When will you open a Z Gallerie in El Paso? I have a suggestion....the fountain shops in El Paso! Please I've always been a customer when I was living in Chicago. Now my move to El Paso and no ZGallerie :(

I ordered a sofa from Zgallerie for $1500 and then next day I cancelled it. They said I had three days to do so without penalty so there was no problem. However, two weeks later I got a call saying my sofa was ready to deliver. What?! And now it has been a month since the day I purchased the sofa and the $1500 has still not been credited back to my credit card. So I guess there was a penalty after all for canceling my order...a big credit card fee for the interest on $1500! I'm incredibly disappointed and I will never buy another thing from this store!
They suck
Do not expect to receive your items on time or in a reasonable time frame from Z Gallerie. Customer service will not help with shipping problems. Z Gallerie management feels the the customer "will do it our way, now get in line" they really appear to hate their customers.
z gallerie is aweful
I bought a couch and chair from Z Gallerie in Berkeley. They promise a 6-8 week delivery time. It's been 12 weeks and my furniture is nowhere in sight. They can't even tell me why it's taking so long. They suck. Never waste your money with these crooks.
Pillows have inferior stuffing!
Why did you change the inserts for your fabulous pillows???? I had bought many wonderful pillows from your company but now that you've changed to an inferior product I will not purchase anymore! Sad, pillows are beautiful...stuffers are flat! Bad idea!
horrible customersrvice
My husband and I have made a combined effort of 6 attempts to get our $250 in rewards points from our purchase of $5000 back in jan 2013. Every time we call we continue to get the run around and get a different excuse as to why we haven't received our $250. We will NEVER do business with Z Gallerie again!
Poor customer service
Wish i would have did my research before buying 8 chairs. Was told by the store that i would have them in 2 weeks, no problem. Now in the 5th week and the delivery company has had them since last week, but told me that they are too busy to deliver them. Still have not been contacted for delivery this week. You really should look into contractors you hire that deal with your customers. For Orange county they are very rude. My main concern now is not when i get them, but the quality after reading many other reviews. I guess you live and learn, never again Z Gallerie.
furniture order - terrible service
I purchased a sectional at the Berkeley store. The sales associates, John was originally friendly and helpful. Then everything went wrong! The wrong couch was delivered - the chaise was on the wrong side. When I called the store, the once friendly and helpful John, was rude and dismissive. Long story short: I had to fight with the store and the customer service agents to have a new couch ordered and delivered. Then to top it off, I get a call a week before my couch is scheduled to be delivered to be told that there's a manufacturing delay and I won't receive my couch for another month and a half! This was a 6 month level. I finally canceled my order - a huge disappointment to me and my family. I can't believe how terrible Z Gallerie operates behind the scenes. I wish I had read the reviews first.
Horrible Customer Service
We have spent a lot of money at this store. Among other purchases, we bought a couch and ottoman. It was delivered last week. We are unhappy with the color and the quality of the material. I have called customer service no less than five times. Twice I have been told that a manager would call me back. The last time I called, I was told the director of customer service would call me back. Still nothing. We furnishing a whole house. No doubt we would have spent more money at this store, but barring a miraculous turnaround, that's not going to happen. There's no way this company can stay in business handling issues like this.
Frustrating!!!!
We are mid May... have been trying to resolve an issue since december 2012!!! I was promised a credit for a piece of furniture that was not conformed to my order that has not been posted as agreed by a Z gallerie representative. It has been a very negative, frustrating and upsetting experience...worst customer service I ever received!

I had a wonderful experience with Z Gallerie here is Tysons corner, VA. We just bough a beautiful bed and and a fantastic rug and the customer service was fantastic, and the manager was extremely and took his time with us, did not rush us and got our order complete with no problems. I love this store. I have shopped there before and will keep shopping there in the future. thanks

Horrible customer service! Hard to believe how nice they were at the store while we were buying an expensive bed. But when we tried to return it, they turned monsters. After holding on the phone for good 20 minutes, an agent came on the phone and she was very rude once I told her I needed to return a bed. She first quoted me a 15% restocking fee, then the fee mysteriously went up to 25%. Then before we could complete the transaction, the phone hangs up. I call back again and I'm on hold for yet another 20-30 minutes. Another customer service agent gets on the phone and she's equally as rude as the first one. WOW. Needless to say, this will be the last time I ever step foot into any Z Gallerie store.

Beware, Do not shop Here!!
My wife purchased a painting and wanted to exchange it with a different painting to match the decor of my office. The store manager Michael was very rude and would exchange it! He yelled at my wife, so she left the painting there and now we must take gallery to small claims court because even their customer service will not issue a credit and now they are claiming the painting was thrown away and discarded because we never came to pick it up? I wander how long Z Gallery will stay in business by the way they are treating their customers? Hopefully, you will not shop from them!!!
NEVER SHOP AT Z GALLERIE!!
I would not even give them one star, it has been the worse experience of my life. We ordered a bed in June and it was supposedly going to be delivered in August because we went with a custom fabric. I called in early August to confirm delivery date and status of the bed and found out that my order was cancelled. My husband and I never called to cancel anything, we were excited about our purchase and waited patiently for its arrival for it to never come. We also opened a credit account to take advantage of the discount that they offer and found out that our credit card was charged and we never received a bill. We had to pay late fees and overage charges. It was a terrible experience. Around the same time I had ordered wall art on line and there was a coupon to save 20 percent and free shipping. I checked my debit card and I was not discounted any amount and also charged oversized shipping fee, when it was clearly a small package. I had to call customer service twice and also had to literally calculate how much I should have been charged because both customer service reps. and supervisor could not figure out the amount that was owed to me. I can not believe that this type of service exists out there. They do not realize it is the customers that keep the companies in business. I am applaud at the whole entire company. They honestly do not deserve a one star!
It makes me sick to look at the items that I have purchased from this company after experiencing an issue with an order placed online. To make a long story short, there was a glitch in the computer system and I was double charged for my order. One charge was the promotional price and the second was the same order at full price. The order at full price was automatically refunded to me however, they keep telling me the other order has been cancelled when it has not. I have already called 5 times, been told numerous times that they will cancel it, then nothing happens. The way the Corporate office handles issues is awful. I have no idea how a company with such poor customer service can stay in business. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PURCHASE IN THE STORE IF YOU CAN!!! I have never had an issue with an in-store purchase.
Well am not surprised with all the complaints i have been reading about zgallerie my issue is far worse that i am taking legal action as they have been taking us for a ride, we are from England and have purchased goods(furniture, bed linen and water plants for approx $10.000 all was shipped except for the bed linen and water plants worth of $1600 we have been on the phone a million times costing us a huge amount of money and them promising us to ship it to us have they? NO and that was 6 years ago in the meantime unfortunate circumstances have arises but we are taking action again and for good this time, shame on them as if only their customer service and dedication to ensuring the best deal for us was good as their products they will be making so much money, they just plain Stupid no good business customer sense whatsoever!!!
I returned a duvet cover and have been waiting for almost one year for my refund check of $126.01. I will never shop at Z Gallerie again!!!!!
We were in your store in Dallas 4600 Mc Kinney Ave a month and a half ago.We were interested in the Brooklyn sectional sofa and chaise in white color.You representative Ashley suggested us that we wait a month and then they will sell us the sofa from the floor for 40% off. Actually proposal was made from store manager. We called them after a month but they told us we could not buy a sofa from the floor until September and perhaps not even then. We think that this really is not professional and We are very disappointed how your company does business. Is there any possibility that someone assist us in the realization of our purchase?
