False advertisement

I went to the taco bell at the Easton Avenue Bethlehem, Pa and got a taco that was just about empty of meat. When I went in to show the manager he says they serve an ounce of meat this come from corporate . I told him its false advertising since the ones on the commercials show them full of meat. Its not the first time . The reason I. Even opened a taco prior to leaving was because I came home one with some just about empty.

I was very upset when I went I do not have the store number but I went to Taco Bell and bought a burrito and it fell apart I did not complain the next time I went I asked nicely to the cashier make sure it was prepared right he was rude and mechanical and was talking and looked very annoyed by my presence I go there a the time and they're very rude this store doesn't give good customer service I work at a restaurant my self I understand its stressful but that isn't an excuse I was very disappointed with the guest service and my food this store is in CA on glenoaks and van nuys blvd in sylmar I was very unpleasant

I would like to thank an employee that works at store 20601 I dont know her name but she wad a hispanic lady. She was getting off work I guess cause she was headed out the door the customer in front of me was having issues with her meal the worker over heard our conversation can up to us off the clock and took care of the customersit didnt matter to her that she was headed out the door she put the customer first and foremost. Your stores need to hire more people like that, every time I go into the store it feels like she is there always smiling and that is a relief to some of us just know she is there and I have to admit I didnt know if I would go back to this store but I gave it one more try and now the store is cleaner and more friendly thank you for hiring her she is an asset to your team

Employees get on here and say that we need to know what we want before we order ok that's true but also working in customer service doesn't matter where you are supsto treat customers with respect I don't know about anyone else but if I ever spoke to someone the way I hear people speak at taco bell i would have gotten beat with a switch! They need to stop hiring teenagers that just wamt fun money they need people that will act like adults!!!

I got fire from Taco Bell because speak my mine about manager on broadriver road like to tell personal business and call employee name i work very hard there that what i get.

Taco Bell was the one thing I craved the most when I was pregnant with my 3rd child and that's his favorite resturant as well as mine....since u guys are doing the ranch taco...why not turn things up with the sweet & spicy dorito...I thing that one would do really well.

horrible experience

Hey I went to the Taco Bell on South Irby for dinner tonight, and the girl in the drive thur window appeared to be drunk.. It seemed that she had been drinking and was at the point of "feeling good".. I had to repeat myself several times.. It was horrible.. We take our kids thur the drive thur during the day all the time and have wonderful experiences. I'm very disappointed in your evening staff.

Hi, I have eaten at Taco Bell in Huntsville, Alabama, Hampton Cove, and many other places for many, many years. My favorite items is the burito supreme and I try to eat it when ever I around a Taco Bell during lunch. A good many years ago you had a burito that was offered for a short time that was called a bacon cheese burger burito (I think). Next to the current burito supreme, it was my favorite one. I would love for you to think about bringing it back again. Thanks

Bad Service!!

We were just your taco bell restaurant in Silver City, NM - After10 min. Of ordering because of computer glitches, the cashier then tells us thd debit machine doesn't work- so I had to go take put money and come back fit the order which took a total of 15 min!!! Then they shorted us on our order- then got the order wrong on our soft tacos supreme- took them back and just got spud cream.. Where. We're the tomatoes?? Staff did not seem to be concerned with their poor service even though there was 4 workers in the back and we were the only ones in the restaurant!

I went to store 3235 today in Mishawaka,IN to be surprised that employees get away with being rude to one another. One lady told her co-worker that she doesn't do anything other than stand around and talk more than she works. The worse part is there were other co-workers standing around and talking! One girl was on her phone and the manager was no wherein site...needless to say I will never be back there again unless things change.

While attempting to tell my husband what to order for me I used the Taco Bell website. I think you are trying too hard. The website is too fancy, too convoluted. It just didn't make any sense to find things I was looking for. What should have been 2-3 minutes took me 10.

Today is sunday 1/13/13. I went to one of your new locations 3803 W. Minnehaha, Tampa,Fla.at 6pm.est. I waited for a total of 10 min in the drive thru lane with one car ahead of me. when I finally got up to the window and asked to speak to the store Mgr. asking what took so long, he said that his computer was down. not that it was any of my busness. talk to your staff at this location. teach them how to use paper instead of making the customer wait. them act as if they don't care

I just spent $8.00 on the mexican pizza and 2 supreme taco meal at the Lihue Taco Bell. When I unwrapped my taco I found that someone had taken a bite out it! What else are you folks doing there? Would you go back to eat there again?

No Service None at all!

I went thru a drive thru at store 027562 (Jeffersontown Ky) and ordered 6 Locos taco supreme's without lettuce, and 2 1/2 pound beef combo burritos. On a previous visit I ordered the same Locos taco's suppreme's minus the lettuce and and they had left off the tomatoes also. I told the order taker of this and to insure the tacos had every thing else that it was suppose to come with. Upon getting home (about a five mile drive) I opened at taco up, only to find that it had beef and cheese only. They were all like that. I called the store and asked for the manager, which the person speaking claimed she was. I started to explain my problem to her, only to be hung up on. I was being very nice only planning to ask for being reimbursed for the difference between the plain taco and the supreme that I paid for. Before I could finish my complaint, the manager hung up on me. I thought perhaps she may have accidentally pushed a wrong button or something, and tried to call again to finish my conversation. On my attempts to call the store, I only received a fax machine. I verified I had the right number, and it was correct. Needless to say, now I was upset. Not only were they not answering their phone, but set a fax machine on that line so I could not get thru. As far as I am concerned, I will never goto or recommend this store ever again. There is still a matter of being cheated out of the monetary difference between the regular taco which I received and the Supreme tacos that I ordered (And was charged for. I did complain thru the local internet complaint system, and have received NO replies. So if your ever in Jeffersontown, Ky looking for Taco Bell food, I suggest you go elsewhere, because they don't care about customers there...

charging twice as much as the special

I ordered the buffalo chicken burritos. Two of them thinking they were .99 cents as advertised. The two came out to $4.58 cents. Thats twice as much as advertised. I dont appreciate false advertising! :(

My husband and I visited the Taco Bell in Sioux Falls, SD in Louise Avenue on Friday, November 2 just before midnight. A very rude and mannerless (I am sure also drunk) customer approached the counter and began laughing and yelling at the young man who was working and demanded (what it sounded like) free food. The manager stepped in to assist and they both handled the situation beautifully considering the customer and I felt it was necessary to let someone know how nice it was to witness them standing up for themselves and the establishment. I neglected to keep my receipt with information on how to commend them so I want to make sure I let you know. Great job to these men who did the right thing! (No the customer is NOT always right)

I am very disappointed in our San Marcos Texas on Guadalupe St.Taco Bell, they have discontinued green sauce. All of the other Taco Bells in the surrounding towns have green sauce but this one. I just want green sauce at our local Taco Bell. I used to eat there often, but I rarely go there now.

I went to taco bell tonight ordered a chicken quesadilla, mexican pizza not tomatos or pizza sauce and fresco burrito. We got home and when I opened my mexican pizza the cheese was shredded sitting beside the pizza the meat and beans were cold...not warm not hot but cold...I called up there, not planning to go back just wanted to let a manager know what was going on and that an employee didnt even warm up an item...the manager answers I explain the situation and she tells me there steamer is down and that EVERYONE has been told this when ordering...we were not told I explained this to her she didnt offer to take care of it didnt ask if i wanted to come by but instead reinstated the fact that EVERYONE was told...she called me a lier...the only thing we were told is that at 10:59 we could not order the cantina bowl cause they stopped selling it at 11...I am not even mad about that minute it dose state hours may very (we were in the drive thorugh for 5 min so I doubt even if we didnt have to wait they would have had it) we were fine with this re ordered they told us the total and told us to pull up NEVER did they tell us the steamer was down or I WOULD NOT HAVE ordered the mexican pizza instead i would have got another quesadilla...so I am not eating dinner tonight because they did not inform me about THIER mistake and my boyfrind had already eaten all but one slice of the quesadilla not realizeing it would be the only thing i could eat...my kids are in bed put them down as soon as I got home and my boyfriend had to leave so I have no way of going to get anything else...I am a very upset customer...then after I got on the website to file a formal complaint I realized they didnt even give us a reicipt guess what you cant fill in a customer servey without a store number that is on teh recipte....
