I received a phone call from a representative from Citifinancial in Jackson Ms who needs not only be fired, but the company as a whole should be looked at as well. I not only was disrespected, humiliated, and harassed, but I also was yelled at like I was a child. The representative informed me that I was late on my payment and obviously had no intention of paying it. When I informed her that I was paying it and was current, and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor, she hung the phone up in my face. Not only once, but twice. When I finally got her to answer the phone she told me"Ms Arnold please do not call my phone anymore." When I called back I got another representative who stated they did not know who called me. When i asked again to speak to a supervisor, they put me on hold and NEVER did come back to the phone. Citifinancial, as a company you need to really screen your employees better. Because of them, you are losing plenty of business.

hi i had a policy for disability on my loan, it expired May 2010. No one informed me of this so now i have no insurance on disability to pay it off. i am so hurt that the Manager at the office could not call me. I am totally disabled what and ASS. Beware do not waste your money with Citifinancial disability insurance---I took out a loan over 10 years ago----never missed a payment---if fact up till July 2010 I worked 2 full times job at the age of 61--quite one job the latter part of July 201---and kept working one full time job until a Superior Judge shut the business down Sept 8, 2010---October 7, 2010 I became very ill the VA diagnosed me AGENT ORANGE----I immediately needed in-home-help assistance---using a walker--- the doctor wrote a letter and stated I am unemployable and can never return to work---I never missed a payment and I was NOT aware I even had disability insurance until June 2011----Now the company is stating because I was not working when I became sick they will not PAY---and refuses to give me a copy of the disability Citifinancial has taken out monthly for years---which I was unaware of even signing----This company needs to be put out of business---Beware of signing for disability they will rip you off with payments but when it comes to the insurance paying you---THEY WON"T

I got a 5,000 loan from Citifinancial in Rosenberg, Texas, 2726 Mercantilre Drive. The interest was a killer. In a year, only 600 had gone toward the principle balance. The payments were 175 per month and 100 a month was going towards interest! I received a zero interest credit card and wanted to transfer the balance. They did everything possible to prevent me from doing it for obvious reasons. First, they tried to talk me out of it and then they wanted to claim they may not be allowed to transfer the balance. I asked to them to show me that policy in writing and they couldn't. Reluctantly, they did it.

Yes, I too am utterly disgusted by my treatment from the office of the account manager named Jeff Mullins and his staff at the Fort Lauderdale office. My father is ill and I only tried to resolve all matters concerning his loan. I was treated like dirt or worse. Mr. Mullins was very aggressive and rude he even hung up on me because he said i was speaking over him, mindful that I wasnt using profanity or yelling at this man and he still felt the need to hang up on me. He also said he didnt care if I didnt like it, he has a job to do. Ive worked Corporate America and even the irate desk at Call centers and there has never been a time that it is acceptable to hang up on your customers, especially ones that are trying pay off a debt. I dont think corporate would appreciate them hanging up on a customer thats trying to pay them money. The branch in the NW suburbs of Illinois are aweful. I have had some financial difficulties and issues and they are the most uncooperative people that I have ever dealt with. Never ask them to re-finance your personal loan, the payments will be higher putting you deeper into your financial difficulties. I will never do business with them again.

I just found out that City Financial in Tulsa on Sheridan Avenue has put a freeze on my bank account. When I called to talk to them about this a Tracy Leonard was rude and said that they would take all of my money in my account to bring my account up to date. I have been dealing illness for the past year and have been struggling financially. Tracy Leonard has made me feel as if I am a low life individual that should not even be allowed to breath. When I've asked to refinance the loan she refused. When I volunteered my bank information to have my payment split to help me out, she refused. When she asked me to return her calls, I refused because of how she treated me in the past and today just reinforced why I did not wish to talk to her. When I questioned the amount that they would be taking from my account, she laughed and said everything you have in there. when I explained that she could cost me my job, my vehicle, my house, she laughed and said its not her problem. With her refusal to help me, it is her problem.

Citifinancial is the worst ever I hate them They are Hard hiting my credit report without my permission, every month for the last 6 months. They need to have my permisson to do this and they don't This is effecting my credit score. Also this will stay on my report for the next 2 years.
