Taco Bell Corp Corporate Office & Headquarters

Corporate office needs a direct email. I've heard many people state that the taco bell in taylorsville utah on 3197 west 5400 south has a manager that makes their employees punch out, then work for an additional hour or more off the clock. Since the employees are largely made up of teenagers, they don't have the guts to turn him in. I know the labor commition has recieced one complaint about it. Their reply was that they will not take action until they have had more complaints. My next email is going to the labor commition.

Taco Bell needs to add bacon to their burritos! I dont eat there much, but maybe I would if they add bacon! Like a bean, cheese, bacon & sour cream burrito..mmm

SHE FIRED MY DAUGHTER WITHOUT JUSTIFIED REASON SO THE GENERAL MANAGER PUT HER BACK TO WORK, SO AGAIN THE SHIFT LEADER RETALIATED AGAINST HER EVERY TIME POSSIBLE UNTIL MAKE HER QUIT, SO WHO IS NOT GOING TO QUIT IF THEY FORCED YOU TO REMOVE GUMS UNDER THE TABLES AND SCRAP TILES IN BATHROOMS OR GOING DEEP ON THE FLOOR CORNER WHEN SHE WAS THERE TO BE A NICE AND GENTLE CASHIER? EVEN WORSE TO DISRESPECT HER WITH OFFENSIVE BODY REMARKS AND SCREAM AT HER ETC ETC, THE LATIN SHIFT LEAD STILL WORKING THERE AND TREATING HER EMPLOYEES WITH AUTHORITY AND DISRESPECT AND I WISH THIS IS NOT HAPPENING BECAUSE TACO BELL IS A GOOD COMPANY AND DESERVES A BETTER TEAM LEADERS.

I think it is horrible that when i order chips and cheese the cheese cup is not EVEN half filled up, I mean they are small as it is and then I get it and its about 1/4th full you may as well just give me a spoon with cheese on it and say there you go, and No, I don't want any free shit I just want people to make my food right and not be selfish on the cheese!!!! a week ago I got a nacho bell grande and I HATE HATE onions yet it was coverd in onions, how the hell does that happen when you don't even put onions on the damn nachos and when I call people tell me to come back I have a 1 yr old I can't just jump in my car to fix your mistakes!!! and I also don't like the hole well tell them next time you come in you spoke with "Sarah" (no one personal, but just using a name) I don't wanna come in next time exp cuz I use the drive through alot and say hey by the way last time you messed up my order can I get a free one...seriously its a joke anymore...

it appeared to me that the location of the taco bell has ahuge impact as to what to expect. from experience with visiting a taco bell located in a good neighborhood or establishing community the fresults are good overall, as to where there poverty, the service of that particular area reflects it.

This is a complaint, but it is not a complaint about taco bell, it is a complaint about the people on this website. Some of them may have legitimate complaints, some of them may not, but nearly all of them need to learn how to read. First of all, this is a website for corporate taco bell, not for local franchises; secondly it clearly says in the description that the website is only to provide you with corporate Taco Bell's number and address and allow you to express your opinions on the Taco Bell Corporation. I LOVE taco bell food, but now cant eat it because I'm gluten free. WHY CANT YOU HAVE A FULL GF MENU??? all corn tacos, no wheat in your meat sauce mix, etc, etc. I would eat there every day if you did, and so would many GF people I know~!

I would just like to say that I have been working for Taco Bell for 3 years now, and I am still in love with it. I just want to voice my opinion about an idea. I think you guys should come out with a Flamin hot Cheetos dorito next. I think it would be awesome. Plus, people love spicy food.

I ate at Taco Bell in Greenville, AL. I ordered a taco salad. The salad part was OK but the shell tasted like some sort of strong chemical. It almost made me throw up. Something was bad wrong with it. I hope it doesn't make me sick.

Just got done playing college basketball.. and I took my lil bro out to eat since he came to watch me play. Saw taco bell and pulled in looking for a good meal. Walk in the building and I see one lady already complaining to the employee about her order. Living in Arizona we have the diamondbacks mlb deal if they score 6 runs you get 3 tacos with a cup order.. I did that and bought 3 soft tacos on the side. Little later I see a food tray out front and no one said a number or called me over,I assumed it was mine.. took it and saw 6 hard tacos.. I was like nope I want 3 soft..(joe emplyee) "bro your orderd 6 hard tacos" I was like no I said 3 soft.. "bro u got hard,fine I will make you soft" he hands me one soft taco when I ordered 3...looked at him and he laughed.. said he would make the other 2 later.. goes back and starts to laugh with another girl and comes back with 2 tacos not even cooked "here bro take your sofft tacos" I was about to beat the shit out of him.. tossed the meal.. and was like screw it . Walked out and was pissed.. joe had no right to call me bro..and he should be fired on spot for giving me 2 uncooked soft tacos.. horrible ... Cactus,queencreek AZ.

I visited the Taco Bell ( Jordan Rd. In Parker,CO) on 4/24 and placed my order, when we got home my daughter had a long black hair that she took a bite out of in her Green Chili bean burrito. It was gross! We threw it out! I then went yesterday to the Taco Bell in Commerce City on E. 60th and placed my order. The casheir forgot to and another Enchirito to my orginal order (I had 3 and he only charged me for 2). I had to be rung up for another (when we already had gotten or food) and so he charged me sperately and said "we will have that right up and bring it out to you". It never happenend and I never ate! I had to go back and get a refund which they could not provide me a receipt for! The refund was done on my debit card, but I had no receipt for the refund! Very dissappointed!

I just ate at taco Bell in monroeville pa n there was black fuzzy hair all threw my soft tacos, not to mention the hug hall on my tray I somewhat overlooked then checked my tacos I will never eat at taco Bell again!!

I Go to Taco Bell 3 to 6 times a month they have been missing up my order a lot so when I call and compain the manger that was working told me he would replace my order. Free of charge. Went to get it today and was told that I needed the recpit. And that they were only replaceing the missing items witch was sour cream that they charge me .75 for each little canter. that sould be free if you or ording food. But I also order 3 taco with the meat on the side and it was in the taco. how can they not get a order right. the should have to paid us to eat there. if they can't do there job. they need to be fire so the the upper staff if they are not watching there ther staff. this happen in Bloomington, IL The address is 1702 W Market st . I will not eat there again and will tell all my guest not to go there.

Attn Taco Bell Employees/Managers: It doesn't really matter if the order is correct on the drive thru screen, if your staff in the kitchen area does not read it and make the order correctly. Attn Managers: When a customer comes through the drive thru and gets home with an incorrectly made order, do not do like Deanna at the Brea CA Store # 016276 did and ask "Well, did you actually READ the screen to verify the order was correct?". That is just rude and quite frankly, a stupid comment to make. Normally, people come back to get their order corrected. With a comment like that, all you're doing as a "Manager" is creating a dangerous work environment for your staff, as you never know the caliber of person you're speaking to on the telephone. I agree with some of the other posts. Especially the one about bringing back some of the menu items from long ago... aka the Taco burger... (thats what I called it anyway... taco meat on a bun... it was like having a Taco Bell Sloppy Joe). Attn Taco Bell brass: Learn from all of the statements on this page, not just mine, but all of them. We are all customers who work hard for our money and want it well spent. I understand you're "Fast Food", but with all the other types of Fast Food out there, you're just not that important anymore. Clean up your act and get it together... or keep losing customers. Managers showing up late working their employees a full shift and not giving them breaks and prejudice towards same sex and favoritetism as well store location Winston Salem NC 27106 store is on reynolda rd very poor dress uniform standards unclean and needs management that actually wants to better the performance of the company my sister works their and she's trying to raise to little boys on her own and pay for her apt. This is going to be a complaint on one of the employee at taco bell store number 003560. I go to this taco bell like once a wk and i see the same rude unprofessional Asian dude working there. I belive his name is Tim or something but my point is maybe the manager is as stupid and unprofessional just like him too thats why,he/she hasnt got rid of him yet. So the food and service is good when i go inside but when i decide to go through drive thru he ends up taking my order and its so stupid because u cant even understand a single wrd he is saying then he gets all butt when wd yell back our orders. Then we come back on ogher days and we'll c him jumping over the counter like hu superman or something which i personally think is so unsanitary and unprofessional

Continuing from the same store taco bell(00350). he also asks us for our phone to do a survey fof something which i think its hes just cheating for this store. And i thought it was the customers opinion. All im saying is that i go to all the other restaurant and this is the only restaurant that i see this employee Tim so unprofessional and rude. bad customer service he gives. And then i also over heard him telling his employees that he will never get fire because he does the surveys. So what does thia means? A brib or something? I just really think the corporate should know and hear about this. the store manageer needs to step up and do something about the employee Tim and do her/his job right. This is the only restaurant i go to and see this employee jumping over the counter.

I am writing to express a complaint I have to make about the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut restraunt in Commerce,Georgia. Tried speaking to the manager of the store the problem was not solved. I was in the drive thru on 002/28/2012 and was trying to order some food for my husband and I... while speaking to my husband on the phone to see what he wanted to eat I asked the lady at the drive thru to hold one min... she came back and asked me if I needed her to help me find something and I ask her to give me one min I was speaking to my husband about his order... she then told me that if someone was behind me I needed to pull forward to allow the drive thru to keep flowing. This was VERY disrespectful to me considering I waited in line for about 10 mins for the lady infront of me to place HER order and she wasn't rushed... this is the SECOND problem ive had with this Taco Bell..
