Tops store in the Bradford Towne Center Rt 6 Towanda, PA is really a gem. As a tenant in the same plaza ( Bradford Towne Center) I m glad they are there. However, I want to address the condition of the Plaza itself. We are all paying alot of money in rent and CAM and the plaza is deplorable. It does nothing to promote business and creates dangerous conditions for our customers and employees. This needs to be addressed with the landlord ( Armstrong Realty Corp). I recently was let go from the Skaneateles store. There was not a single warning given to me. I had only worked there a few weeks and thought everything was going well. So it was like "Merry Christmas- there's the door!" I know from my brief time there, that employees are not valued there at all.
I visited your Tops Market at the NE corner of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Though the market was pleasant I was fleeced by the parking attendant and charged 35 baht to park my motorbike. This occurred on Wednesday December 29th, 2010. As a foreigner to Chiang Mai the charge seemed odd but I did not know. Corruption in a Tops market, even in Chiang Mai, Thailand is rather repulsive.
I thought I registered for Your bucks program but I still have not received the $2.00 coupon that should print at the checkout the next time I went to one of the stores. I was at the Avon, NY location for the second time since I updated my profile and registered my bonus card and still no $2.00 coupon at check out. Other coupons printed but not that one. I went to Tops in Baldwinsville, NY last nite- first got stuck in a snowbank after being plowed out- still went on my trike to Tops as I go there a lot-- couldn't believe I made it but my family needed things, well, it was about 1:30 am and after shopping around- getting tons of groceries, finding most, NOT finding some things like Tops Butter-- so I grabbed the only stick Butter they had and got up to the counter and asked the manager Rob? if he would honor the price of Tops Butter since it was bare- he said NO- and to me was rude-- Let me tell you- over the years between P&C in Liverpool and P&C in Baldwinsville-- my family has spent tons, tons of money at the P&C's and Now after this--- I'm off to Wegman's or other grocery stores-- I traveled to Top's and got shot down again and was treated rudely so good bye to Tops!

The prepared food is horrible, I don't understand why they put so much salt into it. Everything I have boughten from them since P&C became Tops has been very salty and inedible. Guess it's time for me to stop wasting my money at Tops.(Camillus)

Have unsuccessfully tried for 2 days to get on the TopsMarkets.YourBucks.com website. Today, I went to my local Tops to complain at customer service and the ass't manager called Tops headquarters to see if there was a problem with the website. The answer: "The website is up and running." The ass't manager then easily found the site on her Blackberry, but I STILL CAN'T LOG ON!!!!! Send the damn thing to me.
Tops has been the place for me to go shopping and save. I consider myself to be the coupon King for not many men go through the trouble of using coupons. Plus Tops gives you the dollar doublers to make it better. Thank You Tops. Oh, my biggest suggestion would be for your meat prices to be more competitive with other stores like Sav-A-Lots, Walmart, ShurFine,etc. This would make Tops my one stop store.

I love Tops, I go to the one on Niagara Falls Blvd at 72nd Street, I get great prices and points for my discount on fuel for my car. I have never had any problems with employees when i have questions, everyone is helpful. My grandson likes the playroom sometimes also. I will continue to shop there for the great sales items too. Can't believe the things people write in this blog, many unhappy people.

Your store located in the Thruway plaza in Cheektowaga,NY has a policy of blocking off one of its exits from the store every night starting @7:00PM. When I voiced my concern to the manager about blocking an egress from the building and what happens if there was a fire. She explained that the reason was to cut down on thefts from the store. I replied that people can steal at any time of the day and that excuse was unacceptable. She in turn said that it was a corporate policy. I find that hard to swallow because that is the only store that I have been to that does this.I want to know is it because of the lower income customers who shop there. Corporate CEOs' Bank Officers,Town Officals,Bookkeepers,even the church bingo director are capable of lifting an item or two. I will continue to follow up on this matter with the Town Fire Marshall.
why the hell am i even writing on here.not like i can get a response from any one in corporate.went to my local tops.the corner of north french and transit.my girl friend and i have a 14 month old and a 2 week old.i had the stroller and she had the youngest in the carrier in her hands there was three employes just standing aroud at the cash regesters and not one of them could help us out of the store.thanks to a complete that was coming in as we were leaving we had help to or car.after spending almost $350.00 i think that one of the 3 people just standing there doing nothing could of asked if we needed a hand.like i said it quit piontless to write on thisnot like if i no anyone at corporate willread.i will just have to also call the store and talk to the day manager and let them no how there store is ran at night.at least if i would have gone to wegmans they would have helped with no questions.not like it use to be.the stores knew the costemers came first.now its all about the saving of a dollar.
i just wanted to let you know that i was very disappointed with my last visit at tops store #418 in mount read blvd Greece NY on 12/28/2010.i was at the customer service to western union some money. the lady was working with me saying to her co worker that she could do only one western union transaction without making any errors and she always make mistake with the other ones and she said she didn't know what was wrong with her. then i checked the paper work she already did while i was waiting to do my other traction. she got the name wrong the person who supposed to receive money. when i asked her to fixed that she was saying she was having difficulty reading my hand writing. then i said why didn't you tell me then before you typed the wrong name and i have a western union gold card and it always appears the name. she was so mad and she said shut up to me when there were so many people waiting on the line.then i told her to shut her self first. she was not in the good mood since the beginning. then i tried to get the store manager who didn't show up to talk to me. then i talked to a lady name sherry on the phone about this matter asking her to watch the video and have an inquiry about this.i didn't get a good response yet. i believe this this discrimination. i was treated that way because of my color. since then i stopped going there. and I'm still asking you to do an inquiry about this matter.
