Recently applied at the bojangles in greenwood sc. called to check on application manager said she'd call me right back, did not. had to call the next day she said she couldnt offer me a job because i failed the application. Which i know i did not because i am very good at math. i beleive the reason she said that was because i am white and everyone who works there is black. will be filing complaint.

Actually the food is good. My problem is not the food. I sent 3 emails inquiring about why the Bojangles in Myrtle Beach closed and where could I find another Bojangles. I never received an answer. Your website says something like " contact us, we would like to hear from you." Well, I would like to hear from you. I will not be visiting a Bojangles until I do.

I've enjoyed the food at this restaurant for over 25 years. Sadly, because of the behavior of management, I have decided to stop going. At the location on South Elm Eugene Street in Greensboro, N.C., the General Manager has been allowed to blatantly and openly disrespect employees, with both physical and verbal harrassment. The young lady I know who this happened to has been encouraged to escalate this up the chain of command. She was recently told that, however, the next level up management had already been engaged and has yet to act. Furthermore, I have submitted two, strongly worded complaints on the Bojangles website. I have not received a phone call or an email. I plan to draft a letter to corporate; I don't expect a response, but I will make sure that none of my investment holdings touch any stock in this company or their subsidiaries. In today's environment, customer service is king and employee treatment should be prince; Bojangles, according to all of the previous complaints (I read each and every one of them!), doesn't seem to care. Thank you.

I entered bojangles today at 300 west blvd around lunch time, and the whole team seemed so busy but still a few of the women took time to speak! As one of the women took my order i coundnt help to see 3 young men work together in the back, feels really good to know that bogangles is investung in our young male. I reseved my food HOT and FRESH! Said thank you to the line workers and walked out the door! NEVER has a fast food place been so respectful! Some come to just do thier job. But at this location everyone seemed to love theirs.. THANK YOU AND I WILL BE BACK TO THAT STORE LOCATION!

I think your restaurants should sell chicken and waffles for breakfast

Last Thursday I got a large Diet Mountain Dew at 6:50 AM. I sipped on this until lunch time and took the top off to fill with water and there was a penny wrapper in the botton of the cup. I noticed that cups are placed upside down, so how could this happen.

I just about eat me some bojangles every day! I love them Bojangles Chicken! Yummy Yummy! IT makes me smile when i get me my food there every day! MM Mm Mm it be good! I thanks you much Mr. Bojangle for makins this wonderful establishmnehts!

I go to the ones in walker town nc and the east Winston one. I like them the most but the east winston one could really stop cooking their bacon to dark unless it's asked for that way and they need to stop serving their Bo series so hard and put more icing on it.

I recently visited the Bojangles in fayetteville,NC located at 4554 Raeford Rd. in Feb. 2011. After receiving my order. I notice the manager in the back. This woman is a thief!!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! She may over charge you or try to keep from giving you your correct change. I have seen her in action and she is good at stealing money!! This is what she do and she is good at it!!! After all she has done I couldn't believe she was managing bojangles. I immediately got up and through my order in the trash. I will never eat there again as long as she is there. I bet she has taken alot of money from the cashiers drawers and then accused them of a shortage.

The Bojangles at 3927 Victory Blvd in Portsmouth, VA has really good food. However, they do open on time. Unfortunately, I have just enough time to be at the restaurant at 5:30am to get breakfast and make it to work on time. This is an on-going problem and has been addressed with several different managers. If you are going to open late, please place that on the door so customers will be aware.

I have ten (10) friends who meet 6-7 days every week for breakfast at Bojangles in Bennettsville,S.C. This has been going on for over a year now.We are all retired and just enjoy sitting and laughing and talking together every morning.I should mention that we are all black. There is also a white group that meets every morning. They say and do whatever they want and nobody bothers them. There is a white couple that doesn't seem to appreciate the good time we have.These two(2) people complained to management. As a result, we were told to be quiet. We feel that we were discriminated against because we are black.We have decided to go where we can enjoy our food and association.Our group spends a lot more money than those two(2) complainers. Our problem is we're just not white. There should be a law against DESCRIMINATION,or is it?

I think all QSR needs to put more time in training all staff members as well as making all corporate staff work in the restaurants I train over six restaurant companies and they sales are very sound, the is a must or you will be closing the doors soon TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN

I use to work at the bojangles in waynesville NC I have a quick question of concern what gives a regional manager the right to fire someone for a small matter and for him to keep his drug pushing criminal of a son his job even after going to JAIL scott sandridge is his name I thjink they sould be an investigation put on him he don't deserve to hold the job as he doe's they fired my girlfriend and she didnt do anything wrong but its ok for scott and the so called owner to come in and dig out some food without paying for it they did her wrong i am very mad and demand that something be done about this so called manager he held his sons job for him and his son is still getting in trouble with the law investigate SCOTT SANDRIDGE

I was reporting an unpleasant experience and stumbled onto this site. I see that the majority of bojangles are really going down hill. I'd like to know if they hire only the people who are unfriendly and have attitudes or if the employees end up that way from working there. I went into the bojangles in hampton va in commodore shepperd blvd on 3-1-11 around 8pm and the steam table was empty and cleaned and the food was put into "to go" containers. I asked the girl (whom I believe is a manager of some sort her shirt was black and different from the others) I asked her if she was closing and she said no but I felt she was irritated that I was there. After I ordered my food, she just plopped it out of the containers and onto a plate. I started to eat but soon felt uncomfortable as if the crew all wanted me to get out so they can finish cleaning up. As a worker I understand how it feels to want to get everything cleaned up so you can go home, but you work in a BUSINESS! Your job is SERVING CUSTOMERS! If these people do not like to work there its a shame because there are tons of people out there that would LOVE to have that job. And there are customers out there that feel bad for wanting a service. That is just sad. I do hope that something will be done about this. I don't like to see people get into trouble but I also do not like to be treated badly by employees of a business. Especially when I am PAYING for the service. I do not treat the employees as if they are my maids or anything. I expect to be treated with the same respect that I show them. I have told my friends and family about this and we all agree that we will not go back there again.

I am an employee at Bojangles in Spencer N.C. I really like working there because the employees and managers work well together. I have the nicest Unit Director I have ever met. She works very hard, and she cares about her employees and her customers. Good job Bojangles in spencer N.C.

i went to the drive thrue at the peters creek location in winston salem this morning. when i got to the second window to retrieve my food, the girls there were looking into the car and laughing. then when i asked to add a coffee. they told me "i really cant do that". now that im home, i find that my biscuits are ice cold. i have to put them in the microwave and i only live 3 blocks away. i have now made the decision to never go back to that place
