My Wife Has worked at Dollar tree store for over 15 years never have been able to take a good vacation they only give one week off at a time . It a sad Thing for us but we live with it .

While shopping at the store in lake in the woods near target. A young man and a women who were both in mangement helped me find a couple of products. the young man was a great help. This dollar tree rocks and will shop there all the time. Keep up the good work guys.

i work at dollar tree in Utica New-York but i had to quit because the staff wasnt doing there part and my hours would get cut more than others every week.. i would come in to do my shift just to get told to go home...

I am a loyal customer. I shop for items for household as well as for my classroom. I have been able to find items for all holidays except in honor of Black History Month. Why is that? Please consider expanding your inventory to make items available. Thanks for meeting the needs of your customers.

my wife works for doolar tree in las vegas on flamingo and sandhill and has been getting sexual harrassed . when she notified manager dawn her hours were cut and nothing was done to the other employee but my wifes hours were cut to 4 hours . shes even been on the schedule showed up and sent home saying were cutting hours but she was the only one to lose hours pretty wierd so were going to the labor board and a lawyer. thanks dollar tree.

I work for store # 3003 Sommerville, MA. Several times I have seen mice/rats coming in contact with food products. Assistant manager place food items on top of rat droppings!!! When the Health Inspector came only asked the Shift Manager a few questions and passed the store. With conditions like that how? Please do something about this before a lot of people get sick... I have told managers about the mice/rats and they laugh... Action needs to be taken. Thanks, concerned employee!

I called on December 27, 2012 with a customer concern. All agents were busy. I held for over 15 minutes waiting for an agent then finally left a message. They never considered it important enough to return my call. Not good customer service!

Promised us milk and bread but NEVER have it, especially on weekends when the Leisure World Pharmacy is closed. This is in reference to the new store in Seal Beach. Please, can you do something about this situation. Some of our seniors can NOT go anywhere else to shop. Please help us.

I have to tell you about my wonderful experience at one of your stores in Hemet Ca. I was totally blessed by this experience! I purchased 25 plates for a student christmas project I am doing in my classroom. I asked the gentleman cashier if there was another associate who could go to the back and look for a box for the 25 plates. He replied yes, it will be me but I need to finish these folks in line first. I said no worries, I will go shop for a few minutes. I returned a few minutes later to see him cutting a big box down. He was modifying a box to fit my needs! I walked over to him and praised him for his initiative and ingenuity! I stood back and watched in awe, the box was now smaller and easier to manage but he doesn't stop there. He proceeded to cut from the scraps to put in a divider for my 2 large stacks of plates. Wow! Then, he continues to cut up more cardboard into smaller rectangles and places them in between each and every plate! That's not all folks, he then cuts away at the top of the box and folds it down, now there is a lid! He decides the lid needs closing so he gets some duct tape and viola, a wonderful box witha lid! I asked him his name, and thanked him. I then go to pick up my box of plates and he says, no ma'am let me carry it for you out to your car! Are you kidding me? This is the best customer service I have had in my entire life. He should be your corporate example of what customer service looks like. Give him a raise and a promotion please, someone!

I went into Dollar Tree and purchased 10 items each priced at a dollar. I still remember the items I purchased. The total was 10 dollars and some tax. Today on Thanksgiving I checked my account balance online and the cashier charged me 61.83. I can't find my reciept and now I don't know what to do. I remember the cashier acting like the debit card didn't go through the first time and she did it a second time - pretty shifty. I am going to talk to store manager tomorrow. They have no right to keep my money.

i accidently left my pocket book at the register and immediately came back for it under 5 mins. i got my pocketbook back no money was in it. i found out that they don,t have camers at the registers. if they did we could have seen who took my money. i was told it was nothing Dollar Tree could do. This was a lg. amt. of money.

The dollar tree in Grenada,ms has very good employees there I every time I shop there they are always greeting me. I think there name is keira, an Tasha. Also the lady that closes every night is very sweet an polite I think her name is Sykeia. I hope you all keep these employees they make your business look great.

I have worked for the dollar tree in Guillford , Ct for about a year . I am tempted to walk out. My store manager is a lunatic . He is disrespectful to women or seems to fear them. Actually, he is equal opportunity hater .I really don't know He was in the mood to overreact again today . I guess what did it today is that it has not been a week since huricane Sally and he want us to push the Surveys. The shoreline was hit hard and most of the customers don;t have heat. power, or , water non the less a internet . So that is basically what I said . Basically , he had a nervous breakdown and responded saying that he is one of those people. And I had to push the surveys no matter what. I don't know if is the Ceo's , the company or what . Honestly, what are they thinking. They pay barely pay anything for a few hrs a week and play games with your schedule. I never called out or anything. I am respectful and the customers like me. I think I am answering my ? . It can be a fun job yet they are crazy.

yes hello to whom this might concern.. mostly to the corperate officialscomcerning a meeting that was held august 30th 2012.. i am edward Moyers and i do have a serious complaint about frudulant information. i was working there since 2010.. but august 30th 2012 they had a supposed meeting about how to prevent loses and after the meeting the guy incharge of it i dont know his name it might have been Eric.. i dont know, but he held a one on one talk with every employee where he fruadulently said he has evidence that things were taken and trying to say that we did take things so we would be fired so HE could get his comission and fill his quoita.. and for some reason imy hand was forced to sign a paper saying i did.. but I DID NOT take anything or do anything wrong.. and now i realized i should have stood up against him but i didnt know what to do at the time.. HE TOLD the empl;oyees that if they confessed they would not lose thier jobs.. but when asked for the evidence he did not comply he kept beating around the bush and did not show any but he kept insisting that he had it. this happend in FREDERICK, MARYLAND at the Jefferson street dollar tree.. and so i need to know what to do and i need him removed for causing other peoples lives to go down the toilet because HE wantrs a commision... none of anyone working there at the time did anything wrong.. please see this through so justice is done.. the guy is arrogant and concieded he tried intimidatiing everyone into admitting things they did not do. thank you. the whole thing was a set up... thats why i am not working at the tree anymore .. a few weeks ago they had supposedly a meeting with everyone to " discuss" the reasons they are having bad sales but that wasnt it.. the guy who did it was just looking for people to get rid of so he could fill his quota and get pointsa.. he has NO evidence at all that anyone took any thing.. but he tried intimidating the employees into confessing to things they didnt do.. and i for one certainly did not take anything.. but he was so arrogant and intimidating i just played along with him and said i did instead of arguing with him and losing the job anyway because probably that would have happend too.. he told those employess if they confessed they was not going to lose thier jobs.. and it couldnt have happend at a worse time for me since my fiancee is trying to come in december around christmas and we were trying to get things saved up for then.. and the bosses there no it was a set up and so im taking an application back down in there tomarrow to get my job back.. i should have told the guy off when i was down there but i didnt know what to do.. it was just me in there with a hungry wolf.. but he kept saying he had evidence but never shown it to anyone.. i am mad and pised at myself and but mostly that idiot because he was wrong.. but he some big supposed corporate person who does inspections and such that like in like loss prevention or what not.. anyway i didnt know who else to tell this but i found you and let it out other people do know i have told.. but they dont have any bone enough to want to fight it. one girl he told he he got her on video but never shown it and i know her and she would never do it and she stuck to his face and told him he was lying and kept asking for the evidence to see but he never shown her.. i could kick my self for not sticking with it.. but it happens sometimes people get weak

I am Deaf person and I work Dollar Tree at Siloam Springs, Arkansas... I saw myself, that those Supervisor and Workers like give me looks bad and another people too... So, I quit! I shall never go to Dollar Tree again! I think it is best for Dollar Tree Buisness shut down for GOOD! No Two Deaf people are alike... Dollar Tree Supervisor and Workers should not bully toward to Deaf worker at the Dollar Tree anywhere in the AMERICA!... Whatever happen to Equal work ???? I PROMISE myself, I shall NEVER go to Dollar Tree AGAIN!!!

The Dollar Tree in Red Wing, Mn is going down hill so fast. It is a total trashed mess in there. First of all you have a big jerk for a mananger and treats his employees like crapp and is very very rude to the customers. This has been witnessed by several people. He also stands out in front of the store door and is smoking often or on his cell phone. We refuse to go to this store any more. We know and witnessed a scene with a lady whom did a very big sale every year for school supplies which amounted to $200 + and Rickie was so rude to her she told him she would not be doing her business there any more. This has to stop. This hurting your store big time. You have lost a lot of customers from this outrage. I would hope you would clear this mess up. Thank You.

I went to one of your stores, and as I pulled up I seen about 4 of your employees standing outside. I asked them was the stoe open and they said not at this time .But they apoligized and said that the store should be open soon. This was not the first time that I had cam to your store and your store was not open on time. I felt bad for the employees because it was raining that morning. Also I am giving that store only 1 star because of this incident, not because of your employees. I was very upset that I had came all the way from milfod to shop at your store because I like your store. But if this countions I will no longer shop at your store. That store is a great store to shop at, and your cashiers are very polite. Not all of them are but most are.

I went to dollar tree on cooper and I-20, In Arlington, Texas. I was told to shut up, and the manager yelled across the store to take my brat kids and leave, I had two kids age five crying because an employee yelled at them for dropping a toy on the floor,she said she did not want to clean up after kids , even though they picked up the two!!! toys!! up/// she still yelled at them. when I complained about the employee to the mngr. of the store he yelled at me to get out of the Store and take my brat kids and leave. I asked for corporate phone number he said i dont need to give it .his name was Oscer.. scared my children to death with his attitude we will never go to dollar tree again...

I would like to commend and nominate the Dollar Tree store in Ann Arbor Michigan on Washtenaw across from Arbor Land for their amazing, customer centered service. They go out of their way to be considerate and put the customer first in all their decisions. The store always goes above, beyond and out of their way to make sure the customers are always welcome and appreciated in our community. They are the model store in how customer service should be done. Thank you, a loyal Dollar Tree Store Customer
