Run from the King St Alexandria VA Chipotle as fast as possible. Slow service, ineffective set-up, employees who cannot effectively communicate, online ordering that is like throwing your order down a deep dark well. This location is an embarassment, and I have zero intention of going there again. I'd rather bang my head against a wall than try to obtain food from this low-rent zoo.

My boyfriend and I frequent the Chipotle store in Glendora, California and wanted to take a moment to extend our gratification to an ambitious, efficient and friendly crew. For the most part, our typical visit to Chipotle is on Sunday afternoons after we have been to the 24 Hour Fitness in the same center and have never had a bad experience. In particular, I would like to point out that "Sarah" who is most always working the register on Sundays is one of your best assets in that store. She is cheerful, highly efficient and observant, and always makes it a point to say "hello" and "how have you guys been". On more than one occasion she has sought out current deals to offer at checkout making us feel like our regular business is appreciated. Sara makes people feel like they are noticed, remembered and important and she is one of the reasons we return to Chipotle as loyal customers on a weekly basis. She is an exceptional young woman and deserves to be recognized as such. Each and every Chipotle store would not only profit from, but would be very lucky to have a "Sara" as an employee.

chipotle fired me on my first day of training, said i didnt fit the culture,

I worked at the Chipotle in the Ontario Mills Mall. I was transferred there from a restauranteur store. Unfortunately the transfer was completely horrible. Not only did they not give me a choice Jose my general manager became completely big headed. He thought he was better then everyone when in all actuality sucked at his job. Him and several other MARRIED men used to play the game "pass or smash" and when they saw a girl that was "HOT" they called then "CANDY" and when they were ugly "PICKLES" how completely degrading and rude to women. Their all either involved engaged or married yet still talk like this. I find it completely embarrassing when their running to the window from the prep area to check out "CANDY". They did end up firing me with NO EXPLANATION or PAPERS. HELLLOOO?!?!?!? theres something not right here. I was expecting so much more from this very poor company. Several other former employees were fired without explanation as well. I didnt even have notice or sign of loosing my job. They were mad because i requested July 30th of in May and didnt recieve it. MY SONS FIRST BIRTHDAY! Sorry im not able to come in no reason to get upset but they did. Horrible experience and if they didnt fire me I was going to quit. You really need to do better examination of the people you call "managers" because over 75% are HORRIBLE!

Chipotle, Brookfield-WI Food is great, but service is very poor. The lunch shift staff is very unprofessional. Chipotle needs to send them to customer service training, for mannerism on how to talk and treat customers. Although this is the only Chipotle location around this area, I would not go back until the staff is improved or changed. It's time to give Qdoba a try! Thanks, Very unhappy customer. Joz.

My experience at Chipotle's for the first time was very disturbing. 8-16-2012 (appx 4:00pm(CDT) 398 E.FM RD 1382 Cedar Hill, Texas 75104 Tables were dirty; floor was sticky (had to clean by shoes when I returned home); sweet tea container was empty; no forks. When I ask to speak to the manager, the manager who came out said she just came on duty and she is not sure who was on was duty..I then ask her to find out and let them know I wanted to speak to acting manager in charge...No one ever approached me.. Its disappointing and deserve a better experience.

Frequent Chipoltle Restaurants in Montgomery County Maryland All the time... love them. Visited the restaurant in Frederick Maryland near the new Wegman's grocery store. Purchased 2 bowls... No sour cream on one even though I asked. No chicken on one even though I asked. Beef on one which was supposed to be beef and chicken, the beef was so tough I could not chew and they did not add the chicken as requested. They rush so that they don't know what the heck they are doing. I was very disappointed and as I write this, I am looking at a nearly full bowl of slop !

I have been an employee for Chipotle for about a month now, and though I like my management and coworkers as a team, I feel that due to lack of communication in management, and my managers unwillingness to train me the way Chipotle prefers their employees to be trained, that it is going to be very difficult to become the restauranteur I hope to be. I have been almost fired because of a lack of communication between two managers, and not only have I had to take on training myself in my position at Chipotle, but many of my other co workers have also expressed the same treatment. We only receive acknowledgement in our performance through the repremanding words we get when something we have not been properly trained to do is done incorrectly. From what I understand, Chipotle prides itself in its "On the job training", and the ability to find restauranteurs from within. How can this be true, when those same potential restauranteurs are not given the proper training to become successful the Chipotle way? I personally would like to uphold to the standards that Chipotle sees best in order to be the best asset I can be for not only my restaurant, but to cater to my customers to the best of my ability. I have been known by reputation to be one of the best in customer serrvice in my area for three years now through previous employment, and so I am making it a personal goal to learn everything I can to uphold my reputation as well as Chipotle's. All I ask is to be given the opportunity I deserve to be properly trained so that someday I can be the restauranteur that sets the example for future co workers and management.

Just left the Folsom Chipotle location and am extremely disappointed!!!! Chipolte is one of my favorite places eat but I'm contemplating ever returning after being insulted by an employee. I ordered a quesarito and was told I would be charged for a chicken quesadilla and a chicken burrito. (15.00 total for a burrito w/ melted cheese) Then he proceeded to tell me I was in for a lot of calories because there were 2 tortillas at 300 calories each. I really should have walked out at that point!!! Very disappointed Chipolte:(

I have worked at the location in La Jolla Calif for six months now. What I have observed and Videoed on my cell should be enough to terminate the store mgr "Mat" He is a married man and continues to say and do sexual innuendos even with me. I have talked to the other girls who work here and they have told me-not to say anything otherwise my hr's will be reduced. The blond who works here with all the tat's all over her arms seems to be his favorite.( I have been told by one of the older staff here he has had sex with a few of the older employess here) From reading all the comments here there is a serious problem with the mgr's who work in theses places. From what I understand this sexual harassment is very common especially with the illegals that work in more isolated locations. A soon as I can find a replacement employment they can stick this place up there back sides. I'll continue to Video what I see and may be can sell to one of the major news sources.

Five stars seems too low, should be rated no less than 10 or 11 stars! My husband and I tried Chipotle for the first time at the Arundel Mills location last December of 2011. We have adventured to several Chipotle locations up and down the East coast while traveling, and none compare to the Arundel Mills location- It is by far the best! It used to be ran by Manny Lopez, who was the best general manager, really cared about his customers, store and employees and it really showed! Now it is run by Cindy Carabantes and she is great too! All of the employees work very hard and make it a pleasant experience each time we go there. They all deserve raises, and other Chipotle restaurant branches could learn a lot from them. There is a young employee named Stacy who has been there for a little while, and she stands out in a positive way. She goes above and beyond what is required of her, does her job very well with a great attitude and is exceptional. We are always very satisfied when we go there, and that's the way every customer that goes to Chipotle should feel. Sincerely, Diana & Mike

The Chipotle located in Hanover, Maryland IS AMAZING!!!!!! Anyone near there or traveling, check it out- I PROMISE that you won't be disappointed!!

Clevland, Ohio area loves your burritos. I go to Harvard Park store on Richmond all the time. Very nice.Only negative people seem to be reviewing, because the good experiences have no complaints.

on 08/07/2012 at approximately 8:24 pm i was at the Chipotle at 6316 Tussing Rd Reynoldsburg oh 43068. the staff was very rude.. i asked for steak and the young lady went for chicken i told her i wanted steak and her reply was "you just said chicken, make up your mind" so I spoke with the manager named James told him what happend and he looked at me like I was dumb. Where do you find these ppl????if you that unhappy Quit! I will never eat there again and i will make sure everyone i know knows the way they treat ppl. from now on I will stick to the competitors restaurants who are friendly and not so unhappy.

I have had multiple bad experience's at the 6590 Sawmill Rd. location in Columbus, OH. My office is less than a mile away from this location and I used to eat there 3-4 times a week along with half of my office staff. My office staff stopped going there all together because of the manager. When he is on the food line, he gives you a teaspoon of rice and a tiny helping of meat. As a manager myself, I understand cost management but this guy is rediculous! It is sad that when you are in line all the patron's have to ask for more rice, meat, etc. because he won't put anything on your burrito or bowl. When this manager isn't working my staff or I never have a problem but when he is there you're lucky to get a decent sized burrito. I decided to try it again thinkin things may have got better, but it was worse! He litterally seved me a teaspoon of rice and 4 peices of chicken on my burrito. Reluctantly, I paid my $6.25 for the sorry food (chicken was burnt)and left. I will no longer be eating Chipoltle 4-5 times a week bacause of this lousey manager cutting costs. If I would do this in my profession, I would no longer have a job. Thanks, Ryan

Your restaurant in Los Alamitos California fills the bowls up halfway, only putting in small scoops of food versus your other restaurants pile it on. The amount that we get is not worth the 7 bucks that we spend on it.

The chipotle in cincinnati OHIO...(BRIDGETOWN!!), they are something else ! Nice food, but one day i believe it was a manager MEAN talking more like SCREAMING, at a young man... TWO weeks later went back, witnessed the same king of UNPROFESSIONAL RUDENESS behavior ! AND YES FROM a MANAGER !! Whats up with that ? Couldnt of been me wish they would of had on name tags so i could have called and complained................

Not maybe my fave kind of food but the sustainability efforts of the corporation get a 7-star rating from me.

I just visited a new loacation on Delhi Pike in Cincinnati OH. The service was good. Friendly service and clean store but the food could have been better. I had a steak bowl. It was the smallest portain I have ever received before. Very little lettuce and rice. I could even get past that, but the steak was very, very, fatty. At least 5 pieces of steak contained mostly fat. I probably won't go back to this location. Sorry! I will give you one more chance, but not in Delhi. Hope that's better. Thanks,

Canoga Park Chipotle just opened in the Topanga Mall. The second week, they were making about 15 burritors for ONE customer, and 15 people in line waiting. The manager was called by me to tell him to make the order in back of him, where there was a counter. OH NO!! People were crazy in line and leaving, including me. Terrible!!!
