I really wish you would bring back Taco Bell to our town (Andalusia, Alabama -We LOVE Taco Bell and were sad to see it leave. If you would locate by the community college the students alone would keep your profits high. Maybe a combo store with KFC- we already have a Pizza Hut. Please consider our town again. this taco bell survay is a scam

I stopped at the drive-thru of store 024350 (Spartanburg, SC) and was greeted nicely enough. I ordered, paid and pulled forward. After OVER 15 MINUTES had passed I went inside where the first customer since my own arrival was just walking in the door. I told the three employees standing around doing seemingly nothing that I had to get to work and needed either my food or a refund. I was told that I would have to wait for my food. One of the employees put on a pair of gloves and BEGAN preparing my order while the manager (assumed by his dress being different than that of the others) slipped into an office in the back. I stood and watched the girl prepare my order and when it was finally handed to me, rather than an apology for the wait, I was given an abrupt "Here you go!" and sent on my way. Unfortunately, in my growing anger and desire to leave before causing a scene, I did not notice until I had arrived at work and settled down enough to get my appetite back, that where they had asked me what kind of sauce I would like, they didn't put any (or any napkins) in the bag. I also have come to find that it is incredibly difficult to contact ANYBODY to complain to aside from the manager of the store where you were given poor service. Funny that the complaints are handled by those who you are complining avout. No wonder things don't get resolved or improve...

your store #5622 located in Greenwood IN 46143 is one of the worst I have ever be in. It is filthy. The people that wory there are dirty and the whole of the food prep. area is like a garbage dump. The floor's and tables are dirty and seem to have a greasy film on them. Also it takes forever to have your order taken and then quite a bit more to get your food. You have had dozens of managers over the years but it still seems to keep on being the same mess year in and year out. Hell they don't even turn on the outside lights half of the time. I will never go in this store again. This place sucks!

We order the thing every time, 2 bean burritos with no onions. At least 90 percent of the time it has onions. I am done, how hard can it be? store 21225

After the last Rockies game, we went the next evening to our local Taco Bell, located on East Mississippi and Chambers Road in Aurora, CO, to get the 4 tacos for $1 plus the purchase of beverage (as advertised on TV). We were told the price was now $2 for 4 tacos because the Rockies had made a deal with Coca Cola and they are part of Pepsi. What gives?

This is not a complaint. This is a request on behalf of 4 friends and myself that go out to eat every Sunday afternoon. We would appreciate it if your company would consider putting a Taco Bell in the Creighton Road/N. 9th Avenue area near the Super Wal Mart in Pensacola, FL. Most of us are over 65 and would like to have one of your restaurants closer thatn 9th & Airport and Davis & Olive in Pensacola. I know you don't accept suggestions most of the time, but we would love to be able to go to Taco Bell without having to travel too far. We all live in the Creighton Rd/9th Avenue area. Thanks. I had wrote to you in June 2010, and I am back to tell you that you truly need to look at your Customer Service Skills at the same store I wrote to you about then. My Son went to the exact same Taco Bell Store last night, and was treated very poorly. When he told the manager on duty how his order was messed up, he was told "The Manager was sorry, but it was his first night working there, and was not sure of the policy's." So nothing was done to correct the situation. You are really going to be losing a lot of customers if nothing is done, soon! I am writing to you today to let you know I am deeply disappointed in your Company. I went to your Taco Bell Restaurant on 10th Street in Greeley Colorado. The store number is 005472. You have a promotion going on, that if the Colorado Rockies score 7 or more points, you will get 4 tacos for $1.00 if you buy a Soda Pop. The time you can do this is between 4 p.m and 6 p.m. I was in the drive through at 5:45 p.m, and I finally got to order at exactly 6:00 p.m. I asked for the Colorado Rockies Deal, and the girl at the window, named Liz Acre asked if I had wanted to split it up. I asked what she meant, and she proceeded to tell me I can get so many hard tacos, with so many soft. I said no, I would like the Colorado Rockies deal. She then proceeded to tell me I can't have that now. I looked at my clock, and it was the exactly 2 minutes past 6:00 p.m. I told her the time, and that I had been waiting in line for 15 minutes. She then told me, no we will not do that after 6:00. I truly think that was very inconsiderate of her, seeing as I had been waiting for 15 minutes. I was still in line, and my sister went into the store, and she got the Colorado Rockies Deal, and I didn't. Because I was not able to get out of my car as I broke my ankle, and not able to walk well. I was there first before she even showed up. I will not be going back to Taco Bell, as I drove all the way across town to get this deal in the first place. I can just as easily go to Del Taco which is a lot closer to my house. Unfortunately I do love Taco Bell's Taco's, but if I am going to be mistreated in this manner, I can do without. Thank you, Mrs. Wooldridge
