be writing an enormous view on Yelp, and several other very high profile websites, and your response will be posted within them. Motel 6 in evansville in it one of the most dirtiest motel I have been in have to be moved three times before finding a room thats fair will never stay in a motel 6 they are becoming real DUMPS,told management was told manageer was aware of conditions of rooms very poor customer service being oneof thelargest hospitality motels i was very disapointed ps tell tom bodet too stay in evansville indiana and i guarinty he will leave and go too super 8 please look into this complaint there making you look bad and i know there nt up too your standards

Stayed in a motel 6 in Joplin, Mo on Dec.22nd, 2011. First the desk clerk asked my wife how old she was. Then we were given a room that stank of vomit and heavy perfume. The shower had mold around it. The bed was filthy. The spread had holes in it; and the sheets hadn't been washed. We slept in our clothes and left the room at 4:30am to escape the stench and filth. Yeah, I know it's a cheap motel; but renting a filthy room to tired travellers is reprehesible. What a dump!!

To everyone: Motel 6 was bought out by Iranian's(no bullshit) and is no longer "a chain motel" ,but now a franchise. I found this out from a clerk at a Motel 6 I stayed at regularly when I noticed the motel 6's motel # had changed. I asked why the number change and that's when she broke the news to me.No more leaving the light on.

Motel 6 East Brunswick location is poorly managed and coorporate needs to send an investigator to view and smell the rooms, pet odors and rotted carpet.. beds need to be replaced and smelly pillows..

After waking up and falling in the bathroom... water on the floor from the pipe completely broken under sink.. a gap of 2 inches. Manager came.. offered me a return on my $.. I didn't take it because if I do have a claim.. I couldn't prove I was even there.. Maybe the wrong choice.. but.. OH yea.. they gave me a gift of a free stay in another Motel 6.. wow!!! I use to stay regularly.. years ago.. but after this last disaster.. will continue to support Comfort Inn.. so much for cheap hotels and nasty rooms.. I'd rather pay for comfort, safety and my security...
