Jennifer Hudson is the most annoying screechy woman I have ever heard. I have to go get the remote several times a day and mute the tv to keep my skin from crawling while I am put through the violation of having to hear that loud mouth off key girl try to sing. It's horrible and many more people that I have talked to hate to hear her too. I am sorry her Mom was killed that way and I do feel sorry for her, but not sorry enough to pretend that she sings good. Ugh. Please end this horrific commercial soon. Enough is enough.

I joined the online program today 5/16/2011 and was charged $53.85. NOT EVEN 3 1/2 HRS LATER I REALIZED THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO IT AND NOT ONLY THAT AFTER LOOKING AT THEIR SITE - I WAS DISAPPOINTED. SO I CALLED THEIR # AND SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER REP AND WAS TOLD IN NO UNCERTAIN WORDS THAT THE AGREEMENT STATED "NO REFUNDS" AND I TOLD HER I DID NOT REMEMBER THAT AND THE MONEY WAS A LOT FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN NOT AFFORD IT FOR 3 1/2 HOURS................ I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OUTFIT FOR MY DOG (IF I HAD ONE)....

Please stop airing the Jennifer Hudson commercial. I turn every time it comes on. At first, l liked it, but now it's just plain annoying. What about using real people instead of celebrities who can alter their look instantly without diet or exercise. It would make it more believable and personable. Again, Jennifer Hudson singing is really debilitating to my ear drums and all viewers!

Weight Watchers has been the best thing to ever happen to change my life! I joined in November of 2010 and have lost 32 lbs since then (it's May, 2011) in a very healthy and steady way. I think that $39.95 per month (basically $9.92 per week) is a very small price to pay for the research and knowledge regarding a healthy lifestyle I have received. Weight Watchers does not work by itself; you have to work Weight Watchers.

Beware. They don't take virtual credit card numbers.

I signed up for the 7 day free trial on 4/27/11. It stated that there is automatic renewal but I assumed that was only if you decided to continue with the program. On May 4, 2011, I received a charge for $65 on my credit card. I immediatly went to the WW site and cancelled my subscription. I only recieved a $17.10 refund. Apparently, they automatically renewed without my permission for a three month plan lasting until 8/4/11. I have not used the service since 5/1/11, during the free trial. I wish I had read all of this before I lost my money. DO NOT BUY THE ONLINE PROGRAM, ITS A RIP OFF, YOU CAN GET THE SAME STUFF FOR FREE OR THE SAME INFORMATION FOR FREE.

I have tried many, many food plans, and I have to say that WW is the most sensible plan for me. I have never had a problem with my payments, and I'm on the Monthly Pass program. Whenever I've called, I've spoken with a real person, who has helped answer my questions in a friendly enough manner. My leader is awesome (Jackie, in Worcester, MA), the receptionists are really nice, and the facility is clean and bright. Yeah, the packaged foods are pricey, but they have plenty of sales. Also, when I'm doing well on my program and buy a box of WW snack bars, that means I'm NOT buying all the other junk, which adds up to be more expensive in the long run. We can find all kinds of things to complain about, can't we? I just wanted to share another side of WW...There's a WHOLE LOT of good coming from them, too. I do hope they work on the customer service issues, for the sake of many here who have complaints. About the plan, though, if you do your part, it will work! I'm in it; no turning back!

Just spoke to the corporate office for WW in NY. The gal Emma Larson answered the phone she was not a happy camper. Had to call back twice. Someone needs to teach a class in phone etiquette. Have a great day WW!

I along with so many am very unhappy with a policy that is not up front as to your refund policy. I changed my mind about online membership mainly because I could not understand how to access online. I am not that computer literate.I asked to cancel within 24 hours and I got back 5 dollars and some change and was billed 53 dollars and change for a 3 month membership with sign up waived. So when I asked for refund sign up fee was somehow reinstated and then non-refundable plus I guess a months fee. Is this how you really make your money? Really? If anyone else has similar stories we need to get together about this outrageous scam!

I have read several letters of unhappy consumers with tales about wws unfair refund policies..It is outrageous for any company to feel entitled to keep someone's money with no services rendered. The "contract agreement" is full of gobbleygook that is difficult to understand, but I did not see anything explicitly explaining that if you change your mind even 5 minutes later there is no refund no way no how! Even though you received nothing from them or you are totally dissatisfied for services you forfeit your monies! I feel all who have been cheated in this manner should get together and file a class action suit against this sham. That is is even legal astounds me? What you say out there? Please respond with your input!

I called to stop auto payment from my Amex card in November, 2010. My husband pays this bill and was unaware that I had cancelled. He brought it to my attention yesterday and I discovered I had been charged for the last seven months even after canceling and stopping attendance at meetings. I called customer service today and was asked for a confirmation number. I was not given one when I cancelled. The rep, Denise, said I could possibly receive one months refund if I sent a detailed letter to headquarters, a copy of my weight card and my current membership card. I asked for a number in headquarters and she refused. I looked it up online, spoke to Nathan and he said that was the "policy.". Too bad. I then asked for corporate name and number and was refused. NOTE: if you need to cancel, ask for a name and a confirmation number. They are not given and you will continue to be billed. Also check all mailings from WW because they will continue to send cards. ADVICE: Dispute charges with your credit card company. They are aware of the WW pathetic, unprofessional policy and will help.

I didn't use etools thanks to your representatives. I couldn't log in and not one person could help me. I could never speak to a live person and had to work at it through email. I'm so done with weight watchers............I jsut found out that I've been charged 12.95 for something that I will not use and I want my 12.95 back. I realize it's "only 12.95" but that isn't the point. I can use that for better things and I want back what is mine. You may contact me at meemakr1951@aol.com. I will also notify our district Better Business Bureau.

Cancelled my membership on Mar 21, received in the mail a monthly pass a week later. Didn't think anything of the monthly pass, threw it away, cancelled membership wasn't going to need it. Received my credit card bill on April 13 and there is a charge for WW monthly membership. Called WW and explained I cancelled my membership and they did verify that it was cancelled on Mar 21. Asked why was my credit card charged 39.95 on the Mar 22. Was told that it wasn't charged on the Mar 22, that it was charged on Mar 21 and my program end date was April 4. Why then did I receive a membership card a week after I cancelled on Mar 21 for a program end date of April 4 is beyond me. Called my credit card company and they did verify that WW didn't charge my card until the Mar 22 the day after I cancelled my membership, then they sent me a membership card that would be good only for a week. Really. THe timing of the billing is very suspect and to me , is deceptive billing practices. I could not get anywhere with WW as they have very poor customer service. I am disputing the charges with my cc company and will hopefully get somewhere with them. Considered yourself warned when you go to cancel your membership. I wouldn't have thought a company such as WW would be so low!!

I LOVE Jennifee Hudson's commercial and think she has a beautifu,l soulful voice. I also think the commercial is very motivational b/c shes lookdms FABULOUS. In just over 4 mths I've lost 33lbs, THANK YOU WW!!!!!!

I also started Weight Watchers and was later told they "ran out of the calculator in January - we'll let you know when they come in". Hello?? This is April. When i go marketing I cant check the points of the foods. I thought this was how this program works and they cant even provide the proper tools. They told me to use my smart phone - I dont have a smart phone. If I wanted to spend $200 for a phone, I'd have done that. I just want the basic calculator. Plus the woman who runs the program is the rudest person i have ever met - zero customer skills!!

I have been a member of Weight Watchers for Years. At one time, I had thought my membership expired, so I purchased a new membership. I was being double billed for 7 months (same email address on both accounts), and weight watchers refuses to reimburse me for the time I was double billed. The hours of coverage for the 800 line are crazy. For $17.95/month, representatives should be available 24/7. I found it often took days to get an answer to a question (which I submitted electronically because representatives are not available on the phont to answer quick questions when I, the customer, need them).

I only wish that I had read these reviews prior to signing on for a 3 month at $55 fee for online Weight Watchers service. My e-mails and phone calls have gone unanswered. When trying to contact Corporate office, I was thrown into an "operator - please hold" loop. Immediately after hitting the submit button for my registration, I had 2 questions - which I did receive an auto reply that someone would be contacting me about my questions. This was a week ago and still no response. I cancelled my registration because 1) I found the online format not for me and 2) no one responded to my questions. Again, I cancelled online and received an auto reply that someone would be contacting me, but no acknowledgement of my cancellation. Today I called to make sure it was cancelled and that my full $55 would be refunded because 1) I have only had the service for 1 week (there is a 2 week free offer and that is what one of my questions was which no one responded to) and 2)I immediately attempted and continue to attempt to get a response for my questions. I was told that I would only get a $7.25 refund because the balance was for "set up" costs!! I am outraged!! IF YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE GIVING WW YOUR MONEY DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT subscribe to this service. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SUPPORT AND CAN EXPECT NO ONE TO RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTIONS!! This company is totally not- customer friendly!! I may as well have gone to VEGAS and thrown my money on the casino floor!

Joined WW's, paid for WW's Deluxe Kit that was supposed to include the Points Plus Calculator. Imagine my surprise to find a voucher instead of the actual calculator when I got home! As there's no direct phone # to any WW's Center, I had to waste another 1/2 hr. of my time going back to the Center only to find they didn't have any calculators. Although they were due to get a delivery this week, the WW's receptionist said they fly out the door. I have a disabled child and can only occasionally attend WW's meetings on Sundays so there's no way I'll be able to get one any time soon. I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF BECAUSE I PAID FOR A CALCULATOR THAT WAS PICTURED ON THE FRONT OF THE KIT, THERE WAS NO POSTING THAT THE CALCULATORS WEREN'T ACTUALLY IN THE KIT, AND THE RECEPTIONIST NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT IT UNTIL I CAME BACK THE SECOND TIME! WW'S HAS COMMITTED FRAUD AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED AND I WILL NOT DEAL WITH ANY COMPANY THAT INTENTIONALLY SELLS YOU SOMETHING THEY KNOW ISN'T IN THE KIT!!!!

I like WW and I know it works if you stay on the plan, and keep track of points, BUT....Whatever WERE you thinking when you hired Jennifer Hudson for your WW commercial?? She WAILS and SCREAMS like a Banshee! What kind of image do you want for Weight Watchers?? From reading former comments, it looks like I'm not alone! Sick and tired of running for the mute button - PLEASE - take the hint!!!

I wrote a review yesterday and submitted it. Why isn't it showing???
