Lowe's in Florida has a sub contracting company by the name of Opensaysme that employs contractors under false pretense to get them to work. They do not provide adequate training or tools. They do not provide or clarify to the independent contractors the policies under employment and therefore place all blame for the performance of Opensayme on the Independent contractor. Opensaysme is not qualified to provide quality services under Lowes when the office is in NC and the services are in Florida. It would be in the best intrest of Lowes to keep the awesome reputation that you hae an not allow Opensaysme to contract under such a reputable name. Opensaysme is very unprofessional and unethical...thank you

Pull Roundup from your shelves so I can shop at your store again !!!!

in February of this year i bought cabinets and counter-tops from LOWS on lows credit and spent plenty! it is now July and my cabinets are still not complete !!! i am dealing with very incompetent people that have lied more than a dozen times to me . i am fed up . the workers inside the store in Santa Clarita ( golden triangle) not only don't know their jobs but don't know a thing about remolding or basic repair of anything . i must tell you to stay far away from LOWS - you will regret it for a long ,long time

I would like to say it was nice to hear all the songs over the radio represent how this country was founded and build...what I have a problem with is with that being said why are there so few MADE IN THE USA products on the shelf.... seems a bit out of taste... please bring more MADE IN THE USA products back to the shelves...the history of my family has been to serve this country..please dont make it so in vain buy supporting outher countries.... lets rebuild this country together!!!

I bought all Electrolux appliances for my kitchen from Lowe's and it has been nothing but a nightmare 100%...poor quality and no one seem's to be able to fix anything...this refridgerater I bought was 3000.00 and it has been worked on more than my car and still wont make ice...the appliances are high priced junk...I purchased a 5 year warranty with these lemon's and still it is useless ...Lowe's if they cain't answer your complaint they cut the call off...do yourself a favor...go to a reputable company that want's and know's how to give good service and applainces

How about warning Lowes Associates not to not to give out business cards of friends and family business cards for suckers who ask for either electrical ,plumbing or other help at a cheap or good price . My sister roped me into a real jerk who has a real bad temper and sys he was a so called master plumber I was afraid to ask for his master plumber papers He did me wrong a sloppy plumbing job now I have to rebuild my plumbing because an associate at a Lowes store no more giving out business cards Please besides that person can do harm break ins to your homes please no more friends and relatives so called experts Thank You.

I was excited to see Lowe's marketing the fact, plastic garden trays and containers could be brought to Lowe's for recycling. Was told by my Lowe's on Georgesville Rd., Columbus, Ohio, they really didn't want them. "They just throw them away when customers bring them in". Why market you want to keep the environment safe, with that kind of attitude.

Very bad service,untrained and under staffed store and management defends these policies. Lowes corp. is just as bad,I called there a couple of times to report one of Lowes suppliers I could not reach I was put on hold Lowes on hold each time I called as well . I guess Lowes is to big to answer their phone Thanks for wasting my time. FYI your rating system does not go below one star

I have worked for lowes for 12 years the last 3 was my own business as a installer year one great after that down hill I have doc.on all my work I am owed over 40 thousand dollars not counting all the money Lowes took out of my acct. and never contacted me so I set up a meeting with my manager and got fired so no one will call me back I even set all prices for plumbing and appliances for the regon my next step is the news and attorney and it will not be good I worked for 32stores some one with athorty email me I will share my problems with you to get this resolved

Because there is no corporate complant line it goes to a answering service that in return they call the store you got the product from to put a store manager on and say he is corporat I have proof of this.

We have been on the phone back and forth with the Quincy, IL store because they damaged our facing on formica cabinets. They also ripped hole on floor in laundry room when installing a drying that had been damaged. Now they are saying that they won't reface the counter tops because its cheaper to put all new counter tops on instead which does not make since. We feel as if they are giving us the run around and will never shop at Lowes again. We spent over $5000 plus in month with them and its terrible how they treat the customers. Corporate Management needs to be checking this and getting something done right away or the only other thing we can do is speak to an attorney.

I am a single female, not very knowledgeable about hardware / plumbing, etc., and I always shop at Lowe's because I get great customer service and I can always find things - as well as the people who can answer my questions about these things. I am astounded that they are not rated higher. They get 5 stars in my book.

Let us bring up those rating stars It is now a family at the Cypress Drive Tampa Florida were even the little hourly employees still treat you with respect and are willing to help you out. I go there maybe once a week and get to know by name the employees and they are always HAPPY to see me it is a clean store and they honor the future and past vets . It is always sad to see an employee leave that store like Felix . It is a very friendly store and I speak highly of them courtesy does count .I wish I could see more handicap employees they can work little hours Thank You Yours Great fully Michael L

My husband served our great country in the Marines. He has a military ID (one sided card) apparently this is not sufficient for Lowe's. We are very disappointed! You should review and change your policy. We have used this card in the past. Why the change now? It left a bad impression of lowe's.

My husband wanted to surprise me while I was out of town and hung wallpaper that we had purchased a couple of years ago from Lowes. Sadly, he ran about 2 feet short. After hours of searching for this, now out-of-print, wall paper, I contacted corporate in North Carolina. I reached Bonnie in Customer Care, who called stores in multiple states trying to find my wall paper. It took time, but she finally located it in Michigan and has had it sent to my home in California. I really felt she went above and beyond. Thank you for your help, Bonnie. It made my day.

Your so-called discount for veterans is a farce. The evidence you require to prove that the buyer is a veteran is unrealistically cumbersome. For example, I was denied the discount because I only presented my American Legion membership card as evidence. Not enough, even though only military veterans can become members. I will simply go back to Home Depot, especially for major purchases. .

I just read a wonderful letter from a mom whom lost her child during child birth and was at lowes and saw a beautiful little boy statue that was holding a jar that laminated at night. This mom has made a garden to memorialize her deceased son and really loved this statue so she called her mom and her mom was sending her the money for it for her anniversary. They called lowes and asked if they could put the statue aside til the money came but the associate stated that this is not something they do but under the circumstance he said he would. The next night they got an email from the store saying Lowes is donating the staue to the garden. Such a wonderful company and compassion. I will shop at Lowes for all my building needs from now on for compassion like this goes along way with me. Thank you Lowes for making a difference.
