The service at the store in Portland, Oregon on 82nd Avenue sucks. All the reps there should be fired and the store needs to be overhauled. I have never been treated so poorly by what u call customer service reps. All they cared about last night was closing the store and getting out the door. First off, why do u close your store at 7:00pm? Why don't you stay open to service customers who have jobs and work, and can't get there until after 7:00pm? They even tried to lock the doors at 6:45. Shame on you. They never once asked me zip code to see if I had service available in my area. She literally did not care about anything but selling a phone. It was the poorest customer service I have ever received. I even asked if there was a store closer to my home and nobody had a clue. Your customers service reps need to be retrained and taught manners. They need lessons in accuracy, politeness, patience, manners and a lot more. Please take a look at your store it really needs an over haul and you need to make your hours longer.

I'm like Michelle. I bought a phone 2 weeks ago for my daughter (add a line to my account). Cannot activate it. My account is locked. They've told me I cannot cancel my account either - because it's locked they cannot get into it. YET they can CHARGE me as evidenced by the fact SOME part of my account works as they took money out of my checking account DURING all this "locked" nonsense. I also have never heard of a company like this. 400 people a day???? So I have a phone, I've paid for service, and I cannot activate nor use the service. Every time I call I get a new answer to the issue - first it was only my account, then it was only web orders, now they are saying 400 a day. Where are the shareholders????? This sounds like a class action lawsuit - I've filed with the BBB and am going to keep filing with any agency/body I can until they fix this problem. In the meantime I'm going to another carrier. It is VERY obvious Cricket does not want any new customers! OR any existing ones since I've had a Cricket phone for months. If I have to sue them in small claims court to get back my money I will.

I paid my bill of $86.93 just two weeks ago and now all of the sudden i am being charged $20.93 for some reason which i do not know. I called the 1-800 number and they fixed it for me so yesterday my phone was turned back on and this morning, but come 8:00 a.m. my phone wont send/ recieve texts, i cannot go online or make/recieve calls. This is getting ridicilious i am paying to have a phone and yet its shut off thanks to your billing error.

I paid for the crosswave wireless internet modem and purchased 2 prepaid $50.00 cricket minutes for the internt. When I tried to use the cards to activate the internet I got several different reasons why it wouldn't work. They told me that the crosswave software does not support the prepaid cards. I already scratched one and that is non-refundable. I have had so many problems with cricket in general that I finally made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I have put out over 300.00 for only three weeks of internet service. I am not going to take this lying down. I am calling the headquarters and fcc, along with BBB. Everyone needs to do this so something can be done.

I have had services with cricket off and on since they first arrived in colorado back in 2000. The only reason I left them was because I did want to try the bigger companies and was disatisfied with them and came back to cricket. For the last 2 years I have been somewhat satisfied until my husband ordered me a new phone from cricket online as a mother's day present. I am never late with my bill I have 2 cell phones and 2 modems with cricket. I get the phone in the mail all excited to try out the new smart phones through cricket and I cannot activate my phone because my account has been frozen since March 27th almost 3 months my account has been frozen for no reason that anyone has been willing to give me at all. Yet now I have a $200.00 phone sitting here and I cannot acivate it. What is worse is I recieved the phone on Monday and was told that it would take 4 days to fix this issue and now it is friday and I called this am and still not fixed and was told that it would be another 4 business days from today. I will recieve time without service credit when they get it fixed well how long is that going to be?? All I wanted was an upgraded phone and to actually pay this company more money a month sad that they won't even take that. Whats worse is I am currently being told that this is happening to over 400 people per day. How can you be a service provider and not provide service to anyone..

Wow, don't let me get started. I have a Samsung Messenger Touch. I'm lucky if I can get proper reception anywhere in my city to use the dang phone. Most of the apps and features don't work on my phone, the internet service always moves from 3G to 1X and its very slow!!!!! The sales representative that I chatted with told me I would have the facebook and youtube app on my phone. When I got it in the mail, the facebook app was there, but the youtube wasn't, neither was it downloadable. They ALSO deleted some very important voicemails that I needed for a court case. Then she told me to take the battery out, restart my phone and the voice messages would be there. What a crock of @%*! You talk about somebody frustrated. This will be the last month of service. P.S. I still haven't gotten my rebate and its been 3 months!!!!

When I first bought the Huawei Android I loved it. Great signal - better than any other provider and the only one to actually get a good signal in Matamoros. No problems with disconnects or otherwise. A few days ago my signal somehow got switched to Verizon and my phone went to Roaming and I couldn't make any calls. After spending hours on the phone and in person trying every type of reset possible, I was told to go to a corporate store to see what they could do. You won't believe what they did. The tech couldn't figure it out so he takes my phone back behind closed doors where I thought he was going to ask for more help. He came back out with a coworker who proceeded to work on other things. He asked the coworker in front of me if he knew what it might be. The coworker responded "check it for water". I looked at the guy in disbelief thinking why in the world would you think water damage would change my signal over to Verizon. So the tech checked the battery and sure enough the little dot on the battery that is supposed to be white was now pink. The tech agreed it probably didnt' have anything to do with the porblem but their policy is that if that dot is pink they can't take the phone back for anything regardless of cause. After saying a few words about how I now understand everyone's frustration with Cricket service, I left back to the local store. There they told me that when they checked the battery the dot was white. They confirmed my suspicion that the tech and his coworker deliberately got the dot wet when they were in the back offices. I still can't believe they did this and that Cricket's policy would be so illogical and quite honestly criminal. I will be pursuing action against the store.

I use Cricket broadband service. I pay $40.00 a month for internet service, I had to pay extra for the modem which I purchased at an Authorized dealer, and for the most part, I am unable to stay connected to the internet. Every time I connect, I get disconnected, and I do mean every time. I have called 1-800-cricket and receive no help. I just called the corporate office in San Diego, the first agent, Shawn, gave me a bogus number to call. I called back and was transferred to a messaging system, you know the kind, the ones that never get heard. So, I called back and was transferred again and again and again. The receptionist kept transferring me around to no one. Then she came back on line and asked me from what location am I calling, so like a fool, I told her, only to be transferred to an incomprehensible messaging system. For anyone who wants to purchase Cricket services, my best advice is DO NOT. Do not waste your precious time and very hard earned money on Cricket. The one star poor rating that I am offered to give them is way too good for them. Please do not waste your time and money. I know that having no contracts for service is something that we all do prefer however, maybe those contracts that other companies wants us to sign up for offers us better product and customer service. Of course we have to pay for that and for someone like me who does not like being under a contractual agreement, I am ready for one. Especially if my product and service issues WILL be resolved. On 4/1 I cancelled my service because three times I cancelled the automatic payment and you kept taking my money!! Cricket then on 4/1 promised to refund money and I did not get it!! My bank refunded money and then because cricket wanted to again lie and steal from me the bank took back money and gave it to cricket for the month of may and I didn't even have service!! Cricket takes advantage of people because most people don't have credit for a larger company. Well thus was my daughters phone and we are all with sprint. I will not back down until I get my refund. BBB will get contacted and everyone I'n between! Shame on you cricket for being thieves!!

my husband ordered two phones off of mycricket.com and we only recieved one phone and it charged me $229.95. and cricket says they can not find the phone,how is this seriously possible. the phone we recieved was only $59.99 and it charged me $79.99. i want my money back or i want the phone that i purchased and never recieved. and the assistant manager had a nasty attitude and she pretty much told me tough shit and fuck off. if cricket doesnt fix their problems soon they will be SERVED with a LAWSUIT!

I purchased a Cricket phone for my son 1 month ago and this has been the worst experience I had. They charge us for services that we don't have then when I call customer service the arabs were very rude to me and the supervisor was also no help. I wanted to make an upgrade to the phone and then they told me I had to pay for the change upfront which I find this hard to beleive. I also was not able to view the bill online so they told me to go in the store in the world is going to ride to the store just to look at a bill. This has been a nightmare from the start so I'm going to take this to there corporate office and if there is no result then I will report to BBB as well as contact my local news station.

I have been a Cricket customer for 2 years. I feel that as long as you pay your bill and avoid speaking with anyone, you'll be okay6. However, my cell phone stopped working. So I had to purchase a new one. When it arrived via fed ex, I tried to activate. I am unable to activate it according to the store rep. because Cricket is behind in processing changes to accounts and that it would take up to a week. I now have a new phone, current bill and no way to use it. There is no one to complain to (but I will be conacting the fcc) and there is nothing I can do about it. I hate Cricket Communications. I'm confident that they won't be in business long at this rate. PLEASE DO NO CONSIDER GETTING A PHONE AT THIS COMPANY. IT WILL COST YOU DEARLYU IN THE LONG RUN. YES, THAT'S IT, RUN! RUN FROM CRICKET!

I purchased a cricket phone last March, 2011. I was cheated out of the rebate. I have been overcharged by cricket for over 3 years, to the "tune" of roughly $18.00 a month. My voice mail will not accept messages. I've contacted service, via: 611, and as yet, they have not fixed the problem.....plus, I think they (611) are all over seas. I am dropping my cricket service a/o 15 May 2011 and getting a REPUTABLE CARRIER!!!

On March 31, 2011 I went in to your Cricket Store and upgraded my messenger touch to the new LG Optimus Android and let me tell you, I have never had any problems with my messenger touch than I do with my Android, I can't text or receive text messages, my phone shuts on and off and frezzes on me in 1 day at least 5-10 times a day. I have went to Cricket Corporate here on Blackstone/Sierra and they won't give me a replacement phone and so far its been my third time already and they restart it, but yet still same problems, they won't replace it unless they see it messing up, the second time I went I was told its defective and now I have this phone which I HATE NOW!!! Your customer service is stupid, you have all these workers and yet they don't do nothing but play around, their is only 1 person assisting everyone while others are walking around or just in the back room. Still my phone problems are not fixed.

I contact cricket wireless 611 spoke with a lady about my wireless. I some how had usuge for 271.58 GB. Told her well thats kinda funny cause I wasn't at home and I live alone. So whats going on. She said don't worry about it cause there is no charge. I told her I am worried about it cause someone is using my usuage. Funny how I paid a flat fee now all of a sudden we have three different speeds. Her reply was mama its okay there has been no changes to your account and no charges. I told her do you understand that hello usuage like that will slowed down my speed. Meanwhile there is a baby cry in the back ground. She said mama there been no changes to your account is there anything else I can help you with today. I said no guess you need to attend to your baby. The lady couldn't speak good english obvisouly in another country. We have people here in AMERICA that need work. How could cricket be giving work to other countries when people like me need work.
