Cricket has the worst customer service of any telephone company in the USA. I set up an account for my teenage daughter online using my debit card for initial payment. One week before the monthly bill was due, Cricket charged my account and had it overdrawn because Cricket changed my account to auto pay without my authorization. I called Cricket for the next 3 weeks and all I had was run around. My bank asked them to fax a letter stating they are unable to credit any fees in error so I can get a refund. I finally got hold of supervisor with no customer service skills telling me Cricket does not send any letters to the bank and that all new accounts online are automatically set to auto pay. These guys are thieves and scammers and should not operate in the USA. Please do not ever call Cricket customer service. It is total waste of time. I am cancelling right away.

Ordered a phone online and never received the phone. The tracking number I was given showed the phone was sent to a post office in INDIANA although I live in WISCONSIN. I have been given the run around for the past month and if I hear "Sorry Ms. Colbert we will send it to our escalation dept," one more time I am going to scream! I want to cancel service but want my money back first. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC, FCC and Better Business Bureau if I don't get a response from Corporate 1-858-882-6000, 1-858-882-9924. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and hopefully this nightmare will end soon!

I've been with cricket for almost a year both phone and broadband card. Let me say that using cricket broadband card is so antiquatated it's like using dial-up service from 20years ago. it operates at a .48mbps that's after there senior teck guys worked on it. Seems like I'm in a time warp. calling back today I had some robot like person insisting I go through trouble shooting like I did the other day for 1 hours until my account was passed onto a senior teck. What the hell Cricket, this is not the 80"s your service is so slow I feel like the old days of dial up. so there for I ' am cancelling this account my last month with such a horrible company that like to call itself a 21th century company, I guess the sun in San Diego has burned your brains.

Oh that's funny it has to be reviewed before posted, so the real reviews are kept from public view, what happen to free speech oh yes I forgot San Diego is a republican county. there is no free speech when it comes to Republicians it's all sugar coated to fit there needs.

On Christmas day I was visiting my Mother at the hospital. I have a Pay Go Cricket Phone. At the Hospital I tried to pay by phone 2 dollars on my Cricket Phone. By the time it got to a certain poit of the payment I would get a busy signle and would be disconnected. I tride a few more times and then just gave up. The next day I checked my bank accunt online to see if they chareged my for anything since their over the phone payment service was glitching. To my Surprise, I got a $219.15 Charge to my Credit Card!!! I said "WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!" is going on here?". I couldn't believe they charged my $219.15 to my credit card and I was only putting 2 Bucks on my pay go account. I called them and they told my to send in a fax of my bank statement. I did, they said they recieved it and that it would take a few business days. We called again and they said it takes 10 Business days. When that passed I called once again, the forgien lady told my that she didn't see my fax. I said Yes you did. You guys told me you recieved the fax. So then she tells me sorry and she'll get on it. Check back in 24hr's. As soon as she hung up I browsed for another number till I came across the number above, spoke to some Americans, and they said it takes 14 Busniess days because its going through some special system to comfirm everything. Well...TODAY IS THE DAY AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY!

My cricket number is 9013158576 and I paid my bill last week and its is due Feb. 4, 202011 but my phone is off. I feel if I pay my bill my phone should be off. I feel that this is poor business with Cricket phone service.

The whole company is in disarray. Stay away. They dont care about their customers because they are simply waiting for a tender offer on their stocks... and you know who gets most of those shares. The big CHEESES! Not the people in India, or Joe Employee... so, for what its worth America, its not personal... its ALL BUSINESS. Bad Business... but business, nonetheless.

Terrible customer service, do not even consider this as an alternate company for your cell phone service, all I can say is i regret so much wanting to save some few dollars over tmobile now i am paying even more, CRICKET EMPLOYEES DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN PRODUCTS, THEY ARE SO RUDE SPECIALLY IN THE SPANISH TEAM, THEY HAVE TERRIBLE MANNERS AND THEY ARE SO UNEDUCATED, THEY THINK THAT BECAUSE I REQUESTED INFORMATION IN SPANISH I AM AS STUPID AS THEY ARE. NOW I HAVE MY TWO LINES SUSPENDED AND ONE OF THEM WAS DUE UNTIL JANUARY 22, 2011 AND THE OTHER ONE TODAY, BUT BECAUSE I CALLED AND COMPLAINED NOW THEY SUSPENDED THE SECOND ONE...I'LL GIVE YOU A RECOMENDATION SWITCH TO TMOBILE IS IS ONLY 17 DOLLARS MORE FOR THE SAME SERVICE I HAD WITH THESE SO RETARDED COMPANY.

Worst service with any company I've ever dealt with! Dec 10 I made payment on line. Dec13 payment cleared my bankninn. Dec 14th phone turned off due to lack of payment! I went to Cricket authorized store they sent me to corporate store. Corporate said they would fax the copy showing where payment cleared my bank on Dec 13th. This morning Dec 28th per a text message I received, I tried to call the local corporate store...never reached a real person. Finally tried another number and a girl with an accent said it was taken care of and my balance on my cricket account will show no amount due by this afternoon. Before i called this morning I got a text message saying my phone was to be turned off by 6pm PST this evening. I've got two phones with Cricket that we've had for two years no problem until now. The local retailer advised me to pay the extra $3.00 and come in and make payment rather than pay on line...what a nightmare this has been. I wonder if tomorrow morning I'll have service or not. After this experience I wouldn't recommend Cricket to anyone.

Ok, So I made the decission to get a cricket phone through the internet so I could get abetter phone at a better rate. Wrong idea. I ordered it on Dec 21st 2010 at 8am. The transaction took less than an hour, paid my phone cost and first month, overnight delivery was free. Well here it is Dec 27,2010 and still no phone. I have talked and talked and tlaked to the customer service perople, who by the way, have no clue what I am saying or I what they are saying. All I get is, it is in escalation and we can not refund because our system says order was completed and shipped. after speaking to FedEx and giving them the tracking number, they bluntly said, Cricket lies alot and they have no record of picking up anything, which is what the tracking tells me as well. So today I call the Corporate office only to be told, call this 866 number and they can help you. I told this AMERICAN customer service agent they are not doing anything, he was like oh well, you have to work it out with them. So I am now out $83.00, have no phone and it looks like I will not have a phone anytime soon. I think it is time for Tom Martino to step in. I will be sending him an email today as well...

Ever try to get them to give you "your" rebate? Good luck with that. Sue them, I plan on filing paperwork first thing Monday morning.

I am a mother of 3 kids,,struggling hard to try my best to get my kids the things other kids have and things they want and need. I made an order online for 2 phones but one phone was mistakenly picked when a diffrent phone should have been chosen. So I call Cricket immediately... not eve 10 minutes fromplacing the order to see what could be done... the rep was ok...put me on hold after getting my info...and came back and said she couldnt change the phone but the order could be canceled and a new one placec for the correct phones. She told me my card would be credited the money rt back and i should be able to make the purchas with no problem...DONT WORRY< NRS WILLIAMA,..it takin care of ..is what I was told... so i placed my other order,,now im being told that i can get credit for the other phones fro about 30 day...christmas is in 2 days...now if the lady would have said..sorry we cant cancel or exchange the order..u jus have to wait to receive it and refuse it...then i wouldnt have waisted money placin another order...money i dont have...money coming from my kids Xmas. All that was needed was a simple phoone call on htere part, in order to put this money back in my account...but NOOOOOO... they can take you money just fine,,,but helping in getting some back is an issue...and the phone i wanted cost more than the wrong one..so they're still getting more money...im hurt that this close to Xmas...people have no heart or understanding of the needs of others...this wasnt for me..but my babies..now I have to try an explain why Xmas may not be full of smiles... thanks Cricket. You relally now how to brighten a kids face for Xmas........NOT!

On 19Dec10 I purchased a rechargeable Cricket wireless & mobile Broadband monthly bill payment card at 7-11 and loaded the monthly mobile broadband fee of $40.00 onto the card. I went outside to the coin phone to pay my broadband bill, dialed 800.698.0358 but kept getting a busy signal so thought that all lines were busy. Went home and never gave it a thought. Was out again so tried again from the same phone it would not go thru, so called 800.cricket. Explained to the call taker what had happened. She told me that the cards cannot be used for broadband. I explained to her that the face of the card says that it can be used for wireless & mobile broadband and I needed help getting the funds applied. She again told me it could not be done, so I asked for a stupidvisor, after a great delay he came on, I again explained to him what was going on, he also told me I could not apply to broadband and told me to go back to 7-11 to get a refund or sell the card to someonelse. WHAT a waste of space these two were. I went into the 7-11 and talked to the guy that sold me the card a couple of days before. He called the number on the card and after three tries he got thru and credited the amount...I think...Apparently you cannot use a coin phone to call the above number yet no where on the card does it say that. This is my lasy month with cricket broadband, I am going to T-mobile or Virgin.

WORST customer service EVER. You call the customer service number they give you, then you are transferred around, put on hold, and finally hung up on--every time! Plus, the local store NEVER answers their phone, so no use calling their offices in the U.S. Don't sign up for Cricket if you ever want to talk to a live person after the initial sale!

I signed up for service w/Cricket 3 DAYS AGO and was told it would take 30 minutes to 4 hours to port my number over. When that didn't happen in 4 hrs I called to find out the status and was told that since my number was originally a cricket number (i went from Cricket to verizon and now back to cricket) they have to lock it for 24 hrs so that there will be no cross calls (whatever that means). So yesterday at 3 pm the transfer should have been complete but of course it wasn't so I waited 4 more hrs to call them. I call at 7 pm and of course each time i call I have to go thru my whole story and hear their line of bull crap. Well the rep said she could not explain why the port had not taken place but it's on the "list" and will definitely happen tonight....well it's the following morning and yea you guessed it...my number still has not been ported over. I called to speak with a manager and conveniently he was in a meeting. I didn't experience any problems the first time i was with cricket but that was 4 yrs ago and obviously things have changed for the worst! Had I known I was going to have this issue porting my number I NEVER would have gone with them. I've had my number for 4 yrs and I would hate to start over with a new one and have to update everyone...doctors, school teachers...etc. Their customer service is completely incompetent! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and FCC and anyone else I can file a complaint with! After reading sooo many other complaints I'm afraid of what is to come if I stay with them.

I made the move from Pocket to Cricket for the area coverage but ended up losing on the quality of phone and service in the area I was saddened to hear Pocket and Cricket Merged

Cricket service is the poorest I have delt with. I signed up for service and paid for a year. After 4 weeks of not being able to use the phone because they could not import my number I asked for a refund. I was told to go to a Corporate Store for help. Two stores later I was told no refund but after they researched the request I would receive a refund less the month of use. I explained that I had not used the phone and I wanted my full refund. Said I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. This was done on November 12, still nothing and know way to contact Cricket. Oh yes went to T-Mobil and everything was done in 24 hours. Also got a Cricket wireless for my computer with a $70 rebate slip. Guest what? We appreciate your purchase, but your submission for the Cricket Rebate was delined for reason: outside valid dates. The offer is still being advertised. What a joke. Stay away from Cricket.

I have no clue if Cricket will let my old phone number be transferred to my new Cricket phone. As a matter of fact has anyone ever tried to get their number transferred to a new phone but stayed at Cricket or did you have to start a completely new account??

I USED TO OWN AND USE A CRICKET PHONE, UNTIL RECENTLY I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO GET SOME OF THE FOREGINERS TO TRY AND UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING, BECAUSE FOR THEM TO EMPLOY THOUSANDS, UNFORTUNATELY FOR YOU IMMAGRANTS, THEY HIRE YOU AT A SECOND RATE INCOME AND HAVE YOU BUST YOUR REAR TO MAKE THEM MILLIONS. WELL, CUSTOMRES SHOULD GET WHAT CRICKET PROMISES AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN CREED. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND FINED. ITS STUPID THESE DAYS TO BE USED LIKE THAT TO CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES ALIKE. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM ASAP.

Hello, I am currently a Cricket customer. And my phone was damaged, i have insurance on the phone and i had some questions about it. 1: When and if i get my new phone will all of my contacts and information be on the new phone? 2: it says something about paying 50 dollars and i wanted to know for the new phone if it covered 50 dollars or is that all you have to pay for the new phone?.
